Spacious house in a great location with easy access to DuPont and Pisgah. The house is well stocked with extras. Jeff, the host, even checked in on us during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and roomy. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and 2 dogs and there was room for everyone. The view from the deck is gorgeous and you can enjoy it from the living/kitchen area as well. The area is beautiful as well. We went and checked out pretty place, and some other beautiful overlooks, we saw some gorgeous water falls and did some shopping downtown. We also enjoyed the Silvermont pumpkin festival. It felt like we were in stars hollow it was magical.

Check in was a breeze and the host was responsive to emails. We were impressed with the spaciousness of the kitchen and supplies available. The overall layout was perfect for our family - us parents on one side and our teen/adult children over on theirs :) The location was perfect - we were excited about the close proximity of several falls, including Sliding Rock, and the town of Brevard was so cute and great for an afternoon of walking and shopping.

Really good place to stay

We really enjoyed the house, the views, the property and the location. We were there on business for 4 weeks and will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

This is our SECOND time at this property, and it is amazing!! The picture of the views do not give it justice, especially in the winter time. It has everything you need at the property, and very convenient to local restaurants, hiking trails, grocery store, and downtown Brevard. And the host is AMAZING and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property!!!! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you very much for the stay!!

Great mountain visit

Had a great time here-the right size for three couples, three kids, and a dog. Particularly enjoyed utilizing the well stocked kitchen & grill for every meal, and, the deck for easy outside time. Convenient Dupont & Pisgah for hiking. Hope to be back!

Beautiful

We absolutely loved our stay with our family and two small dogs. It was the perfect location for hiking and heading to Brevard for dinner or lunch. It was the perfect quiet escape for us before our summer gets crazy. The property was fully equipped for anything you might need, and the view was beautiful.

Very private location

We enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the home as well as the layout. There are separate living areas which worked out great for our family. The home was very comfortable and the location was great. It was a easy drive in to Hendersonville which we really enjoyed.

Spacious and private

Lots of space and beautiful views. We appreciated having two separate living areas and the unique construction. Convenient to Hendersonville, Brevard and points in between.

WONDERFUL place to stay!!!

My son and I stayed here for several days, and I can’t say enough about how amazing of a place it was! The mountainous view were amazing from the windows and deck, and the pics don’t do it justice. Reserving and checking in was a breeze. Close to town. Will definitely stay here again, and I suggest to anyone looking at this property to stay. You will not be disappointed!!!

Relaxing with great views!

Our month long stay was amazing with great views!! Quick drive to Dupont and Pisgah for hiking and biking and to Brevard for shopping & restaurants. Jeff was very responsive when needed. We look forward to returning :) Greg & Sharon

Mountain retreat

The house was more spacious than expected, it has an open feel and there's room to spread out on the deck and the computer room gave a place for my sister to get some work done while on vacation. Convenient location, there's a Walmart nearby, Pizgah National Forest attractions, and restaurants and shops in Brevard. We even got to see a white squirrel in Brevard. It was a great stay at a great place!

Great for families with kids!

A beautiful house with a lot of space and the best stocked kitchen I have experienced. The morning sunrise view was lovely and the house is very close to several nice hikes and a brewery or two. The owner responded quickly when I had questions. Just 40 minutes from Asheville, as well, so a great location.

Great house great view! Bed is firm as others have said but that didn't bother us. Cleaners could do a little better job would be my only critique

Our second visit!

We came back for more! The location and view are hard to beat. We enjoyed our stay overall, but was less than impressed in the cleanliness of the property considering the extra cleaning fee that was added onto the rental price.

Love the sunsets

This place was amazing, I would definitely stay here again, my teens loved having their own section of the house and so did I. We loved the sunset views!! I miss the bed already. I would recommend a more comfortable couch near the kitchen and better shower pressure, but this wouldn’t stop me from going back!! Thanks!

Beautiful location!

Our family spent Thanksgiving together at Jeff’s place and we had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect place for the 7 of us. Everything was great, we had everything we needed, and Jeff was very quick to respond to any questions we had. One thing we wished would’ve worked was the gas fireplace in the main living room. But otherwise, we couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Great setup for 2 families

We spent 3 nights here and the house was well setup for our needs. We spent our days hiking in the near by Pisgah Forest and then ventured into Asheville to visit various breweries and restaurants. The house was clean and had a great view through the trees. The oversized couches and 2 TV rooms were nice to watch some football while the kids could watch something else in the other room.

Cool and Green in Pisgah Forest

Within minutes to Pisgah And Dupont forests, this house withmountain views ideal for a large family, group of friends. Or as in our case perfect for rotating visits by friends and family. Spacious, with the mast bdrm on one side, three bwdrooms on the other half. Living rooms on both sides. With an open kitchen plan, and fully equipped for meals of any size. Our idea of a perfect mountain house,convenient to both Brevard and Hendersonville.
