House Jagoba

Perfect house for a big group of friends. The owner makes sure you have everything you need. The house is close to walk in distance supermarkets yet having a car is recommended so you can enjoy beautiful beaches of the area. Only thing to consider is that they have a strict neighborhood that really ask you to keep it quiet in the evenings. We still managed to hang out and have fun; so thank you to Dora, her family and House Jagoba for letting us creating great memories!

Schönes Haus, sehr sauber jedoch könnte man die Küche erneuern, da sie schon sehr alt ist. Außerdem sind die Eingänge der jeweiligen Geschosse getrennt, dass war ein bisschen schlecht da wir eine groß Familie waren. Die Lage ist sehr super. Einkaufsläden wie Plodine und Lidl ca. 5min entfernt. Zur Info es gibt einen Backofen nur im oberen Geschoss

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und antworten sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Das Objekt ist sauber und ordentlich. Auch wenn die Ausstattung etwas älter ist und einen bunt gemischter Einrichtungsstil hat ist alles ordentlich und sauber.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren mit 11 Leuten vor Ort und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Am meisten haben wir den Pool und die Außenküche genutzt. Die Schlafzimmer waren auch in Ordnung und wir konnten gut schlafen. Badezimmer waren auch sehr sauber, aber schon etwas älter. Unsere Vermieterin Dora hat uns sehr geholfen und war immer erreichbar. Wenn es passt, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

super schönes und sauberes Haus, sehr familienfreundlich

Wir waren 12 Leute und hatten üppig Platz - auch in der gemütlichen und praktischen Außenküche, wo wir die meiste Zeit verbrachten. Das Haus sowie der Außenbereich sind größer, als es auf den Fotos wirkt und alles ist sehr sauber. Der Pool und die Liegen sind ein Traum! Außerdem sehr praktisch: zwei min. Fußweg zu einem großen Supermarkt - Apotheke um die Ecke - zehn min. Fußweg zu versch. Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Eltern sind sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende und zuverlässige Leute - vielen Dank für diesen schönen und kinderfreundlichen Urlaub! Wir haben es sehr genossen und waren rundum zufrieden!

SCHÖNER URLAUB

Wir waren sehr zufrieden die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Kommunikation vor Anreise hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wirklich sauber. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist schön eingezäunt was super ist mit kleinen Kindern. Würde immer wieder fahren.

Tolle Unterkunft für große Familien-Gruppe

Wir waren zu zwölft (6 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder) in diesem tollen Haus. Der Platz war ausreichend, wir standen uns nie auf den Füßen. Die Außenküche mit großem Sitzplatz wurde ständig genutzt. Der Pool war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Im Haus waren Kinderstühle und ein Babybett vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit notwendigen Alltagsgegenständen ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr nett und hilft wo immer sie kann. Das Haus steht in einer Sackgasse, Straßenlärm hört man so gut wie gar nicht. Ein Supermarkt ist in Fußnähe, dort gibt es gute Brötchen fürs Frühstück. In Labin gibt es dann lidl, Spar und eine sehr schöne Altstadt, die zum Bummeln einlädt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und geben eine klare Weiterempfehlung

Toller Urlaub

Super Gepflegtes Haus sammt großem Garten mit sehr schönem abends beleuchtetem Pool und schöner Außenküche mit spüle ,Herd,Grill und Platz für 12 Personen. Wir hatten einen Wunderschönen Urlaub auf diesem gelände und haben uns immer wohlgefühlt und gut Betreut. Bei Fragen konnten wir Dora immer kontaktieren und Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben um sehr schöne Badestellen zu finden. Die Häuser sind sehr modern ausgestattet mit 2 Bädern,Küche je 2 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 klimaanlagen.Eine im Oberen und eine im unteren Bereich was bei den Sommerlichen Temperaturen einfach klasse ist. Dora und Ihr Vater sind sehr nette Vermieter die uns mit kleinen Leckerein überrascht haben. Wir waren mit 10 Personen dort und können dieses Objekt nur weiter Empfehlen. Wenn wir nochmals nach Croatien reisen werden wir auf jeden fall das objekt wieder Buchen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön.2 min.zum heimischen supermarkt und ca.5 min.zum Lidel.Zum Baden ans Meer sind es ca.10-15 min und man hat dort eine Traumhafte aussicht. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und eine Empfehlung wert. Vielen Dank

Perfect stay at house in Labin!

The house is very nice equipped and situated in a quite location. Everything is functional and very clean in the house. The kitchen has everything you need. The house is very spacious, bad, kitchen, rooms, balcony. The owner was very friendly and the key handover uncomplicated. The owners live next to the house, they were very pleasant and helpful. You need a car to go to the beach or to the city. We enjoyed the house and we recommend it!

È stata una mini vacanza bellissima, casa bellissima,posto tranquillo,mare stupendo, ci siamo trovati veramente bene,ma soprattutto con la famiglia RIZVIC,PERSONE veramente bravi,simpatici,cordiali e disponibili per tutto,volevamo ringraziarvi di tutto,speriamo di ritornare.Ancora grazie a SAMIR,DORA e la moglie. We had a great weekend.

We had a very nice stay at this house last weekend for our teambuilding. The house is exactly as described, large, spacious and very clean. Bed linen and towels are provided, in the kitchen there are all the necessary utensils.The surrounding area is very beautiful. Outside is very pleasant for socializing , you can use the grill, and the pool... The house is very well located, the sea is near, just a few minutes away with car. The locals are very friendy and in the restaurats we were treated very good. Communication with the host was perfect, because she is very responsive and very good in English. A minute away from the house is a supermarket Plodine, so she came down and lead us to the house. She provided good customer service, so i would highly recomended the property to anyone. Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness, because you were willing to accept us even just for a weekend.

Perfect Summer Vacation

We were two times on vacation in house Jagoda (age 21 - 30 / two couples). It's a very nice house in a little beautiful village. The house is very clean and you have there everything you need. There are also shops in the near of the house, which you can arrive in 5 minutes by foot. The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this house over and over and I would come back to this place everytime. The best restaurant 'Marina' wasn't there anymore in our second vacation, but there is a good pizzeria named 'Napoli' in Labin and there is also a good cocktailbar named 'Luna Bar' in Rabac. I would suggest not to go to the big beach in front of the hotels Mimosa etc. but rather to go to 'Girandella Beach' - a few meter next. So, all in all you can say that we loved Strmac, Labin and Croatia and we would come back evertime to make holiday at Rizvic Family!!!
