Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated the Villa's location, just a short walk from Siena's historic centre, and that it comfortably accommodated your whole family. We are, however, genuinely sorry that the final part of your stay left you with a less positive impression than the rest of your holiday. As many future guests rely on these reviews when choosing where to stay, we would like to clarify one important point. Whenever the entire Villa is reserved by a single group, no other guests are ever accommodated on the property. Our guests enjoy the exclusive use of all three apartments, the gardens, the swimming pool and the outdoor dining areas, while Anna and I live in a completely separate, private section of the estate. On the day before your departure, some scheduled maintenance activities and deliveries took place. Although these were limited to our private side of the estate, we regret if they affected your perception of the peaceful atmosphere we always strive to provide. We are equally sorry that a brief misunderstanding concerning the outdoor kitchen and the gate remote at check-out gave you the impression that you were not being treated with the warmth and hospitality that have always been at the heart of the way we welcome our guests. Fortunately, the missing items were located shortly afterwards, but we regret that this occurred as you were leaving. For many years we have had the pleasure of welcoming families and groups from all over the world, and we remain deeply committed to offering every guest a peaceful, private and memorable stay.
