Fantastic Stay

This property was perfect for us. It was conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and highways. The owner was always quick to respond and access was extremely easy. The house is exactly as pictured. We would absolutely rent this home again!

Great Host and Very Comfortable Property.

Most important, the owner was great to work with. She was always available and made things easy for us. We've had a couple of bad experiences with owners, so working with this owner was a dream come true. The house is very nice, well maintained, and fit our needs perfectly. We would definitely rent this house from her again.

Place was nice but hot tub was not working correctly. Biggest complaint though is no TV's in bedrooms. Other than that everything was fine.

Lacking the touches that a quality rental should have.

All the mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms were wore out and need to be replaced. If you wanted to grill steaks, you would find no steak knives. Needs a notebook showing nearest hospital, restaurants, contact number, etc. had to search for extra towels. Needs a dry off mat coming from the pool to the house. All tile floors makes for a slippery surface. They had sling tv but did not renew their subscription, so the tv was useless. I think this is just a rental with no one living there.

Nice home. Not so nice manager.

I like the property but the manager needs to learn how to communicate with the customers. There are ants all over the kitchen area. Our dinner was ruined by the ants as we briefly sat outside. I was told that it’s my fault for not covering up my food that was not left out over night. If I had ants in my home I guess I would know how to deal with them. The manager is argumentative and not helpful. I was told I could leave if I wanted to leave. The AC increases the temperature every hour or so. It was annoying going upstairs constantly to turn the temperature back down. The downstairs bedroom is extremely hot at night and there is no TV. Also, I expected more than 4 towels in a 4 bedroom home. The property was clean and I liked the location. I just wish I didn’t have to fight the ants for my food or the AC unit for cool air.

Great location...but the house needs some work.

The house is spacious and its in a great location, but it needs some maintenance/improvements.....and there were a few things that bothered us: - Pool lights dont work - Pool Jacuzzi only had 1 jet that worked - The Florida room (patio) screens were torn and one section was completely missing...it wasn't stopping any mosquitoes/bugs. - No iron or ironing board - Porch light and a few other lights in the house were burnt out. - The A/C control is upstairs and is pre-set to a certain temperature...and you can make changes, but your changes are only temporary (couple hours). So, you have to keep going back upstairs set it again and again. - The keurig machine leaks water every time we tried to make a cup of coffee - Master Bedroom doesnt have a ceiling fan - Master Bathroom has an extremely low flow shower head - The kids room top bunk comforter was not clean..and smelled bad - One towel smelled like mildew - The ice maker in the freezer did not work - and the night before we left we found sugar ants in the kitchen Communication with the owner was ok through the app, but she just acknowledged a few of the issues where just that way...so it was pointless to continue messaging. I doubt the majority of the things I listed above could have been corrected during our 7-night stay. So, hopefully she reads this review...makes some repairs/maintenance...and things are better for the next person.

Great Location

The home was the perfect location to the Orange County Convention Center. Modern and clean home in a quiet, well kept neighborhood. The host allowing our dog was incredible. We hope to come back next year.

Perfect Orlando rental with great location to everywhere.

We came to Orlando to attend a sudden death of my long, loving, bestest male friend, closer then a brother to me funeral. That is why I say it was better-sweet. All the guests was video taping the home and very pleased and excited with the home and location. The home was equipped with everything we need; cable TV, wifi, pots, bath towels, pool, nice size bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Everyone was very comfortable. The guests that was disabled seniors, the front entrance do not have steps. The floors did not have carpet. It was easy for wheel chair and walking canes to glide across the floors. The bathroom downstairs shower is a walk-in which made it easy for them to use. Nevertheless, having tile floors has it disadvantage when you have been in the pool and walk into the house you will slip and fall down. Which I found out the hard way. (oooch) Overall, everyone told me they plan to come back. They had an enjoyable stay and was able to visit Disney, City Walk, and the Florida Mall. The perfect vacation spot in Orlando. Great for the whole family from eight to eighty, blind, cripple & crazy. :-) lol It's a staycation: home away from home. Thank you so much to the great host. I will highly refer to everyone who is looking for a hotel or considering going to Orlando, FL to stay here.

Hurricane Ian Escape House

The home is a beautiful home it just needs some amenities for comfort. 1 couch made it hard to enjoy TV for 4 people. Also, the pool was freezing and so was the hot tub. We were hoping to enjoy it for 2 nights before Ian decided to head in the area. Like I said, beautiful home just a little disappointed in the furniture and pool.

Florida vacation

House was accommodating for my family including 3 grandparents. Our 2 boys enjoyed the pool while grandparents relaxed by the pool area. Major attractions was less than a half hour away. Truly enjoyed our stay at your home! Thank you!

Great stay

The house is beautiful and clean. It's literally 5 mins from restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. The pool was nice and spacious as well. We stayed for 3 days and really enjoyed it.

Blissful stay

The property was amazing, reminded us of home. We stayed for a tennis tournament held at the USTA campus, which was easily accessible. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the house and pool. It wasn’t perfect, nothing is, but it met our needs and gave us some great memories. The hosts were very accommodating, if we had questions or requests…amazing hosts. The time I had to watch TV was nice, once I figured out how it worked 😀 but the host offered to help if I couldn’t. Definitely would stay there again, I felt at home.

Great price, close to a lot

Rented this property to be close to the USTA facility for a tournament. It had plenty of space for a group of 7 grown women. The price was very fair, the neighborhood was nice, and the pool was perfect. Verito was quick to respond and was very accommodating, would definitely stay there again.

Great location & Clean Rental Home

Overall we were pleased with this rental property. We did notify owner of a few minor issues & she responded quickly. Just a few suggestions we feel may help improve others stay: repaint garage door (it had many marks on door), provide an extra chair for living area (there is only a small couch), provide instructions for tv, replace torn blinds, fix hot water in small bathroom downstairs, provide pot holder & pizza cutter for kitchen. We enjoyed our stay-great location. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Graduation weekend

As an Air B and B customer, I could not find what I was looking for. Checked VRBO and bang!! Veritos home hit me.. it was close to the airport (7 min) close to Disney (10 min) and close to university of central florida. Graduation weekend so I booked 5 days. Great home for family coming in from different places and times. And he accepted dogs!! We have a very well behaved yellow lab and the house fit perfectly for our family. I drove from New York so it was easy picking up my 4 kids 21,20,18 and 17 at the airport. I loved walking into the home after a long drive to see such a clean home. I do a lot of traveling by car so I came prepared for a get together. The house had enough to support entertaining and being comfortable. The sheets were new and clean. My kids actually thought it was hillarious that they slept on kid disney themed bed sheets!! A plus there!! When I walked in k-love was playing and it immediately took me to a calm restful state. Being that it was May 2 and 90 degrees the pool was so refreshing and clean!! We have 2 family members come for a bbq on graduation day and we had a blast in the pool!! So so happy with this stay, I even text Verito we’d be back to do Disney one day. Everything was at our fingertips… gas, supermarket and bank. Lovey neighborhood walking the dog every morning.. can’t wait to return!! Thank you Verito for allowing my family and I to have some amazing memories in your home!!

Exactly what we needed

We were in Orlando for the National cheer competition for our daughter so it was a quick crazy filled weekend. Your house has everything we needed to make us feel comfortable at home. Thank you 😊 the pool was awesome. Only thing that would have been better would be a heater in the pool 😃 Great communication with the owner.
