Beautiful view and amazing home. We were here for my sons Cooperstown baseball tournament. 20-23min drive each way from Allstars Village. 15mins from Walmart, and lots of other stores and restaurants. Country feel and awesome experience. Marisa was great from beginning to end as a host. Would stay here again if I ever come back. Highly recommend

All Star Village Stay

21 minutes from All Star Vilage Cooperstown. Very clean, lots of space, beautiful location, quite, peaceful and an amazing view!

Great House!

We stayed there while my son and his baseball team played at All Star Village. House was clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend for anyone going to ASV.

Great house

House was perfect for us while our son played baseball in Cooperstown. The boys loved sleeping in the loft upstairs (it did get pretty hot during the day, but cooled down at night). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

All Star Village baseball stay

We had a fantastic time staying in this country setting home June 12 - June 19. The house was very clean, had all the accommodations and needs of home. Plenty of room outdoors for kids to play. Approximately 22 minute drive to All Star Village. You won’t be disappointed staying at this home.

COOPERSTOWN Family TRIP

It was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. We had plenty of space to play in the yard and we enjoyed some meals out on the deck. We appreciated that we didn't have to bring our own handsoap or dish soap. There were plenty of games to play. If we ever come up this way again, we will stay here.

Cooperstown 12u Baseball Trip

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Located in the country with no other homes in sight. The house is very spacious and very clean. The owners immediatley replied to questions i had asked through the app and were extremely accomadating when we needed to adjust our check in and check out times due to delayed flights both in and out of Albany. We would definitley stay here again and would reccomend the house to others

Wonderful, secluded property

My family and I came to New York for our youngest son to play at Cooperstown Dream Park. We searched for a place for the rest to stay and found this property. When we arrived, we couldn't believe the beautiful view and how quiet and peaceful the property was. There were only minor issues...an older TV in the loft stopped working, and the dryer did poorly with drying our clothes and required 3-4 cycles fo fully dry them. However, that being said, everything else was perfect and therefore the minor issues were easy to overlook. Thank you for sharing your tranquil home with us!

Our stay was a home run!

This rental had all the comforts of home! Master bedroom and bath. The other two bedrooms with large beds had a full bath to use. Another plus was the use of a washer/dryer and counter seating. It was very functional and roomy for all 4 us! It was a good 20 min from Cooperstown and in between games we we were to take a nice break! The setting was very peaceful. We appreciated that the owner had this home stocked with plenty of towels, paper products and so much more just to name a few. There were so many thoughtful and useful items. I would recommend this rental for efficiency, location and a "home" away from home feel! Paula C.

Cooperstown Baseball "Lights Out"

Unfortunately the owners "forgot" to pay their electric bill which caused city to shut off the electricity while we were staying there. Owners agreed to reimburse us $200 (not a full night) then completely ghosted us. They won't return texts or calls. We went more than 24 hours without electricity and had to throw out some of our groceries. Had to pick up flashlights from Walmart. Pretty disappointing that owners won't return texts or calls and that they wouldn't agree to reimbursement of a full night.

Absolutely wonderful

I stayed with my children and brother (and my parents stopped by) for my son playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Comfortable, plenty of room, clean and supplied with everything you could need. It was about 35 minutes from Dreams park but the views and peacefulness make it well worth it. Loved it.

Perfect for our week at All Star Village

My husband and I stayed here for the week while our son stayed at Cooperstown All Star Village. We felt right at home being able to work remotely, grocery shop, eat out, and watch our son play ball. We brought our son back during long breaks to rest and relax. He loved it too. The owners were very easy to contact and check in and out was as easy as can be. Thank you!

We had an amazing time staying my at this beautiful home! It was perfectly situated to get to and from All Star Village to watch our son play baseball for the week! This home away from home was very clean and the perfect for us with all amenities! Great stay!!!

A Wonderful Week

The house was perfect for our week at Cooperstown. The open floor plan allowed us to enjoy time as a family when we weren’t at the fields. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the loft was a big bonus!! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to make meals. The yard was great for the kids to run around and the deck was the perfect place to look up at the stars at night!!

Perfect Cooperstown Rental!

We rented this home for the week of July 5th while my son was at Cooperstown All Star Village. This home was perfect! Large and very well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for the family to spread out. 3 bedrooms plus the loft area which was very large and could easily be another bedroom if needed. For us, it was used as a play area for my younger children to escape to! The outdoor deck was used every morning for coffee while enjoying the beautiful view and every evening for fires in the chiminea. Highly recommend this home, 20 mins to All Star Village, the perfect distance.

Beautiful view

My family stayed here while cheering in our baseball player at casv. I was impressed by how clean and well stocked the house was. It was comfortable and the scenery surrounding the property was breathtaking! We were greeted by deer in the morning and caught fire flys at night. The drive to All Star Village took about 15-20 minutes but we enjoyed it, there was so much to look at! I definitely recommend staying here!
