Casa Giovannina is a charming fisherman's house with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, positioned on the rock tongue of the famous Capo di Conca. It enjoys two large panoramic terraces, overlooking the sea. The location is strategic: away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, but close to the main points of interest!

The house is organized on one floor, which includes:

• Large panoramic terrace, equipped with barbecue, outdoor furniture (deck chairs, tables for outdoor dining).
• Seafront patio with lounge chairs, garden lounge and outdoor shower
• Living room with dining area and double sofa bed
• Panoramic (open) veranda with table and chairs
• Fully equipped kitchen - without dishwasher - with dining table
• 1 double bedroom (bed size: 160x190) with access to the front patio and sea view
• 1 single room (bed size: 90x190)
• 1 bathroom with large shower

Casa Giovannina is located in a quiet and panoramic area of ​​the Amalfi Coast, just on the famous rock of Capo Di Conca. The house has 2 different entrances: one from the main road, through about 60 steps - with free parking for scooters -, one from the upper road, through about 10 steps. Private parking is not available. The public parking (for a fee) is about 50 meters away from the house, but it may be difficult to find a place in the high season. We recommend reaching Casa Giovannina without a car.

A Peaceful Amalfi Escape with Stunning Views

Our property in Conca dei Marini was spectacular. Impeccably clean, very well located. It's a quiet town, away from the noise of nearby Amalfi but close enough to travel there easily with the bus station nearby. The views from the balcony were beautiful, the air conditioning nice and cold, and Francesco was extremely helpful with any questionsrequests we made of SMAAC. Having a beach down the steps, a 10 minute walk away, was a luxury. The restaurant nearby, Bonta del Capo was delicious. I highly recommend visiting here for your Amalfi vacation!

Overall, loved the stay.

Beautiful views from the apartment and the rooms. Very cosy place, spacious living room and balcony. Lots of amenities in the apartment which were quite useful. We found the location to be really good - in middle of multiple locations along Amalfi coast area. The host were very helpful, responsive and proactive in helping and answering any queries/requests. However we had some minor issues specifically the washing machine should have been checked before as it was leaking (this was rectified by the host as soon as they could to be fair) and there is no decent parking option (either for free a long distance awaypaying nearly 40 euros a day in the paid parking option).

Fantastic place!

Fantastic place! Incredible views from several different balconies - in the pictures I thought there were less, from different angles. Great for relaxing, writing a book (what we did), and getting to know the Costiera Amalfitana (also). The host was very responsive, the house was tidy and clean and well equipped.

Amazing!

Beautiful location that was close to Amalfi but away from all the crowds. Great views of the ocean and Torre del Capo di Conca from the large patio. Francesco was very responsive to any questions we had and addressed any issues quickly.

Excellent, quiet and private location with breathtaking views. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Easy access to beaches and food market and restaurants within walking distance - albeit an uphill but pleasant walk. Bus stop only a minute walk from property. A dishwasher would be a welcome addition to the kitchen.

No doubt it was a beautiful view the patios were stunning - However a couple things to keep in mind if you are booking here - We had issues with the wifi over multiple days so if that’s important to you keep in mind (they did have someone come fix it) another thing the shower does not drain very well. Bus stop was right there which was fantastic made the entire island easily accessible, overall not bad!

At the end of October the close beach restaurants were closed in the evenings, so we ended up eating on three evenings at La Piazza da Nino - a friendly and great family restaurant only 350 steps upwards!!

We would re-book next time.

We were welcomed with welcome parcel on table and the home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and we had space for three of us. The balcony views are amazing!! Highly recommend here, although a quick bus trip out of Amalfi, it’s worth it for the peace and quiet.. we would re-book next time.

Stunning Views

Place had beautiful views of the ocean and was equipped with everything needed. Only downside was getting around without a car / scooter, public transport was usually too full and never stopped at the bus stop outside and Taxis were very expensive for a short journey. This is not a reflection of the place though and found our stay very comfortable.

This is a great property. The view is stunning and for that part of the coast the apartment is easy to get to. The beach is another story but the entire Amalfi coast has tons of stairs. Loved the outside shower. Only complaint is that it is not close to a market unless you have a car. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice Stay in Casa Giovannina

This was a cute cottage near the sea! Great views and enough space for a small family. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and the place had many cute photo spots. Only downside is that it was very difficult and expensive to get to amalfi and positano and there were no grocery stores in walking distance which made it difficult to grab things like water and snacks. There are restaurants nearby but very limited takeout options and no delivery in the area.
