Un primer piso, apartamento de dos dormitorios con un gran jardín en una zona residencial tranquila .. Todo en el primer piso.
Sala de estar / comedor: con TV de 32 "con canales Freeview y TV y reproductor de DVD.
Cocina: Con horno eléctrico, placa de inducción, microondas, nevera / congelador, lavavajillas, cafetera Dolce Gusto y lavadora.
Dormitorio 1: Con cama matrimonial.
Dormitorio 2: con cremallera y enlace de 2 pies 6 pulgadas con camas gemelas (pueden ser dobles a pedido).
Cuarto de baño: con ducha sobre bañera y radiador toallero.
WC separado. Calefacción, electricidad, ropa de cama, toallas y wifi incluido. Jardín cerrado con patio y muebles de jardín. Estacionamiento en garaje para 1 auto; adicional en el aparcamiento en la carretera. No Fumar.. Para unas vacaciones de verano en un lugar hermoso, no necesita buscar más que Oldway Apartment. Este apartamento de dos dormitorios se encuentra en el primer piso de una casa adosada en la zona residencial de Preston, en Paignton. El amplio y luminoso interior está bien equipado con muebles de calidad y suelos de madera.

Con estacionamiento en el garaje para un automóvil pequeño y buenas conexiones de transporte público, ¿por qué no dejarlo atrás y explorar hasta el fondo de su corazón? Muy cómodo y con todo lo que necesitas, después de un día ajetreado es un maravilloso retiro para pasar una noche frente al televisor o jugar juntos a un juego de mesa. Para aquellos momentos en que los niños necesitan desahogarse, hay un gran jardín en el que pueden correr mientras lees el periódico o escribes tus postales.

Hay tiendas a poca distancia de los elementos esenciales, así como bares y restaurantes para salir por la noche. Es menos de una milla, a pie de nivel, desde Preston Sands con sus coloridas cabañas de playa, y Paignton Beach y un viaje al zoológico también son muy recomendables. Torbay, el Parque Nacional de Dartmoor y la Riviera Inglesa te dejarán con ganas de más. Estamos seguros de que pronto planeará su próxima visita.

Lovely holiday

The apartment is very good and close to bus stops and shops and next to the singer manor and gardens and is a short bus ride to the town centre and train station

A very clean, modern apartment 10 mins. walk from the beach. Lots of places to visit on the bus, the steam train or boat- if you don’t want to use the car. We visited Dartmouth, Totnes, Agatha Christie’s house, Brixham, Babbacombe, Plymouth. Lots of places still to visit next time. Enjoyable stay in Devon.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and really well equipped. It is close by to local amenities and beach. I do agree with other reviewers that the bedrooms seem wrong way round as double bed in smallest room and there is a definite problem with the position of a shelf. We slept in single beds and our granddaughters slept in double so it was easily overcome. I do have two issues though. One is that the view of the garden does not reflect pictures of garden as it’s neighbours and they clearly don’t take as much care with their property. The biggest thing for us was not being able to park on drive. Whilst there is street parking there is a time limit , this is not made clear on website. You can park in another unrestricted area but it’s a little walk away and we had bad weather and two little girls who were soaked before we even started our day. Not huge issues but something I wish I’d known before I’d booked. The welcome goodies were a lovely bonus, thank you.

We had a brilliant holiday, and this property greatly contributed to our experience. The flat is wonderfully decorated and very well equipped. It felt as we were staying at a home away from home.. We did not get to enjoy the lovely garden at the back as the weather was not that great. Parking-wise: there wasn't enough room for our estate vehicle in the garage, so we parked on the street overnight, and we had to move by 10:00 AM. That wasn't a big problem for us, as we spent every day away from the property. Highly recommended!

We were pleased with the accomodation.

We were pleased with the accomodation. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Beds were comfy as was the seating in the lounge. Once we got our bearings we found the bus stops which we used to go to Torquay and Paignton town shops. Sainsburys was just a few streets away. Also plenty of books, games,CDs etc to entertain us if we didn't want to go out. A nice four day break!

We have never stayed in such a wonderfully well equipped home. It really did have everything we could possibly need, even disposals etc. It really did feel like home and our stay was brilliant because of it. The location is very well placed for all tourist attractions and close by for lots of activities for children. Would not hesitate to book again.

The apartment was perfect the pictures didn't do it justice. Just the right distance from the beach and other amenities. Will be booking again for next year. Do to family crisis had to cut the holiday short we were sad to leave. Just one thing would advise take down the shelf in back bedroom as caught my back several times.

Beautifully presented and welcoming apartment. Scones, jam and clotted cream to welcome you in amongst a few other lovely touches. Extremely well equipped, comfortable and modern apartment not far from the sea front. Garage parking for one car, our Ford Kuga just about squeezed in so anything any bigger wouldn't fit. Would love to stay here again if we visit Paignton another time :-)

The bathroom was small and there was no live tv only catch-up Now TV maybe there was something not working but it should have been checked. The heating was switched off which is a bit early in the year for our climate. The location was really good for us easy to get to Torquay Paignton and Brixham.
