We absolutely loved the Seawind! Very nice, clean, and plenty of room. It's location is great walking distance of everything you need. Seawinds #2005 is awesome!

The condo was nice and roomy, could have used more seating. View was fantastic but the pool was at the next property and very small. We were impressed with how clean the property was and would stay there again. Can't beat the weather....

Perfect Place

This was such a wonderful property! We would love to return. Plenty of space for 6 of us everywhere in this condo. The balcony was huge and had seating for all of us. We didn’t have any issues with the elevator…it was fast and efficient. The location was ideal to walk to all the restaurants around and we felt safe letting the teens do their own thing. The view is outstanding. Book this place and you won’t be disappointed.

Spring Break 2023

The property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our group of 5. One downfall was that the room was right off the elevator, so, it was loud with from the other patrons on the floor. The master bedroom was very comfortable, however, the other two bedrooms beds could use an upgrade. Would highly recommend this space!

Slow Elevators and Copious Beer Cans

The unit itself was OK. It was loud at night time, the AC leaked into the kitchen. The elevators were horribly slow. This was especially painful when staying on the 20th floor. Empty beer cans were sprinkled thought the area. We checked out a few days early due to these factors.

Big Building, Elevators Broken

Do not stay in this unit. The unit itself was very nice but the building management was non existent. There were only two elevators for the 100 plus unit building, much of the time one elevator was broken, and during check in and check out they were so overloaded that it took hours to get up or down. We waited over an hour to bring our luggage down on the last day and ended up having to carry our luggage down 20 flights of stairs. It was a nightmare. Good unit, good view, but wouldn’t stay here again because it was quite the hassle to get in and out of our unit. The beach was a little crowded but not horrible.

Two ceiling leaks in this unit.

This unit had two ceiling leaks, one in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen. Guest services was contacted and we were told that the property manager and the HOA would come by to check on this issue and to put towels down under the drips. This was so inconvenient, because we had small kids who kept slipping on towels. No one ever came to do anything about the leaks, which was super annoying since we were told something would be done. And since this was considered an “unforeseen maintenance issue”, they were unable to give a refund. This is untrue, because the leak in the ceiling has been happening for a while, as you can see where it has been patched in the past. With some pressing, we were refunded the late checkout fee. This was definitely not enough to help cover the inconvenience of the leaks. I’m thankful we didn’t have to stay in the condo more than we did. Sucks to have to deal with something like this while on vacation. The living room furniture also needs to be cleaned, as there were several stains.

Excellent place!

PH 5 was wonderful! Plenty of space, well furnished/decorated. There was great communication, prompt, courteous, and helpful! The kids loved the splash pool! I would definitely recommend this place and we will return!

Great view and good location; Parking situation isn't the greatest

The property itself is in a great location. While we were there, we were woken up every day at 7:45am by the construction crew on top of the roof. Believe me, this grew old very quickly. This continued on throughout the day. It was very hard trying to lay down a toddler for a nap with all the noise. The parking situation is a joke. We had to find another location to park one evening and the staff outside the property told us it was first come first serve. In our rental agreement, it stated that every condo was allowed 2 parking spaces during their stay. If you are going to guarantee parking to customers, there needs to be enough parking spaces then. We were very lucky our vehicle didn't get towed, but unfortunately we ran into another couple who weren't as lucky as we were. The condo itself was nice. The view was great and the condo was very spacious. The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable and had barely any padding. The showers had zero water pressure at all. The elevators on the property were an issue as well. We were very fortunate to have a great vacation. If the issues were to be fixed we would definitely stay on the property again.

Plenty of Room

Great size condo with awesome floor plan. The view large patio was amazing. Building elevators are slow and the pool is subpar. Bring some deep fitted sheets for the beds bc they don’t stay on, but beds are super comfy otherwise.

Amazing

This location was more amazing than described. Pictures were accurate and on point. As I read the reviews it talked about the slow elevators bit apparently we time all of our trip up and down properly that we did not have any issues.

Condo had a great balcony but the living room was a little small and didn’t love the futons.

Would have really liked it if we had been told that you couldn’t have a canopy in the beach except for a certain area. They waited until we got it set up then we had to move it just like we saw 3 other families had to do. Not Cool☹️

Condo nice overall. Carpets need cleaning. Long and hot waits for the two elevators responsible for servicing this 20 story condominium building.

No AC. And Overcharged making our rate twice what it was advertised

The ebooking was extremly deceptive and a our bill came in through email it was almost twi times more than the advertised price. The AC didnt work at all during the trip and became so uncomfortable for my 7 month pregnant wife that we left 3 days early. We will never book with this company or Condo building again. Extremly upset and dissapointed to waste a large amount on the first vacation our family has been able to take to Gulf Shores in 5 years. Cant believe the uncooperativeness of the staff and complete lack of care to help or empathy.

Not the best stay

Condo has poor parking and only two elevators for a 20 story building. One elevator was broken on one of the days but even when it did work, there was always a long wait for an elevator. To make matters worse, the elevator lobby smelled really bad. The condo itself was large and had a good layout but wasn't cleaned very well.
