The location is perfect and this is the best place we've stayed in St Andrews. The townhouse is in excellent condition and it was a perfect, warm welcoming home to celebrate Thanksgiving dinner with our university student daughter and her friends. We loved it so much that we immediately booked it for next year.

Perfect house for us as a group of golfers. Location was great and everything in the town is just a walk away. It’s hard to imagine a better stay.

Great house for eight golfers from the US and tremendous value for money. The living and kitchen areas were excellent for our gatherings. Only criticism is the beds were really narrow for grown men and some of the windows were tricky to open - just with it being an older building.

We loved the place

The house could not have worked out better for us- the location is great and the rooms are all very comfortable. It could be an issue for people who have trouble climbing stairs but that was not a problem for our family. We would definitely rent this place again.

Location, Location, Location

Clean, spacious, great hosts, would book again in a heartbeat. We had a foursome of golfers, and then the girls with a little guy and the stay was perfect for our group. Having Sainsburys down Bakers lane and everything in walking distance made the stay most enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Irish golfers trip

Had a fantastic few days using the house as a base for our golfing trip. 8 golfers with loads of room. House was beautiful, very warm. Every facility that we needed was there. 3 excellent bathrooms and the owner with an early check it which was fantastic

Perfect for golfing group

A 6-man golfing group from Australia enjoyed a 2 week stay. Individual bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and expansive kitchen and lounge made for a great experience. Close to the centre of town and restaurants, not to mention the gelati shop! The group would have liked to book for the same time next year, but it has already been taken!

Hutchinsons in St Andrews

Excellent townhouse, right in the centre of St Andrews, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house was spacious and perfect for our family with 3 young children and 2 teenagers. Kitchen well equipped ( although the microwave needs fixing - the control knob is faulty). A lovely family long weekend away.

Outstanding Value!! Great Location with all the amenities :)

Wow & Wow!! The property is just as the pictures show. Very nice home design. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The LOCATION was perfect for St. Andrews and lots of shops, bars, and restaurants were within a short walk. The bathrooms were good and the only complaint was that shower water didn't drain well

There were 8 of us that stayed there for a golf trip in St Andrews and surrounding areas. Absolutely perfect location in St Andrews. Great communication with the host. Only minor complaint is that between 8 of us we couldn’t figure out the washer/dryer unit. Not sure if the dryer was broken but our clothes were soaked and we couldn’t get the dryer to dry them. There really need to be step by step instructions to tell people how to use it or if it’s broken it needs to be replaced. But overall we had a great time.

Home of Golf - 1 week stay

Wonderful home right in the centre of St. Andrew's within walking distance of shops, restaurants and of most importantly all of the golf courses in town. Place is as good in person as it looks online. Great communication with rental owners. Highly recommend.
