Amplia buhardilla de charme, con gran piscina privada

Amplio apartamento mansarda en la parte superior de una espléndida villa con piscina privada y perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas.
El piso tiene dos plantas en las que se compone de una gran sala de estar con cocina, dormitorio principal y un segundo dormitorio con dos camas, cuarto de baño con bañera y ducha.
El piso es muy acogedor e íntimo, pero desafortunadamente no es muy adecuado para personas muy altas (por encima de las personas 1. 9 metros de altura podrían tener algunas dificultades, ya que el bajo techo).
La parte más agradable de la casa se encuentra en el exterior. Tanto la cocina y el dormitorio principal tienen acceso a una gran terraza que ofrece una vista magnífica de los alrededores.


La piscina es de 12x6 metros y grandes a partir de 1. 5 a 3 metros de profundidad. Por encima de la parte más profunda hay un trampolín. Un corredor de seguridad se ejecuta a lo largo de todo el perímetro de la piscina que permite la salida desde cualquier punto.
La villa está rodeada por un gran jardín con muchos lugares donde es posible relajarse y hay una barbacoa con todo lo necesario para comer al aire libre y disfrutar del aire fresco en las noches.

Super holiday in lovely villa

Well equipped villa. Lovely pool. Super hosts especially Vincenzo and Josephine who provided regular fruit and vegetables from their garden. Local bars very friendly. Pizza in village a great option after long days exploring this beautiful island, the bars are happy for you to eat outside. 20 minutes run to the nearest beaches. So many to explore so you really do need a car. Would love to visit again.

Excellent accueil. Espace piscine très agréable. Vincenzo et son épouse (logeant au rez-de-chaussée) très sympathiques et bienveillants et de bon conseil. Vue de la terrasse magnifique idéale pour les apéros et diners. Petite village authentique. Endroit parfait pour loger et se reposer en retrait des lieux trop touristiques.

Ein toller Urlaub

Ich habe mit meinen zwei Kindern 8 Nächte in der Mansarde verbracht. Die Mansarde ist sehr schön. Das Pool ist richtig groß. Alles war sauber. Man kann Schwimmen in Ruhe genießen. Im Erdgeschoss wohnt ein sehr netter Mann, hilft immer, wenn man Hilfe beim Pool braucht. Meine Kinder haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen. Im Haus lebt ein Jack Russel Hund, der sehr niedlich und kinderlieb ist. Diese Mansarde kann man einfach weiterempfehlen.

Lovely terrace and friendly owners

We spent a week in late September in this grand three-storied villa in the outskirts of Nulvi. We had the top floor all by ourselves, the owners lived on the ground floor. The flat was well equipped and had a lovely terrace with a miles wide view over the hilly landscape. We had the pool all by ourselves during the week. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. Nulvi is a small town with a few cafés and one pizzeria. You can reach the vast beaches by car within 20 minutes. We can highly recommend this place if you like privacy and quietness.

A fantastic holiday!

We would highly recommend a stay Cenzo and Josefine’s house. We had an amazing break; in part due to the privacy of accommodation, roomy terrace and inviting pool but also due to the generosity and hospitality extended by Cenzo and Josefine as hosts which made our stay truly memorable. The mansard is well equipped, spacious and has a fantastic covered balcony with a view of rural Sardinia that stretches for miles. The pool was huge, about 12m x 6m with a little diving board that kept us all amused for the duration of our stay (not bad for a family with two teenagers!). It was great to be out in the sun on a day trip and then return and be refreshed by a swim in the pool. We practically had it to ourselves too, only sharing with Cenzo and his family on occasion. Nulvi is a pretty Sardinian village with a pizzeria, supermarket, petrol station and some very nice restaurants (Sardinia style where there is a set menu and they just keep bringing out food for three hours!). The roads are generally quiet and there’s lots to do around the area, we visited the old walled town of Alghero, the beautiful beach at Stintino (good for snorkelling), the castle at Castelsardo and got the ferry to Bonafacio in Corsica for a day trip. Throughout our stay Cenzo and Josefine were fantastic hosts; helpful but respecting our privacy. They drove out to meet us when we arrived late and slightly lost, welcomed us in, took us on a tour of the Nulvi to locate shops and restaurants the following day and offered a more cultural tour of village history before we left (including the house where Cenzo was born!). What a review can't capture is their open sharing of life stories and good humour which added both depth and colour to an excellent stay. We had an amazing trip and returned home warmed both by the Sardinian sunshine and the warmth of our welcome in Nulvi. We hope to return soon.

Sardijnse gastvrijheid op droomlocatie

Nog niet eerder zijn wij zo gastvrij onthaald. De verhuurders hebben ons zeer verwend en stonden ons met raad en daad terzijde. De woning voldeed helemaal aan de beschrijving en onze wensen. Het zwembad is groot, diep, schoon en staat volledig ter beschikking aan de gasten. Vooral de kinderen hebben daarvan genoten. De woning heeft een laag plafond maar dat is geen probleem. Wij verbleven vooral op het ruime terras met uitzicht over de bergen of aan het zwembad. De sfeervolle woning ligt aan de rand van heet dorp, waardoor het er relatief stil is. Nuvil heeft alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen en is een prima uitvalsbasis om het noorden van Sardinië te ontdekken. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug!

Great place with very nice owners

We had a great week at this place. The pool is very nice and we had it all to ourselves the whole week. There is also a fantastic view of the sardinian landscape from the balcony where we had all our meals. Nulvi is a very small village with limited number of restaurants and shops, but if you have a car you can easily travel around to other places. The owners of the house are extremely nice. Even though we don’t speak a word italian and they don’t speak english they tried very hard to make us feel welcome. They definitely made our stay very special and we will never forget that. If you are looking for a quite and peaceful place with a private pool and fantastic views this is definitely the right place!

Beautiful, quaint villa in a quiet village.

We had a fantastic time at this villa. The area and scenery was beautiful. The villa was clean and well equipped and although the ceilings in parts were low, they were manageable. The pool was amazing to come back to each day. The villa owners, Josephine and Cenzo were so friendly and hospitable, they really made our stay very special.

Très belle maison avec un appartement spacieux

Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et à nos petits soins. L'appartement est très agréable avec une belle terrasse. La piscine est simplement magnifique. Le centre du village se trouve à quelques minutes à pieds. Il est animé avec ses cafés et ses petits commerces. Un supermarché est atteignable facilement en voiture. La situation du village de Nulvi est idéal pour découvrir le nord ouest de la Sardaigne. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et nous remercions chaleureusement nos hôtes.

Charmante villa !

Nous avons passé 7 jours chez Vicenzo et sa femme : une villa très bien équipée, bien adaptée avec des enfants, belle piscine, superbe vue, très calme. Village de Nulvi authentique, de belles plages à 20min et de très belles balades à faire dans la région. Une situation centrale idéale ! Accueil charmant et très chaleureux par les propriétaires : de bons produits du jardin, des conseils sur des visites ou restaurants, et toujours disponible si besoin. Un grand merci pour ce beau séjour en famille !

Great place to stay, amazing pool, lovely hosts, beautiful views, quaint Sardinian village.

Cenzo and Josephine made our stay just brilliant. He picked us up from nearby even though we arrived very late. During our stay, he also drove us up to the supermarket to orientate us on arrival, and when out son was sick, came to the doctor with us. They got the balance just right in terms of being there to help when we needed, but we're definitely not overbearing. Spot on. Nulvi is a lovely village. Non-touristy, 25 min drive to the beach on north of island, which is lovely. There's s nice little pizza place to get takeaway from, a few bars and restaurants and a decent supermarket. The place is above Cenzo and Josephine's house and is a mansard conversion. It has everything you need inside tho would benefit from slightly higher ceilings. In any event, the pool is so lovely, as is the beautiful private balcony, that we didn't spend much time inside. The flat has private access and the house has gates and is very safe in a quiet street (we have two young kids). The pool is huge and two metre deep with a little diving board. It was basically ours to use privately for our stay. Cenzo and Josephine didn't use it at all while we were there. Only their granddaughter used it on a few afternoons for a couple of hours. The views of the countryside are stunning and the pool is great. Would definitely recommend you stay here. Thank you Cenzo and Josephine!

Un petit coin de paradis!

Une location idéale pour découvrir le Nord de la Sardaigne, à 15mn de la mer : Un appartement bien agencé avec une vue splendide depuis la grande terrasse. Des propriétaires adorables. Bravo à Vincenzo et Giuseppina pour leur accueil et leur générosité ! Des bons conseils pour visiter, manger et mieux connaître les Sardes. Vincenzo parle très bien le français. Giuseppina nous a fait partager ses talents de cuisinière et ses bons légumes et fruits du jardin! Une très belle piscine, fort bien entretenue. Un petit paradis! Vincenzo et Giuseppina nous reviendrons!

Fantastic place in North West Sardinia

This is really a beautiful place. We were there for a week, a family with 2 kids, 14 and 17 years. The view from the balcony is great. ´The apartment it self is big, although rather low ceiling, but it works as we were not very much inside. The big balcony or the pool were more attractive. The pool is perfect and we were more or less the only users of it, apart from the owners grand children who used it a few times. Talking about the owners they are also fantastic. Vincenzo drove me around in the neighbourhood when we arrived to show where the few shops and restaurants were. We visited a restaurant in an agriturismo, and that was recommendable. Ask Vincenzo for advices. Vincenzo and his wife were very helpful and friendly. They also brought us home made cheese from their own sheep:-). So, all in all a recommendable place to stay for a weeks Holiday. And only 20 minutes to a good Beach. Thank you for your hospitality Vincenzo. Ciao.

Geweldige villa

Beschrijving klopt. Keurige woning aan de rand van een klein dorp met een zeer vriendelijke lokale bevolking. Ligging is GEWELDIG. Op het terras een overweldigend uitzicht over het prachtige landschap. Lieve eigenaren. Ze stonden klaar met een drankje bij aankomst en een compleet ontbijt voor de volgende ochtend was aanwezig. De eigenaar heeft ons het dorp en de belangrijkste zaken laten zien door met ons mee te rijden. O.a. een mooie agriturismo waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Een cijfer 10 voor de gastvrijheid.

Great Villa in a superb location

This was our first holiday in Sardinia and we were certainly not disappointed. The apartment was comfortable, very well equipped and the outside covered terrace space was a real bonus. You can spend hours sitting out there admiring the views and listening to the distant sound of the sheep bells which made for a very relaxing holiday. The photos are an accurate representation of the house, but the views are even more spectacular as you really can see for miles. The owners are amazing; they gave us a very warm welcome and made every effort to make us feel at home during our 2 week stay. They ensured we had essentials provided on arrival and were generous enough to offer us a selection of their home grown fruit and vegetables throughout our stay. Their generosity very much appreciated and made the whole experience extra special. The pool was lovely, very well maintained and there are plenty of chairs and sun loungers to choose from. Nulvi is an old traditional and very pretty town that offers a range of café bars, shops, a supermarket, beautiful churches and a weekly market. We found the local people to be really helpful and friendly, and even though we cannot speak Italian, this didn’t cause us too many problems. There is so much to see and do in this part of the island and the location of the apartment is great. It is an excellent base to explore inland and yet a short drive to the coast and you can experience lots of beautiful and different beaches. We would definitely recommend this property and now we have had a taste of Sardinia we hope to return in the future.

Perfect Holiday

The photos and property details give you a good idea of what to expect but really don't tell the whole story: The villa is in a quiet town about 20 minutes from a great beach at Lu Bagnu which gives you the best of both worlds: Total peace and tranquility at a good price but easy access to great beaches. About 1'15" to Stintino and an hour to Costa Paradiso which are simply stunning. The property itself is traditionally furnished. We were worried that it might be unbearably hot inside being right under the roof, but it is actually rather cool due to the thick walls and effective shutters. There is also air conditioning if required. Everything you need is inside from cooking facilities to some satellite TV if you want it and a wireless internet connection. And now the best bits.... The view from the canopy-covered terrace is fantastic. We ate all our meals there and listened to the bells of the owner's sheep in the field opposite. We will really miss that panorama. The pool is lovely, and we had pretty much exclusive use for our 2 week stay. The owner's grandchildren came over one afternoon and our daughter enjoyed splashing around in the pool with them, but other than that we had it to ourselves. And finally, the owners: We have never met kinder, more generous people in our lives. The owner speaks French as well as Italian and he and his wife are lovely. If we needed to know anything they were always able to help. We were lucky enough to be offered some of their home grown produce and these touches made it extra special. If you want to stay somewhere peaceful and see the REAL Sardinia whilst being close to the sea, this is the property for you. We hope to return one day.

Magnifique villa au calme de la Sardaigne

Villa identique à la description et aux photos. Propriétaires très gentils et accueillants. Le propriétaire parle bien le français. Endroit très calme. Cuisine très bien équipée. Grande piscine. Belle plage à 15 minutes en voiture.
