Excellent location in Scottsdale

Easy access from the airport, close to restaurants and spring training ball parks. Comfortable accommodations and a beautiful view from the deck. Our communications with Phil were very pleasant and helpful.

Nice Place

Great layout, great location, very safe and quiet neighborhood. The condo had everything we needed. The only constructive feedback I would give is the mattress in the main bedroom has see its better days.

Cabrillo Square And Spring Training

The four of us spent seven nights at this location with plans to attend several spring training baseball games. The proximity to downtown Scottsdale and all of the baseball spring training ballparks was perfect. There as also many good resturants within a short distance. Especially noteworthy are the walking/running and bike trails easily accessible from the unit. We walked the various trails every day. There is a swimming pool on the site but we did not use it due to the cooler weather. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The unit is on the second floor. Once inside there is a second bedroom and then an upper level for the kitchen, dining, sitting and master bedroom. The master bedroom is very large with a walk in closet and a beautiful and large tiled shower. The smaller second bedroom is a bit cramped with a desk and armoire. We could sit on the back patio and watch the golfers go by. It would be helpful to have small binoculars if you really want to get a close up view. The patio furniture is usable but in need of repair and Phil is aware of this. He responded quickly to our text messages whenever we had a question. We would recommend the unit and would stay there again.

Perfect Christmas Vacation

We had the most amazing Christmas in Scottsdale largely thanks to Phil and how he went the extra mile for us to find us accommodations when another unit we planned to stay in had an unfortunate leak which left it still under repair. This condo was the ticket and we loved it even more than we would have the other property. The highlight for us was the heated pool and hottub. Almost every day between noon and 3 when the sun and the outside temp was a perfect 19-22°C you could find us at the pool while the kids swam and we relaxed with our books in the loungers. I loved the view from the patio onto the golt course and mountaind. We enjoyed using the walking path as well. My husband and son went on a 6km geocaching adventure along the path one day. The house had everything we needed. It's beautifully decorated. The sectional was so comfy and we had a fireplace to hang our stockings and to add that element of being home, back in Canada, over the holidays. The kitchen was well appointed so I was able to make a Christmas Eve dinner as well. We stayed for 9 days so the laundry was very handy, soap and dryer sheets provided was a thoughtful touch. We loved Scottsdale and found so much to do while we were there. Restaurants are abundant. We drove to Karthner Caverns and Tombstone in a day. We drove to the Grand Canyon. We visited Sedona. We took in an NBA game and the Christmas Day NFL. It was easy to get around Phoenix on the 101. Phil checked in regularly we have already recommended this place to our friends. Thanks for everything!!!

Phil's place was perfect for our stay. Located at the far end of a quiet community, we were able to enjoy unobstructed views of the mountains from the patio overlooking the golf course. The condo is spacious and comfortable with a split floorplan to allow for privacy while in the unit. The community is quiet but so close to all the restaurants and shops in Old Town Scottsdale. It was perfect for our stay

Springbreak Golf Trip

Wonderful week in AZ golfing and visiting friends. Location was perfect and peaceful. Phil was extremely accommodating as we arrived early. NCAA tournament games were enjoyable to watch on a very large TV! Easy Uber to Fashion Square and truly enjoyed the walking trail which was right out the back door.

2nd time

As with our previous stay, the condo was a great location for our Scottsdale trip. Phil is responsive and aims to please. The location is perfect, it is easy to get either to the airport or hiking trails and the highway. The condo has great views of the golf course, and the moon at night from the deck. The condo is spacious and functions well. I expect we will rebook this unit again next year.

Scottsdale townhome

Scottsdale townhome. We loved this townhome! It was in a perfect location. It was close to all the activities we wanted to do in the Scottsdale area. The townhome overlooks a very nice public golf course and walking path. Phil provided us with everything we needed. We would definitely stay in this townhome again. It was a perfect setup for the two of us and our 19 year old daughter. She had her own private room and bathroom away from our master suite. If there was one thing that could be improved on it would be the bed in the master bedroom. It was a little too soft for our liking... other than that everything was awesome!

Fantastic location, spacious condominium

We travelled to Phoenix for a college visit and Phil’s condominium was a perfect set up. The two separate bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the location of his condominium can’t be beat. It is right on an amazing running/walking/biking path which goes for miles. There is a wonderful patio overlooking a golf course. Many stores are close by and the distance to Tempe as well as local hiking was a breeze. Phil had every amenity we needed to feel at home and we enjoyed a productive as well as relaxing time in his well-appointed condominium.

Sisters get away

Our stay at phils in Scottsdale was wonder. My two sisters met at this private town house in Scottsdale. It was stocked, clean reasonably priced, great location, we walked, took a free trolley, bus or lyft. Old town Scottsdale and the greenbelt was right there. We would definitely stay again. Patio faced a golf course.

A Beautiful Destination

Just returned from a vacation in Scottsdale with my husband and two teenage girls and couldn't be happier with our stay at this condo. It was spacious, clean and modern. The deck provided a relaxing and beautiful view of the golf course - a perfect place to start our day with coffee and end the day with a glass of wine. Phil provides absolutely everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. He communicates well and was helpful with suggestions for dining. The path along the golf course provided a great walk every morning. The pool area was very close and never crowded. The condo is located a very short drive to an abundance of wonderful shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay at Phil's condo again and would highly recommend it to friends.

Perfect location for spring getaway

We rented Phil's townhouse for a Spring Training and golf getaway with our family of 4. The location was perfect for doing everything we wanted to do. Phil's townhouse is exactly as the pictures show and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Bedrooms are large with comfortable mattresses and bathrooms have plenty of towels. The couch in the living room is amazing. My son would fall asleep on the couch at night watching TV and we still had plenty of room for the rest of us to sit on the couch with him. The view from the deck is wonderful, overlooking the golf course with the mountains in the background. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate while we were there, so we weren't able to enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked. We were really pleased with how helpful and accommodating Phil was with any questions we had. He was always very quick to get back to us. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Phoenix area. Thank you Phil for the use of your beautiful townhouse!!!
