The management was prompt and helpful in all ways including something as small as getting a tv remote and programming all remotes to the 3 tvs. The area is perfect for families with ice cream, restaurants and an arcade across the street. The skyway makes it safe to cross and has a nice bar with other sitting areas including a puzzle and game space. I woul 100% recommend and stay again next year..

Room was very clean & the building has workers present everywhere. Our booking management company was very involved & attentive to our needs during our entire stay. Great time with family!

Beautiful condo right on the beach! A little confusing to find the parking garage across the street but once we found it we were good to go the rest of the trip! The activities located at the sky bar were a huge hit for our family especially music bingo! The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and it is very peaceful. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and they even had a fan on the closet (for those who need that noise or air flow at night). Enough room for two adults and 6 kids!! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Panama City.

We have stayed in the same unit twice. We really like this particular unit. Suits us well and easy to get to from the beach. On a side note on this side of the property, the elevators are all new and work fantastic!

Liked the condo. Wasnt found of the set up of the property. Alot of walking since the garage was on the other side of the road. Plus getting to the floor that was across the road was a pain. The only person i was not happy with was a bartender. He was very Rude!!!!!

Great location

This property is in an excellent location!! The only drawback I would give this property is it needs a little updating/maintenance...example refrigerator door latch needs adjusting, TV in the living room has a dark patch down the right side, remotes did not work to the TV so we bought a universal remote (and left it there for the next party), TV in the first bedroom did not work at all, touch up paint in places, shower door would not close, some light fixtures need globes, the exhaust fan in the main bathroom - switch had to be turned on and off to get it to come on and the shower in the first bathroom backs up. Like I said nothing big and if those things were fixed this would be a 5 star condo - EXCELLENT LOCATION - BEAUTIFUL VIEW.

When we arrived, we also noticed that there was only one parking tag and we had requested two. I called and they had one brought to us immediately. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The resort is in a great location. It’s close to restaurants and also right down the road from a Walmart. My husband complained about the master bed, but I slept great.

Had to clean in before we even felt comfortable.

First off when we got there it smelled like smoke even tho it says not to smoke in there. The bedroom window that has the beautiful view of the ocean had nasty sticky stuff all on it,there was mold on the ceiling which I’m allergic so we had to clean it off,one of the beds had some personal items in it with stains all over it,the other bed sheets wereAll messed up and the pillow had a rip I wiped off the kitchen counter as soon as walking through the door and my white rag was yellow. Do not recommend.

Nice View, Furniture Needs Updating

Reviewer Comments: The unit where we stayed, 531 had a great view from the balcony, and everything we needed for our trip. The downside was the furniture (ie. couch, 2nd bedroom bed, etc.) needed to be replaced with newer furnishings. The 2nd bedroom had a chair with a lamp sitting on it as a nightstand.

The condo was honestly the cleanest one that we have stayed at in Panama City. The process was easy, the owner answered all of my questions without delay, and did I mention the condo was clean! Great location with lots to do. We could walk to most places that we went. The beach was crowded but overall we can't complain. The condo had everything we needed to get started. It was a great place and we would love to stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This hotel is the top of the line and very clean. The location is superb. It is walking distance from many stores and souvenir shops. With everything you need available on the condo grounds, leaving is not necessary. Having a Starbucks and an ice cream parlor were our favorites, while others enjoyed singing karaoke in the bar and shopping in the gift shop. The condo actually had two views of the ocean. One bedroom had a big window facing the ocean along with an balcony we could all fit on to look for dolphins. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We slept eight in two king sized beds, a foldout couch and two bunk beds. The parking garage was a good walk from the condo. You have to park across the street and walk above the road using several elevators to get to your room. However, once you figure it out it isn't that bad. My family enjoyed the condo and the trip.Suggestions: If you plan on cooking bring a pot. There's only one large and one medium sized pots. We made spaghetti and had to pour the sauce into a bowl so we could use that pot to boil the noodles. Then, we poured the sauce back in the large pot to heat it back up. The tv and/or the remote in the ocean front room does not work right. We couldn't watch movies. The bottom receptacles in the outlets in the same bedroom work but the top ones don't. So, you either charge your phone, have a clock or a lamp. These little problems did not keep us from having a great time. We also rented a pontoon for the day and went to Shell Island. We found several shells and sand dollars. A dolphin even swam along the side of the boat. We can't wait to go back and recommend this trip. It is a great place for a family vacation.We called customer service once because the shower door wouldn't close all the way. They were very friendly and helpful.

The room was great. The check in process was very easy and early check in was available for us which was a huge help. The room was clean, And the location on the 5th floor was perfect. Also proximity to the elevators was great. As long as the pricing stays similar I am going to book this exact same room next year.
