Great stay!

Wow amazing chalet, very clean, very well equipped, lovely inside and out. Lovely friendly owners, and a great welcome pack. And doggie friendly. Wish I'd of booked for longer. Will definitely book again soon x

Well contained chalet, has everything you need Only needed to take bath towels Had some some noisy neighbours with barking dogs, but that was just bad luck😳

holiday with granddaughter for the first time

The accommodation was clean and well located at the beach. It was where you could have quiet time, take a little stroll, and have fun on the beach. We had a good relaxing time. The agent was on hand and happy to help when we need it. I would recommend to friends and family

Cosy chalet

A lovely cosy chalet that was set up to be a home from home. Lots of little extras to make life easier, especially with children. A great size for a family of four, clean and tidy and a welcome pack which not only allowed a hot drink as soon as we arrived but made the kids happy too! Easy communication with the owner but left alone to enjoy our break.

Summer break

The welcome pack left is a fantastic idea. The girls loved the sweets. The Chalet is decorated lovely, light and bright. Plenty of room for a family of four. Having the parking close by is a real help.

A clean light, cheerful, contemporary style chalet Very close to the beach and places to eat out shops by going at the end of the summer. Season meant it was extremely peaceful and quiet and we were lucky enough to have the good weather and very relaxing break.

Lovely little home from home

The chalet is small but compact. It is decorated well. It is lovely and clean. It has everything you need for your stay, including a little welcome pack for a nice cuppa on arrival. It’s close to the beach. Can get hot inside but there are fans in the chalet aswell. Overall a pleasant stay and the owners are extremely helpful.

Cracking chalet

This chalet was a delight to stay in. Little touches like milk and an arrival pack of coffee, teas, biscuits etc was appreciated. Very clean and tidy and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Communication with Mark was 100%. Location great. Decor was tastefully done.We will definitely be back.

Lovely chalet

Had a lovely time here, chalet was clean and had all we needed, kids enjoyed the board games and dvds that were there. The location is great nice and quiet, we didn’t use the club house or things on site, the beach is lovely, saw some seals there too, but it’s not far from Yarmouth and other places to get out and about, we also went to Gorleston for some successful crabbing the beach there is also beautiful. The owners of the chalet were easy to talk to with quick responses. We would recommend the chalet and would return here in the future.

Best chalet by far

Having stayed in various chalets over the years we can honestly say this one was the best by far. Appreciated all the little extras that were unexpected. Very grateful for the extra equipment that was put in place for the baby. Nothing seemed like to much trouble. Mark & Tina are lovely people. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend & will be booking again in the future.

Value for money Chalet near most faamcikities

Free Wi Fi and good TV came as a auprise to us. Extra bonus for us pet allowed free! Very thought through chaletwith so many extras. Modern bright and airy. All the little extras that made it a plus for us. Welcome pack with milk, tea, coffee, sweets for children and buscuits! Cleaning materials for kitchen and bathroom. Bring your own towels though. Lovely fresh made up beds. Buckets and spades plus chairs to carry down to the beach can be found in wardrobe. Don't forget to bring £1 and £2 coins for the meter. Chalet all electric. Cost us about £4 per day with heater on most of the time. Very modern boiler lasts all day, plenty of hot water. Chairs and table to outside chalet. Parking so near too.

Had a lovely weekend get away... Chalet was gorgeous.. Well equipped.. Mark is a lovely chap... 6 min walk from dog friendly beach... Are boy bense (dog) had a ball.. Loved it.. Would highly recommend... Like I said comfy n cute and clean as clean can be xxx

Absolutely beautiful chalet very modern but homely and lovely and clean Very well equipped in all aspects We found the complimentary tea coffee milk etc a real bonus as we arrived late in the evening The beaches were amazing we went everyday at least once as literally only a 5 minute walk and Blue absolutely loved the beach Would definitely book again loved this place

NICE but COLD

A wonderful clean place to stay for local stuff and travelling about. It had all you needed. Including the welcome gift pack of Milk, Sugar, Tea & Coffee. Oh and £5 in the electric meter. This I did not see when I booked the break. If I had known i would not of booked. Meters just eat your spending money up. It is cold in October and very cold in the Holiday Home. When we had a shower it was cold in the bathroom as it did not have a heater. The bathroom did have a hand towel ring but nowhere to hang wet towels to dry. Also we both wear dressing gowns but no place to hang them. I am very sure it is a nice place in the summertime, so please don’t let my saying what I have put anybody off from booking this holiday home.

Having fallen in love with the Norfolk coast we purchased our first holiday home and last year became residents in Great Yarmouth - wishing to share our experience of the peaceful Sunbeach Holiday Village set in California, Scratby we are now owners of this additional family orientated chalet , plus three more chalets and look forward to receiving you as our guests.

We are always nearby if you need us but our priority is that our guests have the freedom to an enjoyable holiday in this beautiful part of the Norfolk coast

Time moves at a slower pace here in Norfolk and there are so many aspects to the area that you will want to come back time and time again to enjoy the endless beautiful sandy coast and walks plus the wonderful tranquil Norfolk Broads and countryside

A not to miss visit is to the colony of seals at Horsey Beach a 15-minute drive away

Never overpopulated and with a great network of roads traveling around by car couldn't be easier

We also enjoy a great circular bus service from Martham to Lowestoft that passes right by the site taking you into the livelier resort of Hemsby or to Great Yarmouth where you can experience everything expected from a premier seaside resort
