We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. It was an excellent base to explore Fife and we loved the decor and the artworks on the walls. The fire in the living room was wonderful. A perfect, cosy retreat.

Quiet cottage

A cozy cottage with so many extra touches...heated mattress, comfy cushions, washer and dryer, and very clean. This cottage is situated on the quietest road, you can follow the birdsongs all day! We just loved it and highly recommend!

Cottage stay was just what the doctor ordered. Very comfortable, quiet, quaint, and very well appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing tour of Scotland. We took day trips to St Andrew's, Inverness, Edinburgh, using the convenient bus and train so, which were accessible nearby. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful cottage

This was a fantastic little cottage - perfectly located for seeing Fife & central Scotland. Set in a lovely village - it had everything we could possibly need. It is quirky & unique with lots of very thoughtful touches by the hosts.I would highly recommend it.

Peaceful. Very quiet location

Great situation, in a very friendly little village. Close to some great short walks, both Lomond Hills are within easy reach. Close to St Andrews, and the East Nook of Fife. Would love to return.

Comfortable and serene setting

Lovely! The best word to describe the cottage and location. The parking area was very close and handy as roads are narrow in villages. Cottage had everything we needed and so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Lovely spot

Holmlea Cottage is perfectly located in a charming village and right next to trails. The cottage is charming and Katy and Geoff great hosts. The car park is steps away from the cottage. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful.

Relaxing, calm Freuchie

Great communication with hosts. Our dogs were made very welcome. Ideal for walking or visiting spectacular locations . Amenities, local shop and pub great.

Simply the best!

This property has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed, spotlessly clean property with a fully equipped kitchen. It is situated in a gorgeous village which has a grocery store and awesome pub and is so close to many attractions and places to visit! We had a great week here and hope to return. Thankyou Katy!
