Cordialement Julien

Thanks for your comments. I am sorry that you had to wait in the cold for Alex to come. Guests details are passed on to Alex and Guests also get Alex contact details. In such event he can give the guest the entry code to make sure that nobody is in the cold. Alex, usually contact the guest on the day but it is not always possible when guest are flying in. The extra memory foam should add additional comfort; I take note of the issue with the bed. The TV is recent and has been checked. No fault was reported since. I will make sure that the shower curtain is properly clean. There is no seat to put boots on. Nobody had needed a seat until now, but I could add a folding stool in the locker if it helps but it will take valuable space in the locker . I can confirm that there is access to an underground parking and also that the parking spaces in front and on the side of the building are free.

Cordialement Jul. Sylvie, thank you for your comments. The apartment is indeed at the heart of Chamonix in the front of the bus station which allows great access to the ski resorts of the surrounding area especially during the winter. The windows have double glazing which reduces the noise to a minimum. Following your visit, the windows have been inspected and no defect was reported and all were able to be opened. The apartment is facing South and gets in the morning the first rays of Sun. The microwave has also been inspected, and here again no malfunctioning was reported. Alex, which is available during your stay, is available for this kind of issues and would easily be able to help if required. Regards Jul.
