Casal Paternò in Alghero is a late 19th-century historic residence, formerly the Chiesa della Purissima, located in the Angeli Custodi region, a scenic area on the hills of the Coral Riviera not far from the town centre and the beach.

The villa can host various types of events such as weddings, gala ceremonies, impressive refreshments, business lunches or simply a prestigious holiday.

Villa Casal Paternò consists of 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, air conditioning and WiFi Internet connection throughout. The Historical House is rented out for exclusive use.

The Villa, owned by the Paternò family and recently renovated in traditional style, boasts the distinction of being one of the best renovated and preserved period residences on the coast.

The villa consists of a central body, the former convent, divided into two floors with an internal belvedere balustrade and an annex.

In the main part of the villa there are 5 double bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower and in the upper part of the villa there is a double bedroom with access to the veranda overlooking Capo Caccia.
In the adjoining annexe there is an open plan room with kitchen, living room with double bed and on the upper floor a room with 2 single beds and second flat with another 4 beds bathroom and kitchen

The rooms on the upper floor are all air-conditioned, while the rooms on the lower floor, as the former church walls are over a metre high, do not require air conditioning as they maintain an ideal temperature.

In the park of the villa, which is well-kept with a lawn and swimming pool, there is a large gazebo and an additional outdoor kitchen where you can eat outdoors covered by the gazebo and cook and roast all together

The property is located about 3 kilometres from Alghero on the road leading to the village of Olmedo, just outside Alghero. A distance that even in high summer can be covered in about ten minutes at most.

Villa Casal Paternò can accommodate up to 20 people. The rent will be based on the number of persons indicated at the time of booking and €50 per day will be charged for each undeclared guest.

- In July and August arrivals are preferably accepted on Saturdays. For other dates please contact the Host.

A car is necessary for exploring the coastline and beaches. The car is necessary for excursions to discover Sardinia.

Extras: (on request)
- Beach towels at an extra charge of €10 per person.
- Extra cleaning during the stay on reservation and payment (€15 per hour)

Host or maintenance person is allowed to enter for maintenance of facilities.

To be paid on arrival in cash tourist tax.
