Un elegante bungalow de dos dormitorios con estacionamiento fuera de la carretera y punto de recarga de vehículos eléctricos. Todo en la planta baja.
Sala de estar: con estufa de leña, TV Smart 4K de 55 "con Netflix, reproductor de Blu-ray y barra de sonido bluetooth.
Cocina / comedor: con estufa de gas, microondas, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas y TV de alta definición con canales Freeview de 42 ".
Dormitorio 1: Con cama super king.
Dormitorio 2: con cama doble con cremallera y enlace (se pueden colocar dos camas individuales bajo petición).
Cuarto de baño con ducha en el baño y aseo.. Calefacción, gas, electricidad, ropa de cama, toallas y Wi-Fi súper rápido incluidos. Cuna y trona. Garaje con lavadora y secadora. Jardín cerrado con zona cubierta y muebles de jardín. Punto de recarga de vehículos eléctricos. Estacionamiento privado para 1 auto; Estacionamiento adicional en carretera. No Fumar.. Greenridge es un espacioso bungalow ubicado en una posición elevada que mejora su privacidad y muestra las vistas al mar de largo alcance.

La sala de estar tiene una acogedora estufa de leña y hay una cocina de la gama Lacanche en la cocina para los días en que quieres comer. Puede abastecerse en el mini supermercado cercano. Una puerta estable de roble conduce al patio trasero con una zona de descanso y el jardín con césped al frente es un lugar tranquilo para relajarse bajo el sol.

Cuando es hora de descansar un poco, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama súper grande y el segundo dormitorio tiene camas con cremallera y eslabones que ofrecen arreglos flexibles para dormir, y ambos comparten el baño familiar.

Hay un aparcamiento discreto fuera de la calle e incluso un punto de recarga para vehículos eléctricos (EV), pero hay muchos a poca distancia a pie, incluidos Totland Bay y Colwell Bay, que tienen fantásticos restaurantes con vistas a la playa. Pasee aquí para ver las impresionantes puestas de sol, es un espectáculo que no debe perderse.

No information about refuse and recycling so didn't find the bins until we investigated every corner of the garden, so had not separated our waste. Other than that a fab stay and the most comfortable bed in any holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in.

Great Stay

The property was so clean and had a great finish to it. Well set up with entertainment (tv, Netflix and games) along with big comfortable beds. Only recommendation would be to have kitchen basics such as oil/salt for families staying the week. Otherwise fully equipped home away from home!

Stayed here for 3 weeks in between moving house. The manager Lisa was excellent and arranged for linens to be changed weekly in a COVID safe way. Communication was also excellent and proactive. The house is very well equipped, warm and comfortable as well as being spotlessly clean. I loved the large range cooker, amazingly comfy sofa and the fact the house had absolutely everything needed. It was quite pricey but appreciate it was over Christmas and New Year. The only negative (and more to do with personal preference) was the beds. They were very very soft and we prefer a firmer mattress although it was clear the beds and bedding were of a high quality. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had an amazing week here, beautiful cottage, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need! Every little thing was thought about down to handwash/sanitiser and antibac wipes. Excellent location, we was in the middle of pretty much everything we wanted to do, Beach just a few mins walk (easy walk) away, lots of places for food, from takeaways to places to eat in, shops also within walking distance. The cottage was so comfortable, beds gorgeous and a super comfy sofa (a rarity in some cottages), broadband was also fab. Would def recommend, in fact we have booked for next year. Lisa was amazing, great communication from her, nothing was too much trouble. Every detail has been though about to deliver a perfect home from home! Good location- if not always dry weather- tho we walked to the Needles- saw the sunset while enjoying meal at the Waterfront- nice spacious & comfortable property with good facilities -including 2 large TV's plus selection of DVds ideal for wintry evenings

Very nicely presented and high quality furnishings. We really had a nice time and appreciated the efforts of the owner and manager. The garden needs a bit of attention and access to parking becoming very difficult due to very poor unmade road. If you had a low car it would be impossible. But overall a very nice property

Pleasant property.

Pleasant property. Quiet location with a shop, and two takeaways very close. The pub in walking distance is closed but there is a bootsale down the road on a Saturday. Needs a few tweaks e.g a brea knife, airer and vacuum. Lovely decked area but large grass area is full of spikey weeds and the stairs have no rail and are over grown. Really liked being in the quiet side of the island with lots of little bays to explore, didn't mind driving and the bus stops just outside taking you to Newport. Nice off street parking if you can figure out the way (institutions in the house of how to find parking but not in the info sent to us.

An extremely comfortable and well appointed house with a ‘home from home’ feel. The little touches of the owner leaving us a half dozen eggs, biscuits and milk etc were particularly appreciated. We can’t praise this holiday accommodation too highly. The village shops were more than adequate (grocery/hair dressers/Highdown Pub up the hill) and proximity to the sea and Tennyson Downs just made our week a perfect holiday.

Really well kitted out and comfortable bungalow, with a fab smart TV and WiFi faster than ours at home. The location itself is on quite an ordinary looking road; but it’s well located for loads of places - and only a short walk to Totland’s beautiful beach and 10 mins drive from Yarmouth ferry. We arrived to a lovely basket of milk, bread, eggs and local produce. It immediately felt like home - would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Really loved this accommodation.

Really loved this accommodation. Very clean and everything provided that you needed. Loved the outdoor area to sit and eat and everything was to hand! The beds were soooooo comfy and the place had a lovely modern feel to it. We loved that it was only a short walk to a lovely beach 🏖🏖🏖🏖🏖🏖 and there was a lovely cafe and restaurant along there. Great place would really recommend as the owners have taken the time to think of everything and it was lovely and clean with everything we needed. 😊😊😊😊.
