Golden wedding celebration

Wonderful stay that the whole family loved. The swimming pool and hot tub got plenty of use. And if you felt a bit more energetic then a stroll down to the beach which took about 20mins,longer coming back up.and you could always go by sea ferry to saint tropez.from the port

Klasse Haus !

Haus top Zustand. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Schön viel Platz, genug grün für unseren kleinen Vierbeiner. Pool & Jacuzzi wirklich sehr schön, Umgebung traumhaft für uns. Auto zu mieten macht Sinn um an die Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu gelangen. Haus liegt in den etwas höher gelegenen Lagen, da wäre das Hochtragen des Einkaufes schon etwas mühselig. Aber mit Auto gar kein Problem. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Gesamtpaket. Vermieter vor Ort sehr sehr nett, höflich und hilfsbereit !!!!

Good for the price

Our group of four couples chose this property from a shortlist of three, predominantly due to the lower price than the others and this needs to be considered in the comments below. The property is nicely laid out with lots of space and privacy. There are a few things that are now "tired" and in need of replacing or renovation in order to bring it up to a good standard (eg there is a selection of mismatching sun loungers, two of which are ripped; only four rattan seats outside which is not much good for eight adults; the kitchen needs some attention; overflow area for the infinity pool needs a good clean). Location - great views across the hillside. However, views also mean hills and the road down to the village is not really safe to walk along, particularly at night. A car is therefore essential. Les Issambres is a very pleasant coastal village with a selection of bars and restaurants. Good ferry service to St Tropez. Overall, recommended but not able to give a 5/5 rating due to the things highlighted above.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und das Ehepaar Arnaud sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Haus liegt etwas höher und für den Küstenbesuch ist eine Autofahrt nötig. Der Whirlpool ist ein absolutes Plus! Reserve WC-Papier wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir waren eine gemischte Gruppe, Eltern (27,28 mit Kind 2) Patentante der Mutter mit Lebenspartner (68, 66) und Grosseltern Vaterseits (62, 63). Allen hat das Haus super gefallen. Zudem ist die Küche inkl. Outdoor Bereich einfach genial, wenn auch ein wenig spärlich eingerichtet. Da mein Partner jedoch Koch ist, hatten wir sowieso viele Kochutensilien eingepackt, sodass dies kein Problem war. Der Pool, der Outdoor Bereich und das Haus sind absolut genial. Einziges Manko, wir hatten in unserem Bad einen Ameisen befall. Familie Arnaud konnte uns aber sofort helfen, da sie unten wohnen. Sie sind übrigens auch absolut freundliche. Kommen bestimmt wiedermal!

Bon emplacement mais quelques déconvenues

Séjour durant la semaine de l’Ascension ( 2 adultes, 2 enfants de 9 et 17 ans et 2 chiens). La villa est spacieuse et chaque chambre, équipée d’un lit deux personnes, possède sa propre salle de bains et wc. La terrasse est spacieuse et la piscine est très bien, ni trop grande, ni trop petite, ni trop profonde. La cuisine extérieure est suffisante (plancha gaz et évier). La table extérieure accueille facilement 8 personnes. Quelques déconvenues par rapport à la description et/ou au manque de précision de la part de l’agence immobilière : le propriétaire occupe le logement du dessous et mitoyen par la terrasse (sur la première photo, vous ne réservez que les niveaux de la piscine et supérieur. L’étage possédant la terrasse avec la rambarde blanche est le logement du propriétaire). De fait, la balançoire et le terrain de pétanque ont un magnifique vis à vis. Le propriétaire stationne son véhicule professionnel type benne dans l’allée vous obligeant à garer votre véhicule dans le garage en bas de la descente obligeant plusieurs manœuvres. Le matelas du lit type « futon » au rez-de-chaussée est très (trop) mou, les matelas ont des auréoles, les transats de la terrasse sont rouillés et/ou cassés, les chambres de l’étage ne possèdent pas de volets a toutes les fenêtres (réveil a 6h le matin), le réfrigérateur est trop petit pour 8 personnes (capacité d’accueil annoncée), le centre est à 1,8 km mais Attention au retour, la pente est digne du Galibier.

Absolutely amazing!!

We had the luxurious pleasure of staying at Villa Perdrix in July 2018. We had a long journey from Denmark to France and it was amazing to be greeted by the Pascal family upon arrival, who had a Rosé wine on cool for us. The property was nicely cleaned and had the basic items in place for us, to avoid immediate trip to the grocery store (soaps, papir, etc..). When you reach the porch you have no doubts why you fell for this place in the advertisement. There’s an extraordinary view across hillsides and valleys and you can see the ocean at a far. There’s a cool breeze that can hit you due to the openness of the location and you just fall in love with the view. Once you settle in you find that all things fall together nicely in this house. There’s so much space and options to get your luggage stowed away. The individual bedrooms and bathrooms are perfectly suited for privacy demands. Each room has air-conditioning to serve the individuals of that particular room. With 4 kids and a total of 15 devices in demand for WiFi connection it can be an issue to get bandwidth, so as stated in the property description, don’t expect high bit-rates. However there’s a very nice 4G coverage so if roaming is no issue, you’ll get fast data access. Why use data?-> Well it allows fast upload of video to share with friends and family and keeping in contact with those you hold dear. With both an outdoor kitchen and an indoor kitchen there’s plenty of space to have 3-4 persons preparing the dinner at the same time. All accessories you need are in the kitchen, so at least our demands were nicely covered. The outdoor area is protected from direct sun and served all our meals enjoying the beautiful view while dining. There’s a washing machine in the basement, so you don’t need to bring tons of clothes if you’re up for washing and drying. We had the most relaxing vacation ever in this house. We know its above rates of other facilities, but you shouldn’t underestimate the value of having space, view, accessories and a very nice pool that allows you to recharge your batteries on a vacation to this property. All our best recommendations for this house. Regarding rental and contract we used Homeaway that forwarded the communication to Azurrental, where Vera Birgel did an outstanding service of communication and signing the contract. Instructions, material, key upon arrival, payment – everything just went so smooth that you really feel treated by professionals.

Villa PERDRX

Hallo. Wir sind mit 6 Personen angereist. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Eigentümern empfangen. Sie bewohnten den unteren Teil der Villa,was wir kaum bemerkten weil sie sehr diskret waren. Die Villa war perfekt , sehr sauber,mit allem ausgestattet und mit den Bildern identisch.Alle Räume waren mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Ich kann diese Villa nur weiter empfehlen. Mit dem Auto war man in kurzer Zeit an Geshäfte , Bäckerei und am Strand, was man aber auch gut zu Fuss erreichen konnte. Alles in allem war das ein perfekter Urlaub.

Großzügige Villa

Wir haben mit 2 Familien 12 Tage in dieser großzügigen Villa verbracht. Besonders unsere jugendlichen Kinder haben den Pool und die Boulebahn zu schätzen gewusst. Bei Fragen hat uns der Verwalter hervorragend weitergeholfen. Wir mussten allerdings Französisch sprechen. Die Autos konnten wir in einer Garage auf dem Grundstück parken. Ausflüge nach St Tropez, Nizza, Cannes, Grasse waren von diesem Ausgangspunkt gut zu erreichen. Auch der Strand war mit dem Auto nicht zu weit weg, allerdings nicht direkt im Ort. In den Ort läuft man ca. 25 Minuten. Auch zum Bäcker ist es ein längerer Fußweg oder mit dem Auto zurückzulegen.

Très belle villa moderne et bien équipée (clim dans chaque chambre, volets roulants etc ...). Belle vue sur les collines et vue sur la mer à droite, beau jardin très bien entretenu Un séjour parfait!
