FABULOSO APARTAMENTO DE LUJO DE 2 HABITACIONES, GRANDES VISTAS, PUEBLO MARINA, 120M2

Este espacioso apartamento de lujo en el último piso tiene 95 m2 de espacio habitable y una terraza de 25m2 con excelentes vistas de la ciudad de los lagos y el mar. El puerto deportivo, la ciudad, las tiendas de sothat se encuentran cerca y están a 5 minutos a pie. El apartamento como una gran terraza soleada orientada al SW con vistas excepcionales y una gran mesa de comedor. Tiene vistas a un jardín privado y una zona de piscina privada con duchas y aseos, que son para uso exclusivo del apartamento, está totalmente climatizado y controlado de forma independiente. Consta de 2 habitaciones dobles, cada una con 2 camas grandes (160), una con baño en suite y la segunda con baño contiguo con ducha. Cada habitación está equipada con grandes armarios con arreglos. La cocina está totalmente equipada y conduce a la sala de estar abierta con grandes puertas dobles de vidrio que se abren a la gran terraza. Se completa con wifi, internet y TV, DVD y sábanas y toallas limpias. El agua caliente se gestiona a través de la energía solar. Mi representante en Marina Village estará allí para felicitarlo a su llegada y, cuando sea posible, despedirse a la salida.

Niños y perros son bienvenidos.

Estancia minima 7 dias

Tarifas por semana: abril-junio 750 €, julio-agosto 890 €, septiembre-octubre 650 €. Periodo de invierno 490 €. Larga estancia 1 mes, 1450 €

Gastos adicionales para calefacción durante el período de invierno. Las tarifas no incluyen lavandería y limpieza, el precio es de 50 € para su estancia.

El 50% se paga al hacer la reserva, el 50% restante se paga 30 días antes de la estancia.

Se le solicitará un depósito de 300 € a su llegada y se le devolverá a su salida.

Wonderful stay in Lagos

We had an amazing time at this beautiful apartment. It was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The quiet surroundings were a big plus for us. The apartment is within walking distance or a short drive from Lagos and its stunning beaches. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace for relaxing. The kids had fun in the pool, though we spent most of our time exploring the amazing Algarve coastline. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Lagos Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day stay at this lovely apartment. It’s fairly close to the Lagos marina, where there are great restaurants. The condo has all the amenities required and a large balcony to enjoy a fantastic view of Lagos and partial ocean view. The pool area was fabulous with great green space. It is just as the photos. Highly recommend!!!

Even better in real life.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use the swimming pool due to sickness, but my stay at the apartment was just A-MA-ZING. Everything was even better than what I saw on the Pictures. Perfect located from the center of Lagos and 20 to 25 minutes from Portimao. The hosts did their job, I can easily put them in my Top 2 from what I’ve seen in my travel experiences. I’ll definitely come back again! Obrigado!

Modern Appartement with beautiful marina view

We enjoyed a beautiful week in the appartement. Everything was as described and there are even more useful items, like an electric Barbecue to use on the large terrace. Two sun umbrellas are also very helpful for the Beach visits. Esp. we would mention the beautiful marina view from the terrace. To sit there and enjoy breakfast or a barbecue is phantastic.

Excellent apartment in excellent location

The apartment was exactly as described and in a lovely location. The apartment was very well kitted out and had everything I needed for my stay. There was ample on street parking right outside the apartment and the area felt very safe. The glassed in balcony is a great idea, especially for winter breaks as it allowed me to sit outside regardless of the weather. I would definitely return to Christian’s apartment when I next visit Lagos. The apartment is only a 5 min walk from the Marina and a 5 min drive from the beach. The old town of Lagos is approximately a 20 minute walk.

Perfect Relaxation

Everything about the condo was even nicer than the pictures. Furnishings were so tastefully done, super clean and spacious with everything we needed for our week of relaxation. There was plenty of room to unpack all of our belongings and keep very well organized. The view from the balcony was amazing and the area was convenient to walk to the marina, supermarket, beach, restaurants and the city center. The only possible suggestions would be to repair the kitchen faucet so that it doesn't spray all over and also top sheets for the beds would be cooler than sleeping with the full bed covers.

It has been repaired in a very short time ,and i apologize for the inconvenience. Concerning the bedding you can remove the inside blanket easily and just use the external part as a normal sheet as it is large enough. A perfect Lagos location

This top floor apartment had lovely views of the town and was in a perfect location for not only the town but in addition the beaches and Marina. The pool area was not overly busy and was quiet and secluded with pleasant lawns , trees and plants. The apartment itself was sufficiently roomy for the 3 of us with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Helpfully there were essential items left in the kitchen such as herbs, oils and spices as well as spare toiletries in the bathrooms. We didn’t go on holiday to watch TV, but it could probably do with updating , although it certainly wasn’t a problem and had several English speaking channels such as Sky News which we could view. An excellent stay in a secure and comfortable location.

This is a really lovely clean and comfortable apartment which is also very well equipped. Check in and out was super easy with a very helpful and friendly local agent. Views over to the town of Lagos were lovely and just a shame that a new block being built at the side is now restricting the view towards the sea. Despite this nearby construction it did not affect our enjoyment of the property and we would have no hesitation in booking again. There is a small mini market just a few steps away for essentials and the marina and also a large Pingo Doce supermarket is about a 10 to 15 minute walk down the hill. Roadside parking was also easy in the quiet road right outside the block entrance and there is a lovely pool area surrounded by greenery. One minor criticism was that although there is a smart TV it is an older one and does not have Wi-Fi connection, so You Tube and Netflix could not be used on it. We just used out tablets and phones which connected to the Wi-Fi hub fine. All in all a great choice for a stay at Lagos.

Dear Mr Hawkins.Thank you for your nice comments.Yes the new block affects the view compared with before.But i couldn't avoid it.However the view remains acceptable.Happy that you didn't suffered from the digging inconveniences.Sorry but with 81 i am not born with internet.The tv is from 2014 when i bought the apartment.As the satellites are not reliable i am using my computer to see all the channels.For sure you could see the HDMI cable. with my best regards Christian Bourgeois

Urbanización y apartamento muy cuidados

El apartamento es muy amplio, bien cuidado , limpio y bien decorado. Las camas son cómodas. La urbanización está muy cuidada, con piscina y perfecta para descansar, muy bonita. El propietario estuvo muy pendiente, por correo electrónico de enviarnos información de la urbanización y de Lagos. No estaba a nuestra llegada, así que nos recibió Michael, muy agradable y además habla un buen español. Muy recomendable ya que estuvimos muy a gusto. Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares. El apartamento está muy equipado, incluso sombrilla para la playa. Muy completa también la cocina. Y tiene cerca un Pingo Doce ( supermercado) para comprar al que se puede ir dando un paseo o en coche, si se quiere hacer más compra.

Es ist eine wirklich tolle, geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung, in der es an nichts mangelt. Der Vermieter und die Repräsentantin vor Ort, sind sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit.Der Fuß-Weg an die Marina und in die Stadt ist gut zu schaffen, wenn man auch nur halbwegs fit ist. Einziger Wehmutstropfen, während unseres Aufenthaltes, war die Baustelle nebenan. Die ist ja aber nur temporär da.

Die Wohnung war einfach Spitze, sehr empfehlenswert.Der Hinweg in die Altstadt war einfach (weil bergab), dauerte ca. 20 Min. Zurück zur Wohnung etwas anstrengend (bergauf) ca. 30 Minuten.Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung an bester Lage

Diese moderne Wohnung ist an ruhiger erhöhter Lage mit Blick auf Lagos. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In wenigen Minuten spaziert man zur Marina. Auch die Innenstadt und die Strände sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kostenlos. Wir haben die zwei Wochen in Lagos mit Wanderungen an der westlichen Algarve und vielen Strandspaziergängen mit unserem Hund sehr genossen. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen. Danke, Christian!

Schöne moderne Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung mit Wahnsinns Ausblick

Wir haben unseren 2 wöchigen Sommerurlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Der Kontakt sowohl zum Vermieter als auch zu der Verwalterin vor Ort war ausgesprochen angenehm, freundliche und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut und vollständig eingerichtet. Unser Highlight war der Ausblick vom Balkon. Hier kann man abends wunderbar bei einem Glas Wein den Blick über die erleuchtete Stadt genießen. Die Anlage ist ruhig, von den Bewohnern der Nachbarwohnung haben wir so gut wie nichts mitbekommen. Am Pool ist es meist recht leer. Ein Vorschlag zur Optimierung wären ein paar Sonnenschirme am Pool, da es dort leider keinen/ nur sehr wenig Schatten gibt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Ich bin auch froh,dass Sie Ihre Ferien geniessen haben.Jawohl sie haben für die Sonnenschirme recht.Es waren damals dabei,aber die sind gebrochen oder gestohlen worden. Schönes Appartement in bester Lage

Super Appartement in bester Lage. 10 Minuten zur Marina und auch die Innenstadt und die Strände sind nicht weit. Ruhige Gegend und schöner Stadtblick. Supermarkt auch nicht weit weg. Um der Ecke hat es ein kleiner laden mit den wichtigsten Sachen. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist gut. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kostenlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt die 11 Tage. Alles hat gut und unkompliziert geklappt.
