Este condominio de lujo con un diseño espacioso se encuentra convenientemente ubicado en el popular Catamount Lodge, justo en el corazón de Village at Northstar. Catamount 406 es verdaderamente único; es la única residencia de su tipo, con dos historias, en el pueblo a Northstar. La residencia es mucho más grande que los otros dos dormitorios en el pueblo y tiene una gran suite principal, un dormitorio de invitados y baño y medio baño en la planta principal y un loft de nivel superior con un área de estudio y de dormir. La cocina gourmet cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cocina de gas, encimeras de granito y pisos de piedra. El plan de piso abierto, con techos abovedados masivas da la sensación de una casa de esquí más grande y ofrece un montón de espacio para reunirse con amigos y familiares. Hay una mesa de comedor para 6 y desayuno barra asientos para 4 personas. El patio al aire libre ofrece vistas a la zona peatonal del pueblo.

Las bañeras de hidromasaje al aire libre y el gimnasio compartidos se encuentran en la planta baja del Catamount Lodge. North Star condo

Great location in village for Ski/Board. The property was convenient and very comfortable with bathrooms and ski locker. Our only concern is that the loft gets very stuffy for sleeping.

Perfect for 4 adults and 3 small kids

We have stayed at the village before but chose this unit for the unique loft. It worked out great as the kids had their own area and we could still see/hear what they were doing at all times. It rained so we stayed in more than expected and SO happy we had this set up. The second bedroom was a bit smaller than expected but everything else was perfect.

Lovely Place with plenty of space

Had everything we needed and so much space! Would definitely search this property out again. Perfect for 2 families with children (children can sleep in the loft) and maybe a 3rd family who would need to use the 2 living room pull outs though I’d have them at a reduced portion since they won’t get a private room. Master was very large but the 2nd bedroom looked a tad tight with the king bed in there but there was so much space to put your luggage that you didn’t need to put it in the room. We stayed for a baseball tournament in late summer without AC because it was in need of a repair that couldn’t be done in time but they offered me a credit for that…haven’t seen it yet so I will have to update the review if they don’t follow through with that. It was a very bright space so with the blinds open it did get warm in the bedrooms but not too bad. Kids in the loft did not complain of being hot so that was good. Would recommend!

Beautiful loft right smack in the middle of everything! Very cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. Parking was so easy too! Will be back!

Great Northstar Lodging!

We have stayed at Northstar many times ... and this is our favorite condo ever. My family now insists that it's the only place we stay :) It's located very conveniently within the village ... close to the restaurants and shops and lifts and etc ... but not right overlooking the ice rink so it's very quiet and peaceful. Great layout with two bedrooms and also a huge loft bedroom. Very, very well supplied kitchen. Quite clean and well stocked with toiletries. We also loved having the two hot tubs right at the bottom of the building. The property management team was super helpful and very responsive. Great experience all around!

Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and absolutely love it. Our kids enjoy hanging-out up in the loft. There is a ton of storage everywhere, including a separate area to put snow stuff (A special dryer for boots mittens ect) Very short walk getting off the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect family vacation spot!

The entire family loved the stay. The place was clean and high quality finishes. It was very spacious for a family of 7. We loved the loft. Staying in the heart of the Northstar village was so much fun. A great vibe and fun around the village. We spent time at the spa and pool. We ate multiple times at the local restaurants. Also, Northstar is close to the lake, so the location is very convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was perfect and above expectations!

Good location, great for families

Excellent location in the village. 2 good BRs with a full loft. Loft would be great for the kids to have their own space w a bed, couch and its own TV. Everything went smoothly.

On Top of the World in Tahoe

I am beyond impressed with not only this beautiful, well-equipped and spacious property, but with the attentiveness of Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals. Brooke was absolutely fantastic!!! She was friendly and efficient as were the people at the check-in office on-site. The amenities, location and overall vibe of Northstar can’t be beat. Such a great stay all around!

A True Tahoe Gem!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was so comfortable and completely stocked with anything you may need. So much room, the loft was amazing for the kids, but still felt like we were in a quant Tahoe Cabin. The views were gorgeous and it’s located perfectly in the heart of the village. We will definitely be returning in hopes of getting this very condo again! Thank you for our amazing stay.

We absolutely loved this property! It met and exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful property and awesome location for mountain biking and relaxation. This condo was 1 minute from the gondola, lift tickets and bike rentals, but such a great location we didn’t hear any crowds. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. When we walked in the low lighting and jazz music playing was so welcoming we felt immediately relaxed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very roomy, the beds were so comfortable, loved the jet tub! My teenage boys really enjoyed the loft for their own space. We were sad when it was time to leave, we will definitely come back to Northstar and 100% would only want to stay at this property! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Birthday, anniversary getaway

Condo was lovely. Every you would ever need and more. Problem with ac so loft and living are got quite warm. Maintenance came, but unable to fix problem. Pool situation is a bit of a pain, but that’s covid. Other then that, a nice quick weekend.
