Impresionante apartamento georgiano de 1 cama en Clerkenwell. ¡Mucho carácter y encanto!

Magníficamente ubicado y encantador con cama con dosel y baño privado. La sala de estar es espaciosa con dos ventanas de piso a techo con vista a las farolas victorianas en nuestra calle muy tranquila. Cocina americana bellamente decorada y bien equipada.

Preciosos techos altos en un edificio de casas georgianas catalogadas de grado 2. El primer piso siempre fue la mejor de las habitaciones en una casa georgiana típica y aquí será donde te quedes.

Ingrese por un pasillo comunitario y suba un tramo de escaleras hasta su propia puerta.

Vivimos abajo, así que estaremos allí para ayudarlo con cualquier consulta y ofrecerle consejos sobre el vecindario: ¡hemos vivido aquí por más de 16 años!

Hay estacionamiento en la calle pero caro, ya que es por horas. Estacionamiento disponible todo el día por £ 30.
Lo mejor es utilizar el transporte público o taxi / uber. Estamos a 5 minutos de Kings Cross Tube y Angel Tube ya unos minutos de las paradas de autobús a Soho y West End.

Wonderful stay!

A gorgeous flat, full of character. Brilliant location, only 5 mins from Angel tube / islington high st. Super quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle & bustle. Would highly recommend, really enjoyed my 5 night stay. Super helpful and lovely host.

Awesome location - gorgeous flat

My husband & I stayed here 9 nights in November. Such a great flat -such a great location - 10 minute walk from Kings Crossing St Pancrass underground station - which made getting around London Super easy - in the neighborhood was outstanding Portuguese & Vietnamese food - there were great breakfast spots - Ethiopian & Turkish- there were also 2 pubs - 1 super close with pizza & beer - one a few blocks away with proper Sunday roast - you cannot go wrong with this flat - hosts were super helpful - FYI take Elizabeth line from Heathrow to Farringdon to get to flat - then uber or taxi to flat

Lovely place, excellent hosts!

We stayed for 10 days and thoroughly loved it! We were arriving late, and the owner texted to ask us whether we would need anything at the grocery store, since it would have been closed by the time we arrived. It was so unexpected and welcome! The owners are really nice and interesting people. The apartment is full of character and carefully chosen objects. The neighborhood is very quiet, with lots of great options for coffee, food, or drink within a short walk. The walk to the tube station, Angel, is easy and really enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved it!!!

Great location, wonderful place. Lost my keys at one point and they had a backup plan in place for that scenario so it was pretty easy for me to get in. They were quick to respond! As an American, I couldn't figure out how to make the heat work and they talked me through it on the phone. Went the extra mile! Would give them 10 stars if it was an option.

What a find/ both the lovely flat and the wonderful neighborhood. It’s quiet and nicely furnished.

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights. We were able to check in early, and everything went beautifully after that. The flat is small, but with comfortable furniture and bed. The neighborhood is very interesting , and near both the Angel and King’s Cross Underground stations. Best if all it’s walking distance from the Exmouth Market and St. John, with dozens of very good restaurants. The hosts, John and Emily are wonderful. We’d certainly return.

This property is conveniently located to lots of interesting neighborhoods! We especially enjoyed Exmouth Market and often would stop back there after a busy day walking to sit and have an enjoyable pint! Great apartment close to Angel

This is a middle floor apartment, tastefully decorated and with a good amount of space. Nice touches include a working wood burning stove, lots of books, hi-fi stereo, cool lighting and art. Emily and John are great hosts and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Salle de bain : minuscule lave main en guise de lavabo. Douche de caravaning (filet d'eau réchauffé). Cuisine mal agencée, pas d'extraction, pas de mitigeur, et pas d'espace ni pour cuisiner ni pour laver. Chambre : matelas confortable mais lit ancien et grinçant. Je ne recommande pas cette location.

Amazing stay close to King's Cross, amazing views, clean rental, would stay here again!!

I needed short term accommodation in London for about a week while I arranged longer term housing. Owner Jon made sure that I had no problem getting into the flat, and was quick to respond to any queries. The flat is attached to the rest of the owner occupied home, but is private with its own bathroom and access. Very close to the King's Cross tube stop, yet secluded enough where you can get away from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. I will absolutely remember this place when suggesting lodging for friends and family. It was a truly wonderful place to stay as I got situated in London for my first week. A+

This property is as beautiful as it looks!

We had a very memorable two weeks in this wonderful flat in London. The location is great!! A 10 min. walk from St. Pancres International Station, or from Angel Tube. The furnishings are beautiful and we did not want for anything. The bedding was luxurious! Perhaps a bit too warm on toasty nights, but how often do those occur year round? Emily and John were great hosts. Emily met us when we arrived and showed us through the flat. The neigborhood is lovely, as were the neighbors we met. If we were to return to London again, I could not imagine staying anywhere else. (They do have another amazing flat that accomodates 6+ persons-with a fourth floor deck that overlooks London and a clear view of the Shard!!). Don't hesitate to stay here. We have memories that will last a lifetime. I keep walking up wishing we were back at "our home in London".

Brilliant!

I can't say enough good things about this handsome Georgian flat in one of London's most intriguing neighborhoods:so attractive and well furnished plus its location and local amenities and, not least, the wonderful hosts Emily, John, and their fabulous daughters all of whom I now think of as dear friends. I've stayed twice for a total of four and a half months and I'd live in it permanently if I could!

Lovely Flat, great location.

This one bedroom flat is located on a quiet, residential street, on the second floor of a 3 unit building. There is a spacious living room/dining room that has a tiny, yet functional kitchen. No stove or oven, but there is a hot plate, and a great expresso machine. The flat has a washing machine, but no dryer, but there is a clothes rack. The bathroom is remodeled, and has a nice stall shower with unlimited hot water. The bedroom was quiet, and the bed comfortable. You are 10 minutes walk from The Angel Tube Stop on the Northern line and the same distance from the Kings Cross Station on the Picadilly line. Plus, there are busses everywhere, as well as cabs, etc. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Flat, Great Location

I stayed in this flat for an extended period of time while working in the London area. It was the perfect size for me and had all the features that I needed for my stay. This flat was also absolutely beautifully decorated and convenient for everything to see and do in the London area. You could not ask for a better location, many sights of London are easily walkable and you are right in the middle of a great transport network. Though I found it hard for me to leave Islington because everything is right there! The flat was so cozy, comfortable and light it was too tempting to spend the day relaxing in the bed looking out the back window over the beautiful gardens. I also loved how this location made me want to explore parts of London that I had never gone to before, like the Spitalfields Markets and the City. Most importantly, I felt like part of the neighborhood, going to the daily street markets and dining with the locals on Upper Street. This flat is easily going to be my favorite place to stay in London!

Great flat, awesome location, wonderful hosts!

We stayed at Emily and John's flat for two weeks when we first moved to London and were looking for a flat. Emily greeted us on our arrival to help us settle in and provide lots of useful information about the area. Throughout our stay John and Emily were beyond gracious hosts - helped us acclimate to life in London, provided lots of local knowledge and were there all the time to answer our questions. The flat itself was also very comfortable though somewhat small. We were just two people so it was perfectly suitable and really fit our needs as a home base as we were exploring the city. It was very convenient to several tubes and bus lines and in a really cute area of London. Also - the flat is kept really well. The bed is SUPER comfortable and the living room area is perfect for vegging out. I would HIGHLY recommend this flat for any couple or single person coming to London and will be suggesting it as a place to stay for my friends and family when they come to visit us.

London Charm

What a lovely flat with lots of charm. The living room floor to ceiling windows and classic decor provided a very inviting atmosphere for our morning cups of tea and late night chats. The flat was brilliantly quiet for London and quite comfortable. The location was great, and we enjoyed exploring a part of London that we had not previously been to, particularly enjoying the local restaurants and shops of Exmouth market. Our only suggestion was that the kitchen could use a proper stove/oven, but we were able to cook up what we needed with the hotplate and other utensils. We'd definitely consider staying here again when visiting London!

Perfect Location, Lovely Flat - One of our best trips to London

This cozy flat was perfect for our week in London. Convenient to tube, bus and easy walks to lots of great restaurants & shops. Neighborhood was safe and colorful and not snooty. The flat itself was comfortably appointed. I might have liked more kitchen to be able to actually cook a meal but, with some planning and the benefit of prepared food from Sainsbury, dinner could be prepared. We would not only recommend this property, we'd stay again! Our hosts were super and we were very happy to meet them.

Superb Flat in Great Area!

We stayed at the flat for a week in June and were so thrilled. It is impeccable! Gorgeously decorated and yet not intimidating. Completely welcoming and comfortable. We could not have asked for better! Thank you, Emily. Hope to stay here again sometime!

Stunning is a perfect description!

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED my stay at Emily's Flat! My aunt and I went to London for the Olympics and stayed for an extended time, and can truly say we could NOT have found a more perfect location or place to stay in! The flat is not only beautiful but so perfectly thought out that you have everything you need! The washer, for an extended stay, was a life saver, and the cooktop was so fantastic and quick. Was so in love with the ceilings of the flat, and the decor, and the bed was soooo comfortable! (My aunt kept raving that she had never slept in a more comfortable bed!). The neighborhood is also wonderful and quiet, we felt so safe walking late at night from King's Cross/St. Pancras station to the flat, which was very important for us. There are supermarkets nearby, and GREAT pedestrian areas off of Amwell in both directions, within a 10 min walk, with adorable shops and great restaurants and food vendors. Emily was on holiday when I arrived, but she had sent me excellent directions to the flat, and had someone meet me there with the key when I arrived, and that person was wonderful too! She showed me around, made sure I knew how to open/close the doors/windows and told me to call her with any questions or problems. Which we didn't need because our stay was truly problem free! Would not hesitate to recommend this place to my friends and family if they ever visit London, and I hope to stay there again someday!

Love it

I can't think of a better place to have hung my hat on my first trip to London. Great, comfortable flat in a wonderful neighbourhood. Gracious, friendly hosts, including Maria, who welcomed me. And the music from my iPod has never sounded better. The speakers in the living room are amazing. I would love to return next summer.

The Perfect Stay in London

We have recently moved to London and until we had found our own flat we needed somewhere central to stay...this apartment was perfect in all ways. It's in a great location - 10 min walk to Kings Cross or 5 mins to Angel. We loved the neighbourhood - very quiet but close enough to get to a vibrant area, such as Exmouth Market which has great eating options. Emily and John are great hosts, and very helpful in making your stay as comfortable as possible. Now we live here, we will be recommending this to friends who are visiting London.

Great location, really cute apartment, conveniently located

The apartment is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The bed was really really comfortable. The windows in the leaving room provide a cute view of the street, which is quiet and safe. The owners were exceedingly helpful and nice. It was walking distance to King's Cross station, which made it really convenient to go anywhere. Also close to other stations. There is a convenience store about 2 minutes walking from the apartment, as well as other cute stores. Even better, in a 5-minute walk you'll be at Exmouth Market, where I dined almost every night, trying several of the various restaurants there, all fantastic. I strongly recommend this place! Much better than staying in a hotel

We recently stayed here whilst in London doing all the usual tourist things. The flat was perfect for us, it is homely, stylish and well equipped. It was especially good having the owners, John and Emily living downstairs as they gave us loads of helpful advice during our stay. It was an ideal location for us to see London, close to stylish shops, bars and restaurants, but also was in a lovely peaceful and quiet environment. The flat has just been renovated to a very high standard, and everything appeared luxurious and new. We will definitely be staying here again, and are also looking at staying in the larger flat downstairs that the owners also rent out.

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment. Fantastic location with shopping, restaurants and transport all close. Apartment was an inviting space to come home to and spend some down time in, airy and comfortable with homely decor and suitable appliances. enjoyable apartment

The location worked very well for our 3 weeks, both for quick access to central London by bus and tube transportation, and for being in a friendly, safe, local neighborhood. A nicely furnished, compact apartment in a charming Georgian architectural building. Availability of John and Emily for recommendations and assistance was a plus.
