Beautiful and spacious villa with 1150 sq feet (400 sq mt), situated in the resort of Cala’n Blanes in Menorca , five minutes away from the natural solarium of cala’n bruch and 200 meters away from the beach. This enchanting villa consists of 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room, recreational room, dining room and a very sizeable kitchen. Also it has a big garden with a swimming pool, a barbeque and a very cozy roof terrace. capacity for 10 o 12 people

Great villa

Wonderful villa, outside space and pool really lovely. Villa nice and clean, in a lovely quiet area. Great views from the upstairs balconies. Would have liked the kitchen to have had a kettle.

Beautiful Villa

This villa is stunning - the private pool is huge and there is so much room, including some lovely shaded areas if you want to get out of the sun for a while. Pool table and table tennis table are a welcome bonus and the tortoises wandering in the grounds are simply adorable. A short walk to all amenities of Los Delfines and coves but in a very quiet position. Instructions from owner were very clear and someone to meet us on arrival and departure. Loved it !

Great place to stay

We had a fantastic time in Villa Savanna. The villa is very spacious inside and out, and while a little dated, it was very clean and very well equipped. The pool, terrace and BBQ hut were all well used during our visit. Xisca and Toni were very accommodating and the couple of minor things (e.g. faulty kettle) were resolved within minutes. We liked the area very much, the shortcut to Cala en Brut took 5 minutes walk down a rough path and the kids loved jumping in from the different diving points. Plenty of decent bars and restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk as was the bus into Cuitadella which runs every 30 minutes and is well worth a visit. The tortoises roaming the garden were also a great addition to the visit. Would recommend a visit to Lidl at the start of your holiday as while the resort supermarkets are well equipped they were 30% more expensive for most things. Thanks Toni and Xisca!

Large Villa

Excellent Location and good size for group of 10 People. Unfortunately the down side was mainly the Villa was very tired and needed a revamp. The grass was not cut until two days after our arrival and the edges were never strimmed and left long and untidy. Only one parasol between the 10 of us and that was broken. We asked on numerous occasions for a replacement and additional parasols but to no avail. Toilets took a long time to fill and baths took forever to empty. The pool table had a bad rip in it and only one cue was usable. The kitchen sink had a large crack and needed a clean before use. No kettle, and we were told if we wanted one we should buy it ourselves! It was a lovely place but these easily corrected issues let it down.

A stunning villa in an excellent location.

What a beautiful surprise. Menorca...I'm not sure what I was expecting. But we got a fabulous airport in Mahon, a luscious green island, car hire superb... roads and navigation were dead easy. Not a single pothole anywhere. Not a single unfinished building anywhere. We arrived at the villa and were immediately greeted by a beautifully presented property, clean, fresh...with everything we needed for our stay. We even found we had 12 tortoises roaming freely within the grounds which was really fun and provided a lot of cute distractions. The property is situated just off the main road and yes, there is the stereo-typical 'English' quarter just around the corner, which we don't like. But we didn't care because we wanted to explore beaches and found that some of the best beaches in the Mediterranean were in fact within 30mins drive from the villa. Outstanding scenery, clean safe beaches, turquoise waters. It was perfect. Some of our group even went horse riding and found the horses to be well kept and fit and healthy, which isn't always what you get. So all in all, 10 easy stars and an easy recommendation. Thank you to the owners who couldn't have been better.

Casa Vila Savanna

La casa es muy grande,el jardi i la piscina tambien. La casa esta bastante bien situado ,al lado de los restaurantes i de las calas.Pero los vecinos tienen perros(Ladran bastante) Cuando hemos llegado le faltaba bastante cosas en la casa i habia problemas con el wifi,la cocina,las camas,el aire acondicionado.Total que durante los 5 primeros dias he tenido que estar en contacto con la responsable(Lorena). Hemos tenido mucha suerte de tener Lorena que ha respondido muy rapidamente a nuestros problemas.Lorena es muy eficiente i rapida. Al principio entonces no estaba muy contento por todos los problemas,pero una vez todo arreglado en 5 dias todo ha ido mejor. Personalmente yo añadaria a la barbacoa de carbon una barbacoa de gas,asi puedes cocer rapidamente i no pasar 30 minutos para tener el carbon preparado cada dia. Insisto mucho sobre el servicio de Lorena que nos ha ayudado mucho con los problemas de la casa que ya son resueltos. Buena vacaciones

Villa Savanna Menorca

Una maravillosa estancia y vacaciones la casa igual que las fotos y la zona muy tranquila pero con todos los servicios, tuvimos un tiempo excelente, pudimos bañarnos todos los dias en la piscina y como es muy próxima a las calas de Calan Blanes y Calan Bruch tambièn nos bañamos en el mar, muy limpio y trasparente.

Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La maison est spacieuse et la chaleur ne se fait pas trop ressentir (clim dans les chambres). le propriétaire a été très réactif concernant la piscine qui nécessitait un nettoyage à notre arrivée. elle est bien située, avec des plages à proximité et quelques commerces.Ce qui nous a gênés, c'est l'équipement de la cuisine, qui manquait cruellement de verres, et autres accessoires (plats de cuisson, bols...). Des suggestions : un éclairage de la piscine et quelques spots pour le jardin ce qui rendraient la maison plus chaleureuse.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Very spacious with a great Swimming Pool. Air Conditioned in the bedrooms, which was needed as it was 35 degrees! Overall we were happy with the property but could do with modernisation in some areas, however this didn't negatively impact our holiday. We would consider staying again of we returned to Menorca.

Beautiful clean ,spacious villa.Fantastic pool and eating areas outside.Kitchen very well equipped, outside upholstered cane furniture " tired".Sink cupboard needs adjusting and sink needs replacing.Some electrics & switches very temperamental.Problems with outside lights not clear which switch was for which light.All door locks awkward to turn.We had a super time and would come again

Vacances entre amis fin octobre

Nous sommes partis entre amis (deux familles avec des enfants de 10 a 17 ans) pour une semaine fin octobre. La maison est bien située a 10 mn de Ciutadella près des plages et des commerces (supermarchés proches) Il est très facile de se garer soit devant la maison soit dans le jardin directement. La maison est très grande, les chambres du haut sont spacieuses et donnent sur les terrasses, les chambres des enfants sont petites (2 lits simples dans chaque) et quelconques. Étant fin octobre nous avons pris nos repas du soir à l’intérieur : ni la table de la cuisine ni celle de la (toute) petite salle à manger ne pouvaient nous accueillir tous ensemble (la grande table se trouvant sur la terrasse extérieure). La table de billard et la table de Ping pong ont été bien appréciées. Les extérieurs sont très agréables : piscine et salon de jardin Le seul bémol qui ne dépend pas du propriétaire : les voisins ont des chiens qui aboient continuellement des qu’on est dehors ! Pour améliorer ce bilan positif : un petit kit de base plus étoffé pour la cuisine (par exemple huile sel poivre sopalin…) et la salle de bain (gel douche ou savon et papier toilette en plus …) car voyageant en avion nous avons dû les acheter et les laisser sur place. Super communication avec le propriétaire avant le séjour et accueil chaleureux et efficace de Xisca et de sa fille Lorena.

Lovely Villa

We came for a family holiday, unfortunately we got hit by storms, but it was made easier having a lovely big villa to stay in, our house keeper was SO helpful (we had power & water cuts- because of storm which she got engineers around straight away!) We recommended this villa for a great holiday! Only small downside is if there’s a lot of adults you have to flip a coin as two larger bedrooms upstairs are a lot nicer and the other two downstairs are pretty basic I feel designed for kids, all the same was a lovely place to stay thank you for looking after us, The Sweeney Family

Great location and beautiful home

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful and the neighborhood was perfect. We were able to walk to the sea and restaurants with ease. The host was quick to reply and the house keeper was so friendly. We did have issues with the wifi but that's ok as we typically don't use wifi while on vacation. Be aware that the master bed is very firm. Thank you Toni for being a great host. Jordan

Villa Savanna Menorca

Beautiful villa with plenty of space both indoors and outside. Excellent communication with villa manager. The only let down in regards to the villa was the poor WiFi and extremely uncomfortable beds (the worst I have ever slept in). The area was not for us we like beach and swimming in the sea there were 2 beautiful coves local one with a beach one with steps to enable you to bathe in the sea but both of them were covered in jelly fish (hundreds of them everyday). All 8 of us were also badly bitten on a daily basis which put a bit of a dampener on the holiday.

Fabulous villa

We recently stayed in villa Savanna and had a fantastic time. Our party of 5 thought that the villa was fabulous, very large, extremely clean, lovely gardens and a great sized swimming pool. We also really enjoyed the table tennis and pool table and in the evening, loved sitting on the terrace on the sofas having a drink. The villa is in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and bars and Ciutadella is only a short bus ride away and definitely worth a visit. The tortoises roaming free were a real novelty, but I would advise shutting the garage door because once they got in there they didn’t want to leave and made a bit of a mess! WiFi was a bit hit and miss and a welcome pack on arrival would have been nice, but overall we had a really great time and would highly recommend the villa.

Fantastic Villa

We have stayed in several villa’s in Europe, Villa Savanna is by far the best in every aspect. Gardens, pool and all outside seating areas extremely well kept. Spacious and comfortable living areas, lovely big kitchen very well equipped with everything we needed. The children and adults were enthralled with tortoises and we had a fantastic family holiday to remember.

Lovely relaxing holiday

The villa is beautiful, very clean and spacious. It is very well furnished and decorated. There is plenty of room for everyone both in the sun and the shade, with the large pool to dip into to cool off. The property is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, but is only a few minutes walk from good restaraunts, shops and supermarkets. There are two small beaches also within walking distance and 'the rocks' where you can jump into the clear water, providing the jelly fish are not there! However as the property describes itself as a luxury villa there are a couple of things that could be improved - both double beds are uncomfortable and would benefit from a new mattress. The towels provided are thin and one bath towel and one hand towel per person for the week is not luxury. Having said that we would not hesitate to return to the property should we return to Menorca in the future.

Beautiful villa, everything there we needed

This magnificent property accommodated our 2 families for a week, 5 adults, 4 teenagers and 1 child. We arranged to have the 2 additional put up beds in advance to accommodate all 10 of us. Everything was there that we needed and more, including a washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ, table tennis and pool table. There was plenty of space for us all to lose ourselves in different parts of the property if we needed to so we were never all on top of each other. Everything was ready on arrival and we were met by a friendly and helpful housekeeper Xisca who enabled us to access to the property slightly earlier than anticipated, which was welcomed in the soaring temperatures. The pictures of the property give you an idea of what to expect but in reality it was much bigger and quite splendid. We had never done a villa holiday before and the owner was happy to answer any questions we had prior to our stay also providing details for airport transfers. Would definitely recommend this property, we all had a fantastic stay!

Family Holiday Away

We have just come back from an excellent holiday made even better by our stay at Villa Savanna. It started off well by the warm greeting received from Xisca who was waiting for us on our arrival. The house was lovely exceeding all of our expectations and also enabling us not to have to wander too far as had everything we needed there. It was very close to the local bars and restaurants and only a short drive to Ciutadella to experience the beauty of this city. We was lucky enough to visit during the festival of Sant Joan which gave you a real feel of what Spain is all about. The villa its self had everything you needed from lovely gardens to shady verandas to a beautiful swimming pool. All amenities were also accommodated to make this stay very self contained. There are also a garden full of tortoises which will happily eat their way through all of your lettuce if you allow them too. They became a real hit with the young and old members of our family. Overall the holiday was very relaxing made better by staying at the Villa Savanna. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing staying in a beautiful place.
