Apartamento independiente en la planta baja consta de jardín de entrada, con las bicicletas de aparcamiento y mesa de comedor al aire libre cómodamente. Puerta de entrada / zona de cocina y mesa de comedor, sofá y spot de televisión que viven; baño con ducha, dormitorio con literas y un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio.
Todo completamente restaurada y amueblada. Viene con dos bicicletas para desplazarse cómodamente a la playa ya la necesidad PRINCIPAL. Excelente ubicación cerca de todos los servicios. Wi-Fi (1GB / 24h)

Nice stay in a modern and comfortable place

My partner and I enjoyed our stay in the appartment in Viareggio. It is very clean, furnished modernly and well equipped (cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, towels, blankets and so on). We were warmly welcomed and we received tips where to go for dinner and how to visit the surrounding cities. The bikes, which are included, are perfect for a ride to the beach. We really liked the quiet terrace, especially to sit outside in the evenings. We can recommend this place!

Family summer holiday

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It has some great extra features such as air conditioning and a washing machine. Gianni was super friendly and welcomed us to the property. He gave us some fantastic local tips about how to spend our time. The apartment is in a great location and just a short drive from the beach. We visited the beach every day and really enjoyed the sandy beach and swimming in the sea. We had a great time - thank you.

Great place

We had a wonderfull time at this place. Everything you need is there. Not only everything in the house, but also in the neighbourhood. Nice places you can visit not far away. The supermarket is also very close. The beach is just a half our walk away. The two bikes make it complete (you can take them to the beach also). Only drawback are the mosquitoes. So a lot of citronella and spirello. The owner is very kind and helpfull to tell you more about the neighbourhood.

Amazing apartement!

The apartement is in a nice enviroment, it's close to everything you need. You could easily walk everywhere in town but the two bicycles make it even easier. The beach is also easy to reach in 5 to 10 min by bike. Andrea provided us with many information to navigate around Torre del lago Puccini, Viareggio and Pisa. The apartement is perfectly placed to explore the area around those citys but it's also a place where you can come home to after a long day. We felt very welcomed and had everything we needed during our 2 week stay.

Very nice vacation in House Lino

We spent a great holiday in Tuscany. The house was pretty and we were comfortable. From the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds over to a nice bathroom there is nothing to complain about. The only soft negative point were the mosquitoes which we had all day outside on the terrace. So we're not aible to use the terrace bevor sunset. The beach and shops are accessible by bicycle in roundabout 10 minutes. For excursions (eg. Pisa or Florence) the location of the apartment is well suited. All in all a really great holiday.

Amazing Apartment Close to Beach!!

Gianni and Andrea's apartment was simply amazing. The apartment has lots of space with two bedrooms, updated bathroom, washing machine, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, private outdoor dining area with awning and lots of kitchen items for cooking meals. The two provided bicycles allowed easy access to the beach, grocery store, lake, Puccini house and even a longer bike ride to Viareggio for the day. Ghianna welcomed us with details of the house and recommendations and directions allowing us to easily navigate Torre del Lago. The apartment was a great home base for day trips to Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terre and the comfort of coming home to a clean secure apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed even longer than a week. We highly recommend this apartment and already have it on our list of return places for our next trip to Italy.

Our great holiday in Torre del Lago

We stayed 2 weeks in Andrea's flat and hat a great time in Tuscany. We immediately felt welcome by Andrea. He showed us the flat, which is modern, elegant and very clean. Andrea explained us the most important things (aircon, towels, garbage, gas cooker, bakery, supermarket etc...). He answers all questions if any... Although the flat is quite small, it is such good organized that it looks bigger than it is. There are many wall closets and cupboards, the kitchen is also well equipped. There is also lots of documentation available about places of interest and excursions possibilities. The photos shown here are OK but in real the flat is much more better. The terrace is wonderful - it's like an additional room - we never sat inside during 2 weeks! The hedge gives privacy and the flowers make it homely. Bakery and Supermarket are very close (5 minutes by foot - 2 minutes by bike). We used the bicycles to reach the free (natural) beach - it takes around 20 minutes. This beach was wonderful (we don't like the "bagni" and preferred to drive 5 minutes more). The pizza at "Il Stregatto" in Via venezia was excellent - also the Gelateria aside. We visited Firenze, Lucca and Pisa. Pisa is very close - only 1 railway station away! Also the Apuan Alps are wonderful! We went to the "Grotta del Vento" and saw breathtaking landscapes on our way. We expect to come back.

Sehr schönes Apartment, Einrichtung wie beschrieben. Küche gut ausgestattet, ausreichend Stauraum in Schränken etc.Lage ist natürlich etwas weg vom Strand, aber wir hatten Räder dabei und damit kein Problem. Sehr sauber, 2 funktionierende Klimaanlagen.

Strandurlaub und super Lage für kurze Trips

Vielen Dank an Giani für den warmen Empfang und für die sehr saubere Unterkunft! Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen für kurze Trips zum Strand (2 Fahrräder stehen bereit). Viareggio, Pisa und Lucca sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Endroit parfait pour découvrir la toscane

L'appartement est très bien équipé (manque juste une plancha pour atteindre la perfection) l'accueil est parfait et l'endroit est tres calme. Les vélos à disposition sont vraiment un gros plus pour aller à la plage. vraiment une location à recommander les yeux fermés

Ein toller Aufenthalt

Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern (3 Jahre/9monate) angereist. Das Apartment war sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand ist nicht weit. Mit den Rädern kommt man zügig zum Strand. Wir können das Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Feine kleine Wohnung

Wir haben diese Wohnung sehr genossen, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, tolle Einweisung und Tips von Gianni und Andrea, alles sehr sauber, immer zu empfehlen, auch für Familien mit 2 Kindern, da Etagenbett im kleinen Zimmer vorhanden. Zum Strand ca. 2 km! Ältere Fahrräder vorhanden, sonst etwas vorher kostenfrei parken, Parkgebühren bis 22.09.! Danke Gianni und Andrea für die schöne Zeit

Hervorragend

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist mit den zur Wohnung gehören Fahrrädern gut zu bewältigen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der kleinen aber überaschend modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse. Unser Auto konnten wir immer direkt gegenüber der Eingangstür parken. Gegenüber der Eingangstür stehen ein paar hohe Bäume, die ein angenehmes Kleinklima verbreitet haben. Es war alles da, was man so braucht, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Föhn, Toaster, Pürierstab, etc. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und per Email immer schnell zu erreichen. Bei einem Gewitter-Sturm hatten wir einen Stromausfall, der Vermieter hat sogar nachts um 1:00 Uhr geantwortet, um zu sagen, wo der Kasten mit den Sicherungen ist. Zwei Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Wir haben in einen Fahrradladen in Viareggio noch zwei Fahrräder dazu gemietet (70 € für 2 Räder für die gesamten 2 Wochen) damit sind wir dann immer zum Strand gefahren. Ein hübscher Weg führt dort hin durch Bäume und Dünen. Der Parkplatz am Strand hätte 1€ pro Stunde gekostet und mit den Fahrrädern haben wir noch Radtouren in die Umgebung gemacht, z.B. zum See beim Haus von Puccini. In der Nähe der Wohnung (5 min zu Fuß, 2 min mit dem Fahrrad) gibt es auch Restaurants und einen Coop, wo man alles bekommt. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ist die Wohnung passend. Allerdings sollten sie Kinder nicht größer als 1.50 m sein, das Etagenbett war für unsere Kinder( 18 Jahre / 1,70m und 16 Jahre /1,85m) doch etwas eng. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Urlaub.

Sehr saubere, kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ziemlich neu. Die Zimmer sind klein aber man bekommt alles unter und sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand fahren, die Strecke ist gut mit Kindern zu bewältigen. Es gibt umliegend nette nette Restaurants und Läden. Der Außenbereich ist sehr praktisch bzgl Fahrräder, allerdings gibt es viele Stechmücken. Die Fenster sind aber gut mit Netzen versehen und man kann lüften ohne Mücke im Haus zu haben.

Great little bolthole

Immaculate apartment with a helpful host. Well fitted out and the air conditioning was extremely welcome. Good location for local restaurants and trips further afield.

Alles perfekt!

Wir hatten hier ein paar entspannte und erholsame Tage. Sehr leise, kaum Durchgangsverkehr, da Einbahnstraße. Super Anbindung an die größeren Städte mit dem ortseigenen Bahnhof. Großes Lob für die zwei zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder (auch wenn sie ihre besten Jahre hinter sich haben), damit ist der Strand ohne lästiges Parkplatzsuchen in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wohnung sehr modern und sehr sauber, große Terrasse. Wie in den Beschreibung. Benefits sind die Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine! Gerne wieder!
