We had the most incredible stay here! The property was exactly as described and absolutely immaculate, with everything we needed in terms of amenities.Our host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us plenty of great recommendations and was always available to answer any questions we had, which we really appreciated.We found the location perfect, and the view was absolutely amazing! We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be booking to stay here again.Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nostrum. The villa itself has great views, is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need. It is also in a great location with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Richard is a good host and I would highly recommend this villa

We had a lovely stay at this villa and it was a great base for our family holiday in Menorca. The house was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed, but the outside space was probably the biggest highlight for us. The pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there, particularly in the mornings and late afternoons.The location worked really well too. It was peaceful without feeling remote, and we found it very easy to get to nearby beaches, restaurants and villages. We also used it as a base to explore Mahón, Es Castell and other parts of the island, all of which were straightforward by car.One of the things we liked most was that the villa made it easy to have a very relaxed holiday. Some days we stayed around the pool for much of the day, while on others we headed out to the beach or explored somewhere new before coming back to the villa later.Overall, it was a really enjoyable place to stay and worked extremely well for us as a family. Comfortable, private, well located and somewhere we were always happy to come back to after a day out. We would happily stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this stunning villa. The location is great for those who want to walk to all the local amenities - beach, cafés, restaurants etc. The views are also wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Stunning sea views indeed. Fantastic villa, great location all as described and even better in real life than the photos. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Lots of really helpful information readily available in the Villa and perfect communication from the host. We would definitely stay again.

Great villa in a nice location

My family of 6 stayed for a week in this villa and it was ideal for us. Lovely spacious rooms and clean. Plenty of places to relax with a lovely pool. Would definitely recommend.

Another wonderful stay at Villa Nostrum!

Another great holiday at Villa Nostrum! The views from the terrace are spectacular, with a few local restaurants. a bakery and mini supermarket less than a 10 min walk away and a 15 min taxi journey into Mahón, it really is very well situated! Very easy to spend a relaxing week or more here with family or friends! Great comms from Patrick as always!

Fabulous home in Binibeca, Menorca

We LOVED our stay at Villa Nostrum. Patrick and Kate have a lovely home on a hill overlooking Binibeca and the Mediterranean. The views were stunning. We enjoyed the short walk into the seaside village to get coffee, pastries, dinner, and to go for longer walks. Communication was excellent, and we appreciated the thorough booklet of household tips and things to do in the area. Next time we will stay longer - such a wonderful home & area of Menorca!

Stunning Views

A great property offering exactly what it says it does. Inside is clean, tidy and great for families but outside steals the show, stunning views from every terrace area, giving the perfect excuse to sit and while away the afternoon watching the boats go by whilst have a nice cold drink. August 2024 family holiday

Just had a truly lovely week at Villa Nostrum. The villa was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a fabulous week. Such a great location and a wonderful view. Patrick was an extremely helpful host who quickly answered any queries we had. We will definitely return. Three generations of family and all agreed it was exactly the type of villa we would choose if we had our own!

Fantastic villa above Cala Torret

Our family had a lovely week in this villa, which has four good sized bedrooms with air con and lovely views of Cala Torret. There is a path next to the villa down to the bay, meaning that the supermarket and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. Everything was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The pool and roof deck were great. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Wonderful spot for a spring break

My family and I had a fantastic break at Villa Nostrum. Great location within 10 minutes walk of the beach, even with a meandering toddler refusing to sit in her pram! The villa is immaculate, lots of space to be together both inside and out. The pool was fantastic, however, it got very little use due to the mild spring weather and water temperature. Hiring a car is a must, we explored so much of the island in 7 days. The kitchen is well equipped, we had a great time eating out alongside cooking in the villa and lighting the bbq with the backdrop of the wonderful view. Patrick was an extremely responsive host, helping both prior and during our stay.

Lovely view!

The villa benefits from the most incredible views which really are the main highlight of the property. Inside the main living area/kitchen are not huge but well laid out. Bedrooms are good size with air con (a life saver for us as there was a mini heatwave whilst we were there). Pool isn’t huge but perfectly adequate & lovely and clean. Although it’s marketed as having had a recent refurb there are some areas that were still a bit tired and could do with being looked at. Overall it didn’t ruin our holiday though - we had a fantastic time!

Beautiful villa with lovely views

We had such a wonderful stay at the villa in Binibeca. Very clean and tidy when we arrived. Really appreciated the olive oil, salt pepper etc kitchen supplies. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was small in terms of surface space but perfectly fine. Very quick walk down to the supermarket via the stairs just next to the villa. We walked to the Binibeca beach and restaurants very comfortably. Explored some lovely local beaches within a half hour drive: Cala en Porter (lovely with sunbed hire and local eateries/supermarket), Punta Prima, Alcaufar, Binissafuller. Late afternoon swims down at Cala Torret. The pool was great, not huge but perfectly good size for our group. We loved the rooftop for sunset views. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Great villa - fantastic views & location

We had a great week at Villa Nostrum. It’s well situated, with the steps adjacent to the villa making it a 5 - 10 min walk down to the Cala Torret restaurants, bakery & mini supermarket, which is well stocked. We didn’t need a car - either eating out or having a couple of meals inc. a BBQ at the villa & enjoying the spectacular views both from the main terrace & roof terrace. We spent the majority of our time out on the main terrace for breakfast, lunch and a few drinks in the evening. The villa is nicely decorated & very comfortable with air conditioning & separate terraces for each bedroom. As a party of 4 adults (2 couples), the layout of the villa worked perfectly, with both upper and lower areas of the villa having a double room & bathroom (as well as a separate smaller bedroom, which we used for dressing & extra storage). We’ve stayed in other villas in the area and this was definitely the best! Great and speedy communication from Patrick at all stages. We had a brilliant holiday & would love to return!
