¡Refugio del casco antiguo a apenas una cuadra de la mundialmente famosa calle Duval con un vistazo a Key West Light House! Ubicado en el distrito histórico, pero construido en 2000 y totalmente remodelado en 2017. A poca distancia de muchas de las atracciones del casco antiguo de Key West. La casa principal es de dos pisos con 1 dormitorio, 1 baño, cocina y sala de estar, y cuenta con 2 televisores de alta definición con pantalla plana y cable premium. También se incluye Internet rápido y confiable para aquellos de ustedes que necesitan trabajar mientras permanecen en el paraíso. El dormitorio de arriba tiene techos altos y puertas dobles que conducen a su propio balcón privado con vistas a la piscina, el patio y la cabaña a continuación. La cocina / sala de estar tiene puertas dobles que se abren hacia el patio y la piscina y también una puerta individual hacia el patio cubierto, el comedor al aire libre y la cabaña. Hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar con colchón de espuma viscoelástica. La cabaña le ofrece otro dormitorio con barra de bar, otro baño y techos altos. La cabaña cuenta con una nueva lavadora y secadora Samsung de tamaño completo y también tiene su propio aire acondicionado central. El camino de ladrillos (estacionamiento fuera de la calle) ofrece mucho espacio para estacionar su automóvil, carrito de golf y kayak. Incluso hay un lugar adicional en frente de la casa. Ven a ver los toques costeros de diseño en todo momento. Ubicación, amplio patio cercado, estacionamiento fuera de la calle, cabaña independiente para sus invitados, piscina privada, ¡esta es la mejor forma de vida de la isla! Excellent stay!

The property had everything we needed, two nice rooms, two bathrooms, pool. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The property is well situated in Old Town and everything is within biking and walking distance. Todd was a great host and I would stay here again.

Like Home

My wife and I visit Key West 2 – 3 times per year but have never stayed for more than a week at a time. While planning our recent trip, we decided we were going to stay for a month since our jobs afford us the opportunity to work remotely. When we were looking for a place to stay, we weren’t looking for a large place, but knew we needed someplace that provided enough room to allow each of us to work comfortably in a separate area. This house provided just that. We knew from looking at the pictures and reading past reviews that this house would give us what we needed. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. And you are getting a really great place! The house was very clean and comfortable and provided all the amenities of home. Our adult kids came for a few days to spend some time with us, and the separate cottage was perfect for them to have their own space. The courtyard and plunge pool were perfect for us to hang out, relax and enjoy each other’s company. When not working or out and about, we spent most of our days in the courtyard. The home is located within prefect walking distance of most Key West activities and attractions. Finally, I want to mention how great of a host Todd is. Communication with Todd was great as he routinely checked in to see how things were going with our stay. We truly appreciated how responsive and friendly Todd was. We highly recommend this place! Thank you, Todd! We’re hoping to go back next year and do it all over again!

Perfect in every way.

The house was every bit as perfect as the pictures. Todd is a great host. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. All necessities needed for our stay were available for our use and so much more than we expected. We loved the courtyard, plunge pool and separate quarters for guests. The location was close enough to all the activity, but not in the middle of it. We enjoyed Ft. Zachary beach, bike riding and easy walks to restaurants and bars. Thank you Todd! We had a wonderful stay!!

Fabulous, perfect vacation home!

Todd was very communicative- the house was well stocked with vacation essentials like beach cruisers, towels, sundries, even welcome bottles so we could settle right in. The house has the perfect set-up for two friends or, in our case, siblings- basically two vacation spaces with a shared kitchen and outdoor area, but completely separate and private bedrooms. We had a great Key West vacation!

Absolutely wonderful!

This home was modern, stylish, impeccably clean and comfortable. The patio area with the small but surprisingly enjoyable “cocktail” pool was a nice bonus. Location was as good as it gets. Communication with host was the best I’ve ever experienced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Best month of my life:)

The houses location was perfect and came equipped with everything you’d need. Todd was incredibly responsive and a wonderful host! I only wish we could have stayed longer! I definitely recommend staying at this house and having the second bedroom in the pool house was perfect for guests privacy.

Perfect stay

My partner and I spent a month in Key West remotely working during COVID and Todd's place provided the perfect winter escape. The house is just a few steps from upper Duvall. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, but you're still super close to downtown. The house had everything we need, and having the guesthouse in the back worked great as an office and place for my partner's parents to stay for a few days. We also took full advantage of the dipping pool. We would definitely stay at Todd's again!

The best house in Key West!

My partner and I loved our stay at Todd's place in Key West. The photos don't do it justice! It had everything you could want for a month-long stay (kitchen/cooking tools, beach towels/chairs/blankets, bikes, etc.). The location is perfect - within walking distance of everything in Key West. Even though we ventured out to beaches and restaurants, we could have stayed in at the house for the whole time and still enjoyed it just as much. My partner and I both worked remotely while staying at Todd's house. The guest house was perfect for one of us to work out of while the other worked in the living room in the main house. Todd was a great host and checked in on us a few times and answered any questions we had right away! Thanks Todd, we can't wait to come back and stay at the house again.

Wonderful Tropical Covid Escape

This was a phenomenal place to live and work remotely for a month. The courtyard provided a peaceful and secluded place to work in the sun with lots of privacy. The dip pool was adorable. We also really enjoyed soaking up the sun in the hammock in the backyard. The entire house was spotless and very comfortable. The separate pool house was perfect for my parents. We all felt like we had our own space. Todd is a fantastic host. He was very communicative and updated us on local covid measures as well as potential inclement weather. He even left a very kind note and welcome gift. This house surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend booking with Todd.

Clean & Quiet & ALL the Amenities in a Great Location

Located on a quiet residential side street but within short walking distance to popular attractions: 1 block from Duval Street, 2 blocks from Key West Lighthouse & Ernest Hemingway Museum, 5 blocks from the Southernmost Point in USA. The home itself is spotlessly clean and modern with a fun "beachy" aesthetic inside. The kitchen is well-stocked with essentials (utensils, plateware, pots/plans) and extras (Keurig machine, toaster, blender). Kitchen appliances are new and there is a full size washer and dryer in the poolhouse/guest cottage. Cottage also equipped with sleeper sofa, its own air conditioning, and full bathroom. The pool and hammock in the back yard/patio are great fun and the off-street parking space in front of the home is very convenient. Fast wifi and satellite TV are nice diversions when the weather is uncooperative. Todd was very easy to work with and communicated quickly and clearly. The instructions for accessing the home (keyless entry) were perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you, Todd!

Beautiful Property, perfect condition and a great location.

This property is a little gem. Everything is neat and new. It really is like a dream to live in. The pool, the patio, the guest / pool house, even the beautiful brick driveway... all wonderful. The bed in the main house is very comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. The house has convenient keyless locks. The location is perfect. The owner Todd couldn’t be nicer or more attentive. You just have a great feeling when you stay here. I hope to stay again.

The house is amazing. Great location you can walk to everything. Todd was great all the way to the end. Are flights were cancelled due to weather and he offered to let us stay another night. I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome! 329 Virginia Street Keywest!

We loved this home! The decor is very well done. Everything was new, clean and beautiful. It is well equipped with everything you need. The location is close to all our favorite restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. Todd the owner was welcoming and easy to work with. Hope to stay at this home again!

Perfect Family Getaway!!!

Absolutely GREAT property for a family vacation! This property is extremely close to beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, and a block from the legendary Duval Street in Key West! Home is furnished extremely upscale and the dipping pool is perfect for relaxing. The owner was very accommodating and we will be back as soon as possible!!!!

AWESOME house located close to everything! Top of the line furnishings. HIGHLY recommend!

This was the best experience I've ever had in Key West! I've traveled there many times and I have never stayed in such a nice place. The house (and detached cottage) have apparently been completely renovated from top to bottom. Furnishings are all high end and the attention to detail is outstanding. The colors and furnishings throughout the house and cottage make you feel like you're in an island paradise (I guess because you are)! The cocktail pool is awesome to use after a long day of strolling Duval. There are plenty of TV's, all with satellite cable. Plenty of linens and towels as well (all very nice quality). The house is literally a block from Duval so when you get there hang up your car keys, because you won't need them until you leave. There is plenty of off street parking and even room for a golf cart (or kayak, etc.) off street. You can walk to everything with ease. I thought I would want to rent a golf cart, but decided against it as it was easier to walk because everything was so close. I can't say enough good things about the house and location. We didn't have any trouble with anything when we were there, but the owner/property manager Todd made himself easily available should any issues have come up. Thanks very much for sharing your wonderful home; can't wait to go back!
