My husband and I had an incredible 10th-anniversary stay at Sea 101. Waking up to ocean views and the sound of waves, enjoying morning coffee on the patio, and stepping directly onto the beach from the condo was perfect. Fantastic location. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our second stay here, and it absolutely won’t be our last. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves, the soft roll of the warm Caribbean breeze, and those incredible ocean views from the patio is pure island paradise. There’s nothing quite like sipping coffee while enjoying the tropical magic of St. Thomas. We can’t wait to come back again.

Absolutely the BEST

Sea 101 is just perfect in every way. A perfect location: Walk right out to the most beautiful beach. Close, but not “too close” to the coffee shop, the beach bar and Sea Salt fine dining. A perfectly beautiful and spotlessly clean, fully furnished condo with great beach decor and awesome views. A truly perfect place for a Caribbean vacation.

Favorite spot to stay

We loved the condo! Bed was comfortable. The host went above and beyond. The place was well stocked with towels and necessities! Will definitely stay in this spot again. This is a big yes for us! My boyfriend proposed to me there so it will forever be a favorite spot for me!

Paradise!

We had such an amazing time on Sapphire Beach in St. Thomas. Our one complaint is that it went by too fast! We would definitely stay in this condo again. It was the perfect location on the property. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach! The hosts provided everything that we needed. The bar and restaurants at Sapphire resort were great!

Cannot ask for a better spot in St Thomas

Sapphire Beach is premier. C101 offerers the best location at ground level near the excitement of the area. Perfect for a small family to stay in.

Amazing beachfront views

We absolutely loved our time at sea 101 and didn't want to leave. The resort is beautiful, the restaurants were delicious! The beach is perfect for snorkeling. Felt safe and relaxed our entire stay. Martha was a wonderful host and we'd definitely stay here again.

Sea101 is a perfect location. Walkout access to the beach, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and amazing snorkeling. For the beach lover...this is paradise. Additionally, Martha was an excellent host. She was extremely approachable for questions.

25th Anniversary in Paradise!

We returned just a week ago from our 8-night stay at Sea101 to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and it truly exceeded all expectations! We can’t stop talking about it and are already dreaming of returning. From the breathtaking views to the fantastic amenities and the thoughtful personal touches from the property manager; everything was perfect.We thoroughly enjoyed our morning walks around the property and loved how welcoming and friendly everyone was. The convenience of being able to walk right out and snorkel, followed by a relaxing nightcap on the patio, made our experience even more special.The on-site restaurants were excellent, and we also appreciated the shop for a few souvenirs. The location was ideal, with Red Hook just a short distance away, offering plenty of options for excursions, including a day trip to the BVI with Stormy Pirates, visits to Moe’s Market, and easy access to the ferry to St. John. The area also had a wide range of shopping and dining choices, making it a perfect spot to explore.We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable anniversary getaway! Thanks Martha for sharing your little piece of heaven!

Picture perfect view

The condo is located on the beach and the view is considered by the local photographers as “the most frequently requested location “ for photo ops and weddings . It’s a one king size bed and immaculately maintained ! There was a wedding this morning at 8 am ! Sea Salt restaurant is on location with the most incredible view and delicious food! Don’t miss Sudi’s for Monday music and great food and atmosphere!

The property owner was polite, timely, and very helpful with check-in, stay, and check-out. The condo was in a fabulous location at Sapphire Beach Resort and the condo itself was very updated, clean, and stocked with necessities needed/helpful during our stay. Everything was as described in the listing. The location of the unit within the complex was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and everything needed to cook. Very clean and comfortable!

Amazing Condo!

Sea 101 was absolutely perfect for our one week stay. The room was just as described. The location was absolutely awesome! The bars and restaurants on site or on point as well. This condo is literally right on the beach. We had the opportunity on our second night there to attend the full moon party at the beach bar. That was a pretty cool experience as well. We didn't get in

Absolutely perfect location and the best views. Sapphire beach is truly a hidden gem, and this condo is the best place to enjoy it. Once you sit out on that patio taking it all in, you may never want to leave it! Absolutely recommend!

Absolute Paradise

We just returned from 9 beautiful days in St. Thomas celebrating our honeymoon. “Sea 101” was everything we hoped for… well appointed, clean and the most amazing location. Nothing will ever compare to opening the blinds in the morning to blue ocean, white sand and palm trees. The convenience of stepping off the porch onto the beach is unmatched. Martha was a delightful host. Her communication was excellent. She is just a lovely person. We cannot wait to return and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere other than this wonderful condo.

We purchased this condo preconstruction almost 30 years ago on our first trip to St. Thomas. We recently finished a major renovation and have decided to share our delightful spot with others, by renting through this site.

Sapphire Beach is just about perfect! The crystal clear waters, the white sand, the constant breeze make it exactly the beach that one comes to the Caribbean to experience. When you take your photos, you may have to convince family and friends that the scenery is real!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Location, location, location! Not only is the apartment on the beach, it is central to the complex, and it is a much desired corner unit, adding extra windows and sliders which fill the rooms with beautiful light! And the dwelling is efficient, simply and beautifully furnished, and has many of the comforts of home.
