Comfy cottage, beautiful location

We had a short stay at Salt Pot cottage over half term and had a lovely time. The property is a new build and in excellent condition throughout. We had a lovely time, enjoyed the hot tub and had a lovely pub meal at the Hare and Hounds in Lothersdale. The views from the cottage are lovely, even in the October gloom, it must be stunning when the sun comes out

Beautiful location

The property was in a stunning location with exceptional views. The property was clean and well maintained, there was everything you could need for a relaxing break. The hot tub was an added pleasure. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was warm and cosy, as is always the case we experienced the typical British summer weather, rain.

Relaxing weekend away

We couldn’t fault a thing with our stay. We were even able to bring our two small well behaved dogs. We enjoyed long walks and a relaxing evening in the hot tub. The area is very peaceful and the views are lovely. The owners have done a great job. The cottage has everything you need. We will be back.

What an absolute find!

What an absolute find! The most beautiful little cottage - perfectly located for the places we wanted to visit while in the Yorkshire Dales. Immaculate condition, so clean and the owners have really thought of everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Didn't want to leave! Thanks so much - would totally recommend and rent again.

Romantic get away for two celebrating two years of married life

We had such a lovely time at salt pot cottage. The hot tub was on when we arrived with a bottle of prosecco. The cottage itself was spotless. Helen and Patrick have spent alot of love and care making a home for everyone to enjoy. We spent hours looking up at the stars at night and enjoying the peace and quiet. We will definitely be back

Lovely cottage

I stayed here with friends and the cottage was lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub and the location was a short drive to Skipton and some nice walks in the local area.

Super property in lovely location.

Fantastic rural location with stunning views over the moors surrounding Skipton. Beautifully clean and well equipped property. Ideal location to explore southern Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland. Jacuzzi was added bonus.

Great weekend away for my birthday

What a great little property. The views from the hot tub were great and the entire place was welcoming and comfortable. The bathrooms were a high spec and the place was very clean. It is very remote, which we enjoyed. We travelled each day for activities so we enjoyed the calmness on our return.

great place to stay!

a stunning property, very clean and equipped with everything needed! Good location, plenty of things to do within a driving/walking distance! we loved the hot tub, however think a shelter over the top of it would be beneficial as it started raining so we had to head back inside. Also with the hot tub, some little lights / fairy lights around the side would look great and add abit more light as it can be abit dark! the property owners were very welcoming and nothing was too much for them! we loved the dog too! Super cute! We will definitely be recommending to everyone and returning again!!!

My friends trip!

Unfortunately due to work commitments I could not attend my booking, however my friend took on the mini break and absolutely LOVED the house. She said it was peaceful, tranquil, nicely decorated and in a lovely location. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the fact it was pet friendly was a bonus! Thank you so much Ellie x
