THE PLACE

This apartment is located in an historic building of Turin.

Is situated in the pedestrian area of the historic centre of Turin, the famous Contrada dei Guardinfanti one block from Piazza Castello. Every major brand store and restaurant imaginable is almost literally at your front door. Minutes away from the most important historic buildings and best attractions of town.

Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Castello, Palazzo Reale, Museo del Cinema Mole Antonelliana are all within walking distance and the famous Museo Egizio is just steps away.

This building is also just a few blocks from the Porta Nuova train station and subway trains, allowing easy access to the Lingotto and to the rest of town.

If you walk 2 blocks more you will arrive at Quadrilatero (where you can find a plethora of dance clubs, live music, and pubs) and the biggest open air market of Europe, Porta Palazzo. The Parco del Valentino is closeby (where you can walk along the Po river, ride a bike or rent a rickshaw).

This building is really quiet and safe.

Your privacy will be granted during the whole length of your stay.

THE APARTMENT

The apartment is very comfortable, bright and really quiet because it’s not on the street side. Everything you'll need to recharge, relax, and rest.

It’s a modern apartment completely renovated with high class furniture and decorations with independent access situated on two levels at the ground and first floor.

You will have full use of the entire guesthouse. There are no other guests scheduled in the period when you plan to visit and we will not be present in the apartment during the length of your stay.



MASTER BEDROOM

Double room very and cozy features a premium full-size double bed top quality available on market with pocket springs, 2 layers of memory foam and 9 different zones for maximum comfort and dressed with linens, his and her bathrobes and a down comforter perfect for couples.

Multiple lights to keep it bright while doing work, getting ready, or reading a book at night (bedside lights too!) It has direct access to a large walk-in closet and to the bathroom.



MASTER BATHROOM

The Master Bathroom is composed of 3 different zones. The first one is dedicated to the maximum pleasure of the luxury bathtub Devon & Devon Draycott Decò with direct access to the living area. In the second zone you can select your shower pleasure with Raindance Waterfall and take care of your face with the large wash basin in the middle of the colorful window. In the third zone there is a second washbasin, the bidet and the suspended toilet. Complete with full-length mirror, hairdryer and bath towels.



SECOND BATHROOM

The second Bathroom is located on the ground floor and it has a huge sink and a suspended toilet with a toilet shower.



KITCHEN

Fully equipped kitchen comes with hob, fridge, oven, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster and teakettle. Kitchen includes utensils, glassware, pots, pans and everything else you would need to comfortably cook gourmet meals throughout your stay. Direct access to the extending table.



LIVING ROOM

Living room area comes with two very comfortable sofa bed (double and single bed) with extra thick memory foam mattress that can be dressed with linens for three extra guests. Enjoy the TV Full HD 40” and the large extending table.



LAUNDRY

If you need, you will find in the laundry on the ground floor the washhouse, the washing machine and the clotheshorse.



SECURITY

The entire area is very quiet and safe. To make your stay even more peaceful there will be a video surveillance service in the common areas of the condominium outside the house.
