Excellent communication with the host. Very clean and spacious, especially for Boston! Brookline Village is charming, within easy walking distance of several delicious restaurants and also conveniently near bus and train lines to be able to enjoy a car-free week in Boston area! Pros: location, large main table, excellent a/c, fun front window to people watch, good water pressure in the showers, nice amenities in restrooms like slippers, spare toothbrush, Qtips, makeup remover, varietal spice rack, brita water filter. Be aware: the Vrbo is on the 2nd and 3rd floors so you need to be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. The laundry is in the first floor, 1.75 per load washed or dried. Master bedroom upstairs mattress is a bit soft and downstairs one is very firm. I wondered if the price was increased for World Cup month, but in any case, we had a great time and found it worthwhile! Highly recommend!

Our host was very responsive, even with simple questions! The location was great. They helped arranged parking for the weekend. The train station was located right around the block and bus station less than a block away. The townhouse had plenty of room for the six of us. There is a large sectional and dining room table we could all sit and watch tv or play games. The place was very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location and enough room for family

This was a great place to stay for a local graduation. Location is right near the T, LOTS of good dining choices within an easy walk, and private space to chill out when everyone needed a break from all the celebrations. Three couples can comfortably stay in private rooms, and there are other sleeper couch and recliner options that aren't as private. Communication with the property team was easy. Their rental contract is slightly different from vrbo's, so I woudl suggest communicating directly with the host if you anticipate any special situations.

We’re thrilled our place worked well for your group and that the location, comfort, and local amenities met your expectations. It’s always our goal to provide both a relaxing environment and easy access to everything Boston has to offer. We also appreciate your noting our communication. We aim to make every part of the process smooth and clear. As mentioned, we’ve always been transparent about our additional rental agreement, which is clearly located just below the listing description. This is a standard practice to ensure that important house guidelines, such as noise, parties, and smoking, are fully understood before arrival. Great location and apartment!

Great location with access to everything you could want and need. Spacious, with loads of space to relax as a family, but also provides a great deal of private space as well. Lots of stairs up to the unit and inside, so that could be an issue for some (not us). This would definitely be a go to place for our next trip to Boston!

Perfect property for a group!

We had a group of 7 people in Boston for a long weekend. Transit was just a block away and easy to get into and out of downtown. The 2 story apartment was plenty big for our group to have space to relax and enjoy while we were there. The property managers were great to work with and so very responsive before, during, and after our stay!! Definitely recommend this property!

Nicely appointed clean comfortable

A little hard to find between the taqueria and village market but well worth it. Beds were comfy, loved that soap, shampoo and lotion were provided. The owners checked on us several times to see if we needed anything and were quite responsive. Plenty of towels and bedding too. If we ever come back this way we will stay here again.
