Este ático de 1 dormitorio tiene sol todo el día. Un gran balcón en forma de L con orientación sur y oeste en el piso superior. ¿Tienes calor? Puedes darte una ducha fría en el balcón.

El apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado, WIFI y televisión por cable. Además hay una cocina totalmente equipada, un gran salón con un sofá cama (160x200 cm).
Por supuesto hay un dormitorio y baño.
En el garaje tiene un lugar de estacionamiento privado.

La playa o Praia da Rocha se encuentra a 700 metros. Cerca encontrará un pequeño supermercado, algunos cafés para su café de la mañana. Una panadería, Pizzaria y Hamburgeria también están cerca.

El apartamento está situado en Encosta da Marina, este es un barrio residencial tranquilo.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was great it was clean and well equipped. Communication with the host was great he was very helpful and made checking in easy. The location of the apartment is good it is in a quiet area but has bars and shops close by and it is only a short walk away from the beach and the main strip. Overall we had a great holiday.

Penthouse Apartment

A very nice quiet well equipped apartment with a very large balcony that was in the sun all day in September. .It's about a ten minute walk to the beach and strip, with a convenient well stocked small supermarket and bakery around the corner.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat auch gut funktioniert. Die Übergabe war sehr gut, Fredrik ist Profi, das merkt man. Die Wohnung sieht auf den Bildern toll aus, man darf sich aber nicht täuschen lassen. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe, bretthart und hat nur eine sehr dünne Matratze. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit Rückenschmerzen, einmal ist der Lattenrost unter der Matratze in der Nacht nach unten gekracht. Was uns sehr gestört hat ist der bestialische Gestank im Bad. Es hat immer aus der Kanalisation gestunken, wir haben alle Abflüsse immer verschlossen und trotzdem hat es gestunken. Jetzt wissen wir warum überall in der Wohnung dieses unangenehm riechende Raumparfüm aufgestellt ist. Dann gibt es noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht sein müssen: An den Schubladen und Türen der Kommoden im Wohnzimmer sind alle Griffe locker. Einen Schraubendreher in die Hand nehmen und die Griffe sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten wieder fest. Das Fenster im Bad ist zwar sehr klein, aber auch ein kleines Fenster sollte mal geputzt werden. Es sah aus als wenn es seit 10 Jahren nicht mehr geputzt wurde. Eine Große Terrasse mit Pflanzen ist ja ganz schön, wenn alles gepflegt wird. Die Terrasse war sehr schmutzig und einige Pflanzen total vertrocknet. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, zumal wir für den gleichen Preis ein Zimmer in einem neuen 4-Sterne Hotel in der Nähe bekommen hätten und das auch noch mit Frühstück. Wir können diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Es tut uns leid Emiel, aber das ist die Realität.

Hello Winfried, thank you for your review. To be honest a bit dissapointing. A lot of the problems you describe we could have resolved during your stay. The sewer smell came from the toilet, the sillicone around the toiletbowl was not air tight anymore. After replacing it the smell was gone, it took 20 minutes to replace the sillicone. The doors we could have screwed them tight during the plumbers work. The plants we take them out one or two at the time there were 15 and now 3 are left. They are big and heavy. Regarding the bed, that is very subjective. A new mattrass is one the way. During your stay we didn´t hear from you and when you left you told Fredrik you had a wonderfull stay. You could have a better stay when you informed me or Fredrik. Like this you didn´t enjoy your stay and leave a bad review both were not necessary,

Great location, large terrace

The apartment was the perfect location for us. Close to the beach and short walk to Portimao. Kitchen fully equipped, large terrace with table, chairs and loungers. We travelled out on Boxing Day, departing on New Years Eve and the checkin/out process was smooth, thanks Fredrik. Quick responses from the owners. I would recommend this apartment.

Wedding Break

As listed. Convenient to wedding location. Private secure underground parking was a huge plus. As was the air- conditioning.
