Trulli with pool and garden. 4 bedrooms
A stunning villa complex consisting of six Trulli cones older than 100 years; fully renovated trulli ( traditional Apulian architecture ) and a large modern and fully equipped living area. This magnific villa includes a large private sail-shaped swimming pool with hydromassage jets in a part surrounded by a beautiful lawn and a shaded pergola for comfortable lounging and relaxing. Between the pool area and the villa there is a wide pergola with a wooden table and seating for 20 along with an outdoor yakitori barbecue and sink . The setting around is amidst olive orchards , apricot, pomegranate , fig and almond trees ; it boasts a panoramic position dominating the countryside all around.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Family Getaway

The property was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor pool, multiple lounging areas and landscaping were all amazing! The bedrooms were a little small, but nice. The kitchen was ok, but the appliances were not great and there was no place to store dry food. The shared living space had a nice layout, and the connection to outside was wonderful. The location was quiet and private but still easy to access the local attractions.

Fantastic accomadation in a beautiful part of Italy!

We we’re blown away with the level of accomadation when we checked in. It’s really is beautiful and so well equipped. The villa isn’t far from supermarkets and other areas or interest. The Trulli staff were magnificent from start to finish and we’re always on hand to make sure our holiday was perfect. The only negative it’s the Trulli rooms are all interconnected with bathrooms at either end which makes privacy pretty difficult if every room is occupied. The main lounge could also do With some air conditioning which would help reduce the problem of mosquitos! We were bitten quite a lot over the holiday. Overall this is a great place for families in a safe and secure environment. We will be coming back that’s for sure and I can’t wait to try some of the other villas on offer from Trulli di more. Thanks

Superbe villa au cœur des Pouilles

Si vous avez un doute, soyez rassurés : la villa rénovée récemment est tout à fait conforme aux photos, voire mieux! Les points positifs :espace de vie très spacieux et moderne permettant de se retrouver entre amis ou en famille tout en préparant le repas. Cuisine fonctionnelle bien équipée avec machine à café nespresso ( ou équivalents que l'on trouve en grande surface). Les chambres sont fantastiques, dans les trulli, ce qui donne un cachet particulier. Trois salles d'eau modernes avec douche à l'italienne. On peut passer d'une chambre à l'autre par l’intérieur ou l’extérieur préservant l'intimité de chacun si on est pas de la même famille Le tout est décoré avec soins et beaucoup de gout en utilisant de l'artisanat local Les extérieurs sont vraiment extraordinaires : salons, gazebo, chaises longues en quantité piscine avec jets, pelouse arborée et sans vis à vis vu la taille des propriétés. Propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. Management efficace de l'agence Trulli et Dimore : de la phase de réservation jusqu'à notre retour en France Emmanuella et Stefania tout en s'exprimant dans un français parfait se sont toujours montrées courtoises, réactives et efficaces, le tout avec le sourire, même pour Emmanuella qui a assuré notre check-in un dimanche soir à 22 heures! Concernant la situation de la propriété, pas de soucis : proche des villes emblématiques d'Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Polignano a mare et même Matera qui est dans le Basilicate. Pour la plage pas de soucis non plus mais comme nous y étions début mai.... Le ravitaillement peut se faire dans le village voisin de Cozzana pour le pain et les croissants et les grandes courses au Famili de Monopoli ( par exemple) Attention cependant à la conduite à l'italienne qui pourra en déconcerter certains.... Pour être le plus complet et le plus impartial je vais tout de même citer quelques petits détails "négatifs ": le lit qui est solidaire d'une tête de lit customisée en bois grince à chaque mouvement donnant l'impression de dormir chez ma grand-mère. Certains y verront peut-être du charme? Si vous partez avec des ados prévenez-les que la wifi est très lente, mais du coup ils sortiront peut être le nez de leur tablette... Un micro-ondes dans la cuisine serait un plus Un chauffage pour la piscine serait un super plus au printemps.

Beautiful property for relaxation and kids

Three generations stayed in this beautiful place. The adults had great opportunities to relax in the different areas, while the kids enjoyed the pool and exploring the property's "wildlife" of (small) lizards, centipedes and other bugs life. Scenic towns are easily reached in about 30 min by car. Don't leave without visiting Locorotondo (amazing) and Alberobello (turistic). Also the Zoosafari in Fasano is better than expected (animals are really close - often with their heads inside the car). We will definitely be back.

Trulli lovely

Absolutely gorgeous property - the traditional trullo bedrooms are very cute (kids loved the rabbit warren) and the main room is bright and modern. The grounds are the real star - so beautifully maintained with many areas to sit and relax / eat outside. One thing to note is the pool is not heated, so unless you're sure you will be there in hot weather (we had unseasonally cool weather), the pool is cold. However there is still so much room for kids to roam around and explore and play. You also will need a car to get to get around for anything - but once you discover the best local stores - beautiful fresh food is just a short drive away. Lovely property.

Magnifique villa

Superbe villa alliant le moderne et le traditionnel avec ses chambres dans des trullis aménagés avec beaucoup de goût ! !! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille (nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants). Emplacement parfait à 10 minutes en voiture de monopoli et au calme de la campagne et quelle belle région !!!!!! Je recommande vivement cette location ! !

absolutely perfect

This villa was truly perfect in every way. We were greeted by Emanuela who showed us round etc and was always at the end of the phone if we needed her. This place is beautifully designed and well maintained. You would definitely need a car to get around as there really isn't much within walking distance. The only glitch we came across is that the lights kept tripping out, which meant we had to turn off most of the big electrical goods. But this wasn't a biggy. Its going to be difficult to top this holiday, we didn't want to leave this place and one week definitely wasn't long enough.

The villa surpassed all expectations, wonderful.

The property was perfect for our family of 6. The pool was truly amazing. The amenities the house offered were above expected. The villa was very clean and is very well kept with all mod cons necessary. The location was great as is very close to a local supermarket, many delightful restaurants and all the touristy sights. Plus, the beach is only 12 minutes by car and there are at least 7 beaches which we all loved, including the kids. It was one of the best family holidays we've had in a long time. Thank you to all the helpful staff at Trulli & Dimore for making our stay so easy and very enjoyable!

Absolutely stunning property

Both Sergio and the Service company did an excellent job in guiding, receiving and supporting us during the stay in this wonderful, contemporary and stunning house. The villa is very spacious, light and with fantastic views over the small town of Monopoly and the blue sea. The constant breeze provides for very agreeable temperatures and the spacious pool for welcome cooling down. This is a truly 5-star property with all modern amenities one can think of. It is advisable to use a small car since roads are narrow and its better and easier to navigate. We truly had a marvelous holiday and enjoyed the many excellent restaurants in the area without a single let down. Seafood is fantastic, fresh and plentiful and of course the local wines a true treasure. I have seen the whole of italy with only Puglia having been a white dot. This for me was the last area to complete my Italy experience and possibly the best one. Thank you Sergio, Anna, Emanuela and Giacomo.
