NOTA IMPORTANTE SOBRE TARIFAS:
El precio que obtendrá de Homeway se refiere solo al primer piso (4 pax), mientras que si desea alquilar ambos pisos, debe considerar un precio 30% más alto. Si tiene 2 años y solo desea alquilar el segundo piso, puede considerar un precio 30% más bajo. Las tarifas de limpieza final deben pagarse en el sitio a la llegada (60 euros por un piso o 80 euros por el alquiler de ambos pisos).

Descripción plana:

El piso, que ha sido renovado recientemente (2012), está ubicado en una casa local típica en el centro histórico de Riomaggiore. Se encuentra a 300 metros del mar.

El primer piso tiene una sala de estar, 2 dormitorios y baño. El segundo piso tiene una pequeña sala de estar con cocina americana, un dormitorio y otro baño.

Los 2 pisos se pueden alquilar juntos (para 5 o 6 personas) o por separado (primer piso solo para 4 personas o segundo piso solo para 2 personas). La privacidad está 100% garantizada en todos los casos.

A partir de la temporada 2015 también tenemos un pequeño jardín 'secreto' para nuestros huéspedes. Está entre la casa y la montaña, confortable y agradable con sus naranjos, mandarinas y limoneros. Será posible pasar aquí unos momentos relajantes durante sus vacaciones. El jardín estará disponible para aquellos grupos que alquilen el primer piso o ambos pisos juntos y solo solicitaremos una pequeña cantidad adicional para la limpieza final (por supuesto, solo para aquellas personas que deseen usarlo).

Nuestras tarifas se refieren solo a la parte del primer piso: lea atentamente en las notas debajo de la lista de precios la información adicional solo para el segundo piso o para todo el piso.


El apartamento está a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de tren o del aparcamiento.
Aconsejamos a nuestros huéspedes que se recomienda llegar en tren y dejar el automóvil en el estacionamiento de la estación de tren de La Spezia, ya que el automóvil no es útil en 5 Terre (donde puede ir en tren, en barco o incluso a pie a través de todo el pueblos).
Riomaggiore está a solo 8 minutos en tren desde La Spezia y el estacionamiento en La Spezia es mucho más barato que en 5 Terre.

Colchones malos y viejos

La casa esta con una ubicación excepcional, pero el alojamiento deja mucho que desear, colchones viejos con muelles imposible de poder descansar ,los dos baños que tiene la casa pequeños y viejos, una con ducha que no puedes ni salir por la poca apertura y la otra con bañera saliendose el agua por todos lados. En el menaje de cocina, es muy escaso,demasiado incompleto. Y el acceso a piso, es segunda planta con escaleras muy altas ,no recomendable para personas con poca movilidad. Hay que invertir mas en una casa si la quieres alquilar, sobretodo en los colchones.

I asked the host, Guiliana, questions about the property as I was not given adequate information at check-in and she sent me several text messages and emails telling me what a terrible person I am. I apologize and try to make peace with her but that made her more angry. She then called me up on the phone and screamed at me at the top of her lungs and demanded to talk to my husband for some reason. I never leave bad reviews of places because that is not my nature but I feel it is my obligation to warn people to avoid this property at all cost as the host is a rageaholic. There is also a lot of deception about the property itself. It says that there is a garden space available but there is not. When I asked the host about this she said that it is not available and that if it was she would have charged me extra for it. There's nothing in the property description that says anything about being charged extra for access to a garden space. The place itself is very dark and dreary and the mattresses are very old and you could feel their springs. The only positive feature as other people have noted is that the air conditioner works well. It is in a nice location although everywhere here is nice. Still you must do such a steep climb to get up the place and up the two flights of steps. The building itself is very run down and even unsafe as the downstairs door does not lock. My husband and I found a wonderful place right afterwards and the contrast was like going from hell to heaven in

The apartment was nice and in the same building as a gelato shop. There was a good restaurant within a block. It was quite a hike from the train station, uphill and many steps. However, I am 82 years old and I was able to make it, but I could not have carried my own luggage. Just be aware it is a lovely place, but it is a hike to get there. The host was available to meet us and gave us a tour of the building when we got there, she was very helpful. I would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone who visited this area.

Great location-Tight Accommodations

I was initially hesitant to leave this review, as I’ve noticed the owner can be quite sensitive to anything less than a perfect rating. However, I believe honest feedback is important and helpful to future guests.My husband and I stayed here with our three adult children (ages 20, 22, and 25). The location is truly fantastic; central, convenient, and a great base for exploring the 4 other towns.That said, aside from the location, the house itself is somewhat limited in terms of comfort. While it was clean, the space is very tight both upstairs and downstairs. My husband and I stayed upstairs while the other three stayed downstairs, and even with that separation, it still felt quite cramped. The most significant issue, though, are the beds. They are older spring mattresses, and the springs are extremely pronounced, to the point where we could feel them pressing into our backs and sides throughout the night. It was genuinely uncomfortable, and unfortunately, it made it hard to get restful sleep during our stay. Even something as simple as a quality mattress topper could make a meaningful difference.I’m not sharing this to be unkind, but in the hope that it helps future guests make an informed decision, and perhaps encourages some thoughtful updates to the property.All in all we did enjoy our stay in Riomaggiore!

It was great , BUT…

I’ve paid less for better. The bedrooms were almost as pictured, and the shared areas as well, but they are not 100% forthcoming in the booking process. The bathroom isn’t pictured for a reason, and leaves something to be desired. The “shower” is a 4x4 tub with no curtain and a hand held sprayer. Water would randomly go out and either be scalding or freezing cold. MAKE SURE to read the fine print while booking, because this rental is actually two apartments/rentals in one. They gave me keys that accessed both floors – even after claiming we did not book the upstairs/third bedroom (I’m 90% sure I did) – this made us uncomfortable. We had no idea if someone else was going to be staying up there or if they would have access to our rooms like we did. The rental manager also had no idea, and told us we would have to pay extra fees if we used the upstairs, even if we had already booked it. We avoided the upstairs and the trouble. When paying the extra cleaning fee and the tax, it must be paid in cash. We were not prepared for this (our fault), but the rental manager said we could leave the money under the mat at the end of our stay. She then proceeded to come back 4 times throughout the weekend asking us for the money. This place did what it needed. It gave us a place to sleep, and while the showers did not make us feel clean, it was only for a weekend. If you want to stay in 5terre, look in La Spezia before booking here. You’ll find nicer places for less money.

Family stay in Riomaggiore

A really great place to explore Riomaggiore and the southern parts of the Cinque Terre. The property is very central but set back from the main streets and feels quiet and tranquil, yet it’s really easy to nip out to get an early morning focaccia from the bakery! The place was very clean and well equipped for cooking meals and really suited our purposes as a family of 5 people. We arrived late in the evening on the train and walked up to the apartment to be greeted by Gaia who had stayed late to meet us, which we really appreciated. Thanks!

Great Experience

Very central, steps to shops, restaurants and train. Very clean, equipped and compact. Ran out of hot water at one time. Beautiful view from the balcony. Nothing could prepare you for the steep walk from the train.

Cozy apartments

Our host was wonderful and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay in Riomaggiore. We liked it even more and found it even more magical than Venice. I stayed in the apartment above while my daughter's family of 4 stayed in the apartment below. We liked the location in Riomaggiore, close to the main street and also the square with the church. Beautiful view of the town from the balcony of the upstairs apartment. If you take the train in, be prepared for a hike up the hill. If you drive in, make arrangements for parking ahead of time. Our host was very helpful as we arrived by car after dark with no idea how to proceed past the gate on the street that we weren't expecting. Also, be prepared for lots of steps in Rioimaggiore. To my top apartment there were 4 flights of stairs, 3 for the lower apartment.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location, right in the village of Riomaggiore. The Via dell'Amore trail and train station are within walking distance. The apartment is nice and has everything you need. Our only complaint is the bathrooms and showers are small. Parking in Riomaggiore is for residents only. Visitors must park outside town in parking lots. It's a steep climb back to your car.

Wir waren 8 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. So kann man sich wohl die normalen Wohnverhältnisse der Einwohner Riomaggiores vorstellen: Kleine, enge Zimmer, jeder Zentimeter wird genutzt, steile Treppen, für großen Komfort ist eben kein Platz. Das ist aber keine Kritik, sondern der Alltag, damit haben wir auch gerechnet und es wurde so fair von der Vermieterin kommuniziert. Wer es authentisch liebt, der muss sich eben in der Cinque Terre etwas anpassen oder sich ein teures Hotel suchen. Die Lage in der Nähe des Kirchplatzes am oberen Ende des Ortes ist ideal, denn man erreicht dort alle wichtigen Dinge, die man für eine Ferienwohnung benötigt: Kleine Coop-Läden (insgesamt gibt es drei im Ort, nur jeweils 50 Meter auseinander) für den Lebensmitteleinkauf, kleine Müllcontainer für die Müllentsorgung. Direkt neben der Haustür gibt es sogar ein kleines Eiscafé mit extrem leckeren Eissorten, Geheimtipp! Es gibt dort zwar keine Sitzplätze, aber was macht das schon, wenn man seine Wohnung nur drei Meter entfernt hat. Am Kirchplatz spielen die Kinder und die Einwohner treffen sich. Man hat einen tollen Blick hinunter in den Ort und kann auf kleinen Bänken am Abend gemütlich dem normalen Dorfleben zusehen, wunderbar. Und der Weg hinunter in den Hafen und zum Fußgängertunnel Richtung Bahnhof ist nur um die Ecke, logistisch unschlagbar. Meine Tipps für den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung: Da die Kücheneinrichtung sich auf das Nötigste beschränkt, empfehle ich, im Koffer ein paar Küchenmüllsäcke, et

A little piece of paradise

The place was very clean. We rented both the bottom and top portions for our family of 6. There are complaints about stairs in other reviews, if you have mobility issues Cinque Terre will be very challenging. We used the back garden/seating area to enjoy the tranquility while sipping some local wine. Don't hesitate to book!
