- Brillante vista a la playa del Atlántico.
- La casa de 3 dormitorios + 2 baños, 2 salas de estar y 1 comedor. 2 chimeneas en el interior y 1 chimenea en el exterior.
- Piscina privada en la casa 1 y un jacuzzi y un lugar de sol y molduras fuera de la casa 2. Gran jardín.
- Mesa de billar en la terraza de la casa.
Descripción:
Nuestra casa tiene una vista brillante, muy cerca de la playa. Estamos separados con una valla de piedra. Estamos situados en primera línea del mar. Muy bonito jardín alrededor de las casas, separadas por una valla. 2 grandes parrillas en la terraza. ¡El mejor lugar para vivir que toda la gente nos dice!
Puedes sentarte en nuestras terrazas y mirar el amanecer y el atardecer. Desde nuestra casa puede ver el puerto por un lado y los volcanes por el otro lado.
Coche gratis para usar. Muy cerca del pequeño pueblo y del supermercado (3 minutos a pie). A 3 minutos a pie del puerto y la playa. Casa y lugar muy romántico.

Hay 2 casas compartidas con una pared intermedia, como una casa gemela. 170 m2 en cada casa.
Tenemos precios moderados.
Dos grandes jardines. Tenemos un jardinero propio que viene a preparar nuestra piscina y el jardín 3 veces por semana.
Hay una vista maravillosa al Atlántico. Puedes sentarte en la terraza y mirar el amanecer y el atardecer,
Estas casas son realmente un paraíso y están mejor situadas en el sur de Lanzarote en Playa Blanca.

Puedes ver el puerto y el ferry que va a la siguiente isla de Fuenteventora. Puedes ver dos puertos diferentes y puedes ver los grandes cruceros que entran y salen.

Tenemos Internet gratis y todos los canales de televisión en inglés y noruego. Tenemos discos DVD y CD.

Tenemos una piscina climatizada también en invierno.

BEWARE!

We stayed in this property for 31 days; mid Jan - Feb 2020. Had we known how inaccurate the advert was, we would definitely not have booked. This is a 4/5 star property outside; lovely gardens, great pool, open outlook etc. However, I would rate this a 2/3 star inside. Also, there is a cat on the premises which the owner requests that it be cared for! Cat food and dishes are supplied. The agent assured us that it would not enter the house, but within 2/3 minutes she was chasing it outside. My daughter is very allergic to cats and my wife a little. We had to bring the outside seat covers inside nightly as this furniture it used as a bed. We were placed in the other half of the house (semi-detached). The other half bears the Romantica name. The houses appear to be the same size but have different interiors and layout. (did not have a guided tour so cannot accurately comment). Also since we have been there the HomeAway advert has been altered. There is now a small 'yes' placed beneath some of the facilities. If there is not a 'yes' it is possible the facility does not exist. There is no Aircon - [ceiling fans only]. Even though the owner stated that aircon has been installed in every room in a previous review [2017] this is untrue. No aircon in ANY room. I suggest you take this as a warning as to the accuracy of the owners description and stated facilities. There is no dishwasher. There is a drier - a rope at the side of the house. Unfortunately the washing machine is in the lower shower room accessed by the spiral staircase. No ping pong that we or the agent could find. There is an old pool table outside. The kitchen is open plan with the lounge on the main floor. It has a cooker with oven, but no thermostat in the oven - hot or hotter (1-9 if I remember correctly), takes a bit of getting used to. No idea what 350 degrees is! The dining area with a large table and chairs is on the lower floor, via the spiral staircase and lounge - not an easy journey with food! Handles were missing on some of the kitchen cupboards. The third bedroom is an office with a curtain as a door and a recessed bed in the wall over 3 feet off the floor accessed by a concrete step. There is also a rollaway here that blocks the 'door' if used. Luckily we did not require this room [party of 3]. There are 2 bedrooms with doors, one upstairs, one down - each has 1 double and 1 single bed. HomeAway advert does not refl

Vermieterin wollte nachträglich mehr Geld

sehr altes, renovorierungsbedürftiges Haus, aber in toller Lage mit Blick nach Fuerteventura und schönem Pool-Bereich. Leider entpuppte sich die norwegische Vermieterin als extrem geldgierig. Nach der erfolgreichen Buchung forderte sie immer mehr Zuzahlungen mit der Begründung, sie habe sich im Preis vertan. Extrem unverschämt!

Vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Aber wie kannst du es wagen, mir zu sagen, dass ich gierig bin? Zu Recht habe ich Ihnen gesagt, dass ich einen Fehler in der Anzeige gemacht und nicht für Haus 2 bezahlt habe. Sie haben wahrscheinlich verstanden, dass vrbo nur für die Reinigung eines Hauses bezahlt hat. Es war nur die Spüle, um die es bei der zusätzlichen Zahlung ging - sonst nichts. Erzähle also keine Lügen über mich. Übrigens wurden beide Häuser in jüngster Zeit renoviert und der Pool im Garten im Jahr 2020 komplett renoviert. Dies sind 2 Luxusvillen - alle anderen Kunden sagen mir,

The perfect holiday!

What a wonderful villa! We were a family of 6 (2 children, in laws, myself and my husband ) and this villa was perfect for our needs. The location was brilliant. A short, easy walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants The outside terrace and pool area are very well kept and the pool is a good size and a nice temperature! The view from the terrace is beautiful. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped! Bjorg and her family made us feel very welcome! Thank you Bjorg, it was a pleasure to meet you all and we hope to return again! X

Stay at Romantica

We enjoyed our stay at these villas. The swimming pool was lovely and the villas were very clean and comfortable. The only thing that could of improved our stay was if the villas had air conditioning instead of just ceiling fans and had dishwashers as stated in the list of amenities.

Beautiful villa, wonderful location

Casa Romantica has been incredibly well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay there, with the gorgeous panoramic views. I didn’t realise that the pool, hot tub and pool table are shared with the adjoining villa, but as luck would have it, the owners were residing there and they are a lovely, lovely couple. Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful villa- the holiday was over too quickly!

Excellent property in a wonderful location

Very impressed with the size and quality of the villa. It was like taking our home on holiday with us. Bjorg was a very nice lady and always had time for us if we needed her assistance. The views from the terrace are amazing, you can sit and see not only the ocean but also the island of fuerteventura in the distance. The sunrise was spectacular and we were able to watch sunrise to sunset all from our terrace all day long. The pool was exceptional with well cared for gardens, a jacuzzi, pool table and Several outside eating areas to choose from. A Slow five minute walk to nearest beach (playa flamingo) and you can see the nearest supermarket from the terrace. Overall enjoyed every minute and would like to return to see Bjorg and stay in her lovely house again one day. Thank you Bjorg for letting us stay in your property, hope to see you again, kevin, Janette, Andrew, Zoe , Megan and mylo .

Air condition (AC) are now in every room. Both houses are now equipped with new furniture. Outside the garden, the pool and Jacuzzi are all renewed. A fantastic view to the Atlantic. This is really a 5-star house.
