El espacio

Este es un condominio de 1 dormitorio completamente equipado en el piso 15 con una hermosa vista del océano y el receptor de una brisa fresca del océano. Este condominio fue decorado profesionalmente y se mantiene impecable. Los que aprecian los detalles apreciarán especialmente los muebles y las decoraciones.
El dormitorio está iluminado con hermosos accesorios de iluminación colgantes y en el medio hay una cama extragrande muy cómoda.
Por supuesto, el acceso a internet por wifi está disponible en toda la unidad y un Smart TV en la sala de estar para su disfrute. Netflix, Youtube y Claro Video son algunas de las muchas aplicaciones que puede elegir.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina necesarios para cocinar para su familia o pareja. Además, una licuadora, cafetera y tostadora están a su servicio.
Una lavadora y secadora también se encuentran en la unidad y están disponibles para estancias de una semana o más.
EL DESARROLLO - GRAN VENETIANTEEsta propiedad de alto nivel es privada para propietarios e inquilinos. Las entradas están cerradas y la seguridad está en el lugar 24/7. Hay cuatro piscinas para elegir, que incluyen dos grandes piscinas infinitas frente a la playa con exquisitas vistas del centro de Puerto Vallarta, paseos en bote y actividades en la playa. Los espacios de estacionamiento subterráneo están incluidos, además de un centro de ejercicios, canchas de tenis y sala de juegos para su disfrute.
Grand Venetian está a 10 minutos en taxi del aeropuerto y a 10 minutos en autobús ($ 0. 60 US) al centro de la ciudad.
Los jardines son meticulosamente cuidados, y el personal es muy amable y servicial. Hay taxis disponibles y las paradas de autobús justo en frente de la propiedad. El vecindario

Grand Venetian está ubicado en la "Zona hotelera" o "Zona Hotelera" y es el punto central de Puerto Vallarta, entre Marina Vallarta y El Centro (centro de la ciudad). Hay varios restaurantes deliciosos, clubes nocturnos y tiendas de abarrotes a poca distancia a pie y también está a un corto trayecto en autobús o en taxi desde las bulliciosas calles del centro de la ciudad o a un tranquilo paseo por el puerto deportivo.



Moverse

Los autobuses paran justo afuera del desarrollo y se pueden pedir taxis desde el lobby para que lo recoja dentro de los terrenos. Recomendaría no alquilar un automóvil y, en cambio, confiar en las opciones de transporte asequibles que se encuentran cerca.

Equipo de playa incluyendo sillas de playa y sombrillas están disponibles para alquilar.
En la puerta de su casa se encuentra el pueblo comercial La Isla, recientemente inaugurado, con boutiques de marcas estadounidenses de gama alta y restaurantes típicos mexicanos.

Mariela was excellent during check in and was prompt answering any questions we had. Property was even nicer than pictures. Appreciated the quality of linens and towels. The nightclub next door was a bit annoying during the weekend but only ran from 3:00 to 9:00 pm so not terrible.

Very Nice Condo in Puerto Vallarta

Our second time staying at the Grand Venetian complex and this unit was perfect for our stay. The unit was clean, modern and offered great beachfront views of Puerto Vallarta. Mariela took care of everything from check in to check out, it was a pleasure to deal with her.Looking forward to a return trip very soon.

Good…not great

Overall anyone who travels to Mexico as we do knows there are things to keep at the forefront…one of them being patience. The condo we stayed in is not completely represented as the profile. We booked, then got an offer from the property manager/owner indicating we could stay in another of their condos there (which it was claimed was better condo) for same fee. Upon checkin we were met by the manager Mariela and shown the condo. It was clean “enough” but things such as the air conditioning vents were surrounded by dust. We know there is a different challenge with keeping condos clean but it was tough to see. The next challenge was communication with the property manager. She indicated text would be best and that any time cleaning was going to be done she would let us know 24 hours in advance. This was never the case. In fact near 10pm one night we got the text that the cleaner would be there at 10am. Which did not happen so we were out of the condo to be respectful and went back at 11 to gather something and the cleaner had just arrived. This sort of failed communication occurred right up until the day of check out. Overall the grand venetian is very clean and property is excellent. The amenities on site with the pools and restaurants are really good. Great location…just not quite as advertised for the condo.

Accommodations made it perfect

The accommodations made this vacation perfect. Easy to access, pleasant to stay in and the view just made it better and more relaxing. Very pleased with it.

Nice Condo, Not a good location

So, The condo was great. We had good response from the manager when we had questions. I have 2 suggestions for the unit itself. Needs a dehumidifier during bad humidity. Smelled musty a lot, but the AC helped with that. The couch is not comfortable at all. The biggest issue I had was this condo complex is right next to a big river coming into the ocean. During the rainy season,(which i didn't know is now) it is all muddy and the beach and all the water around looks like mud. We couldn't even swim in the ocean. It was gross. Also, that music is so annoying. It was on half the time we were there. It is deafening loud. he only good thing was it ended at 9pm or I would've had to leave. Why do we have to follow rules to be considerate of others but a restaurant can play music as loud and annoying as they want. I loved the condo, but hated the area. I will never return.

Relaxing Elegance

The entire property was excellent, including this unit. Terrific views from the 15th floor. Spent some time relaxing on the balcony! Also connecting with the COVID testing lab was very convenient. Literally, across the street. Made that annoying inconvenience less troublesome!! Working with Gerardo was great. He was very helpful... Thanks.

Long weekend getaway

My husband and I had a nice, relaxing weekend in PV. We enjoyed the condo, pools and local food. Gerardo was very helpful when we needed him.

Excellent stay

Beautiful property. The beach out front is huge and not overly crowded. Walking distance to the Marina and a short bus or cab ride everywhere else. The condo itself was very nice, well furnished and spacious. Very quiet during the week. There is music that can be heard in the afternoon/evening on the weekends, but nothing really wild. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent experience

We liked almost everything about this property. It's well cared for, has a beautiful view and everything went very smoothly. If you are concerned about the noise mentioned in other reviews, I wouldn't be. We did hear it a couple of nights but it stopped around 9pm. And we could barely hear it inside the condo anyway. If you are concerned about getting a COVID Test before returning to your home country, don't be. They make it extremely convenient to get one. Register in the room via a QR code and fill out the registration info on your phone. Then take that across the street (walk-in at your convenience) and in 20 minutes you will have your results in your email. If you are concerned about the risk of getting COVID - you can control that. Masks are required everywhere in PV. The PV residents comply. Many Canadians and a good majority of Americans are more lax about it, but we complied and were rewarded with negative covid tests and returning safely home. This zone (Hotel Zone) is different than the southern part of PV. It's good because the beach is not crowded at all - plenty of room for everyone, even socially distanced. It's not as good as the southern areas w.r.t. things to do. You will want to get a taxi to the Malecon (boardwalk) in the southern area if you want to see lots of shopping, bars, shows, restaurants and the hustle and bustle that goes with all that. We wanted mostly peace and quiet, which this hotel zone is great for. But then we took a taxi down to the busier zone a couple of times. We liked controlling when we exposed our senses to all that. :-). Don't get me wrong, there are nice restaurants and some shopping within walking distance of this condo - just not the amount you see down closer to the Romantic Zone. The condo itself was nice. It had all the things you need to fix whatever meals you want to do there. It had plenty of linens. They provide a 5 gallon water dispenser (filled) for you, so no need to bring up lots of water bottles - we really liked that. The only thing I think they could improve is the bed. It needs a new mattress. We both sunk into concave holes on each side of the bed. That can get uncomfortable night after night. But that's about the only big improvement I'd offer. Gerardo was very helpful. We could reach him easily and he answered all questions we had throughout the stay. It was comforting to know we could reach him easily and get answers. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

Wonderful relaxing vacation

Fantastic place to stay - the place was clean and well equipped with everything we need for a vacation. Gerardo at the management company is just awesome and highly responsive to anything we need. My parents stayed at a different condo during this time and they were very jealous of our place and the service. I would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful sunset from the patio, drinking water that they refilled half way, and plenty of movies and shows. Great time!

Great unit, amazing view!

Great unit that I used as a pied a terre, since I was mostly spending time with friends in another unit which was already full. Loved all the provided amenities. Best part was leaving the balcony door open at night and listening to the surf crashing on the beach. Thank you!

It was very beautiful. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and friendly. Gerardo Soto helped us out so much with scheduling our massages, to ordering our car for the airport, to making dinner reservations. Wonderful help! The room was very clean and nice and had everything we needed. Our only dislikes were the elevator in Tower 3 kept breaking, and when you're on the 15th floor, it's a little unnerving. We were afraid to take it, but 15 floors is a little challenging! We did it three times. The music at the bar across the way was way too loud on Friday-Sunday starting at 2:00 pm and going until about 10 pm. We could hear it with our balcony door closed. We're not party poopers by any means, but it gets a little obnoxious when you just want to go to your room and relax. With that said, we would probably choose a different property next time. It is a very nice place and to each their own. Nice walking distance to the mall next door and restaurants. La Vaca Argentina was wonderful across the street! I would recommend this place to anyone, as long as they know all that they're getting into.

Great stay at Grand Venetian

We loved the property and location but did not appreciate the music played in a nearby club on weekend. However we still are going back next year. The property manager and staff, Lifestyle properties , are excellent. It was easy to contact them and they were very responsive. We could not have been served better

Great spot in PV

We truly enjoyed the property. Meet/Greet with Ricardo upon arrival set everything on the right note. Condo was very clean, nicely furnished, everything worked as expected. The beach & pools were perfect. We enjoyed the view from the balcony... sunsets, moon, stars and even Mars - all backdrops to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Our only nit to pick was the neighboring Chicabal Sunset Club at Peninsula Vallarta. Thankfully only some days but their excessive noise was truly annoying and ruined any time planned on the deck. The blasting music mercifully ended early though so we could end our evenings in peace. Getting downtown is simple by taxi or bus. We actually walked to the Malecon once which was a bit of a hike. Local grocery, Soriana, is a 15-20 min walk from the property - go when there's shade! Thanks for the great stay.
