Great view!

The house was beautiful! The location is the best. Easy walk to grocery and restaurants Sandy met us at check in. Very nice. Went over a few things. We later discovered there were no written instructions on the tv, wifi etc Sandy did return and aid us in the tv and a few other things One former review stated that there weren’t beach towels, but there are now Also there is a powder room on the main floor I highly recommend this house. One of the best!

A wonderful week in Curacao

This group of friends has been traveling together for almost 20 years. We have covered just about every island in the Caribbean and Mexico. We rank Curacao as one of our top five locations and definitely a location we would like to revisit. The pictures are accurate. This villa has an amazing breeze and view. Local stores, restaurants, bars, and beaches were just a short walk or drive away.

A trip of dreams

From the moment we booked the location the owner and team were super professional. The house was amazing. Perfect for a large group and entertaining. Everything was extremely close. Groceries, beautiful beach and amazing vibe. This was all topped off by amazing weather. We have booked a number of houses and have been on many islands and this was far and away the best we have ever visited. Without a doubt we will be returning.

Excellent Property

We stayed as two families with 4 kids ages 9-12. Check-in was easy. Property location and views were amazing. The sunsets were unbelievable. Easy walk down to Jan Thiel beach that has activities, small shops, grocery store, gym and beach bars. Neighborhood felt very safe. Went on early morning walks and runs down to the harbor and through surrounding neighborhoods. House is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked, towels provided were good quality and beds were comfortable.

Amazing property and location!

No issues with this wonderful property! Check in was great, property is well layed out, enjoyed many dinners in the open air! No dryer but we used the clothes rack and it worked like a charm with the breeze! Loved the forever breeze flowing through the home. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Friends and Family

The house is absolutely beautiful! Our group consisted of 11 adults and the villa was our home for 8 days, 7 nights. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Most of our time was spent exploring the island but when we were at the home, we mostly hung out by the pool. The beach, grocery store, and Covid testing site were all within walking distance. We rented vehicles but were also able to explore Jan Thiel independently of each other on foot. Managing expectations is key for enjoying a vacation. Here are a few tips for planning: 1. American travelers, bring electricity converters. We brought two and that was fine for our group. 2. Be aware that there are no doors that separate the en-suite bathrooms from the bedrooms in the 5 bedrooms located downstairs. 3. There are no shelves for placing toiletries in any of the showers. 4. You will be responsible for supplying your own toilet paper (the house supplied one roll per bathroom for the week) and trash bags (the house manager brought a couple of large ones when we asked but told us the purchase of additional ones were our responsibility). 5. Every bedroom did not have trash receptacles. 6. Housekeeping services are an additional charge. We washed our own towels (clothesline dried) and did not change linens. 7. We bought beach towels as each room was supplied with one beach towel per room. 8. There is no microwave. 9. There is construction about two lots from the house. We brought plenty of cleaning wipes which we found useful to combat the dust (ants too). 10. We paid an additional person fee for the 11th member of our group, an electricity fee, and a security deposit (we were told that the security deposit would cover any damage to the property as well as electricity. This is confusing because an electricity fee + an additional person fee were imposed). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting Curacao again in the future.

Gary's 50th Birthday Surprise Trip

We honestly cannot recommend this property enough. It has BY FAR the best view on the entire street. It's immaculate and was a perfect spot to surprise our family and friends with a trip for my husband's 50th birthday! The owners and property manager all helped coordinate the surprise and were so helpful for local info, contacts for everything you might need. There's a grocery store, beach and restaurants within walking distance, but you feel tucked away from any hustle and bustle in your private sanctuary. Every day we had perfect 30 degree weather with a beautiful breeze that kept away any bugs and kept us cool. We fell in love with Curacao and can't wait to be back! Can't wait to get back to the stunning sunsets and perfect weather <3 Thank you SO much!

Curacao February 2020

We enjoyed our stay in Curacao very much. People are friendly and the location was easy access to everything. The house is just as you imagined. Very pretty and a great pool and view. We used the city bus for 1.00 US dollar to travel from Jan Thiel to Willemstad. I would highly recommend renting a vehicle for the entire stay as it is nice to get away from the touristy Jan Thiel area. Make arrangements in advance for a car rental as they were sold out when we arrived. Jan Thiel / Zanzabar beach (down the street) is very expensive and a car gives you a lot more freedom to see the other parts of the island and enjoy the quieter beaches and less congested restaurants. I also highly recommend snorkeling as many places as possible and eating at Meat The Fish.

Fantastic house, owners, location, view

What an amazing place. Absolutely first class and stunning. Owners were great to deal with throughout the process. Property Manager very responsive to anything needed. Location is amazing. View of the ocean from the infinity pool is fantastic. House is new and very well built. Highly recommend this house. We went with 2 families and small children and it was perfect.

Beautiful and convenient - 10/10

Gorgeous property. Spent almost the entire trip hanging by the pool and the indoor/outdoor lounges. The property was walk-able to a grocery store, the beach, drinks, and restaurants. When lights were not working in the house, the property managers were easily accessible and helpful. 10/10 experience and worth every penny. I'd highly recommend this property and would stay here again with the next friends/family trip to Curacao.
