Esta casa para no fumadores, amueblada, completamente remodelada de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños está rodeada de agua, con un canal y una casa de botes en el patio trasero, canal lateral y frente al lago. Siéntate en tu patio, justo al lado de la suite principal, y mira el amanecer. Observe impresionantes puestas de sol, sobre el lago, desde su sala de estar o porche delantero. Esta casa cuenta con un gran plano de planta abierto con grandes baños, enormes armarios en cada habitación, gran lavadero independiente, cocina abierta con barra de desayuno y piso de baldosas en todo. Salga de su habitación de Florida en la parte trasera, a solo 50 pies, a su casa de botes privada con un gran deslizamiento cubierto de 10'x24 'y una cubierta de 12'x20'. Este lote fue el primer y único lote con acceso directo al lago en la subdivisión Indian Lake Estates. Esta casa de una sola planta, muy tranquila y privada, cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar, personal de mantenimiento en el lugar, campo de golf de 18 hoyos en el lugar, casa club, gran muelle, puerto deportivo, lancha y mucho ocio y relajación. El lago Weohyakapka (Lake Walk in Water) es el lago más grande del condado de Polk, con toneladas de perca moteada (tipo de pez) y Monster Largemouth Bass. Fishing week

We came down for a week of fishing and golfing. This place was perfect. We’d definitely come back. We caught fish right off the dock. And there was nature everywhere. Even got to see some big gators in the canal

Winter get away!

We had a fantastic month-long stay at this lovely home! The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable extended stay. The dock was perfect for our boat. The views were absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and make great memories. Highly recommend!

Love this house!!

Perfect location, being at the end of a dead end street with the lake in front, canals on the side, and back of the home made this a perfect location. Very quiet, clean and comfortable! We also caught some nice fish sitting out back on the dock! Hoping to stay again real soon!

Everything you want and need...

Amazing place and location. Probably my favorite lot in the entire community. A very tranquil corner lot surrounded by nature. A perfect peninsula for privacy. Looking forward to my next stay here. Turkeys running around, spotted a few deers, fishing out back, perfect sunsets over the lake. Frostbite ice cream in Frostproof Cherry Pocket for seafood Manny’s Chop House for Ribs WestGate for dinner & rodeo on Sat nights

Loved this place!

What a great house in a great location! We fell in love with Indian Lake Estates and will definitely be returning. This house is in the perfect location on the lake, hop in our boat and on the lake in a minute! Daryl was just up the street for the first month of our stay and responded to any questions we had right away. A great host who shared his fishing secrets, too. The house has been remodeled and has tile flooring throughout, so easy to clean up the dust and sand. The screened front and back areas were perfect for eating all of our meals and enjoying sunrises and sunsets. The covered boat slip and dock were much appreciated and the area is completely safe and secure so leaving fishing gear in the boat was never a worry. We really enjoyed all of the wildlife we saw--so different from what we have in Illinois. The sandhill cranes had their babies while we were there, so fun to see those fuzzy little ones. Ibis, wild turkeys, ospreys, and eagles are just a few of the birds we enjoyed. And yes,there are alligators, which were fun to see and they weren't aggressive, though we didn't take any risks around them. The Indian Lakes United Methodist Church meets on Sunday afternoons, so I worshiped there several times. Lake Wales is about 20 miles from the house, but plenty of shopping available as well as eating establishments. Don't miss out on Y'all Come Back Saloon on the edge of town. A fun "dive" bar. Go south a bit to Frostproof and get some ice cream at the Frostbite! Over by Bartow is the Circle B Bar Reserve, a great place to walk around the lakes and woods and see all sorts of birds, animals and a huge alligator they have named Humpback. I even got to see a rocket launch--a red streak in the sky when a rocket was launched from Cape Canaveral! If you are fishing, stop by The Candy Store, across from Walmart on Rt. 60--locally owned bait and tackle shop for all of your fishing needs (and wants!). South end of Lake Kissimmee is not too far away, and the launch at ILE is easy to get in and out of, so trailering your boat to Lake Kissimmee is easy enough to do. Can't say enough good about the house, the hosts, and the community! We may just have to look at buying a place there in the future.

Want to thank you Daryl. The house was awesome. We had a great 2 weeks relaxing and fishing. With everything going on with virus etc was nice to forget it all for 2 weeks. We did not want to leave. Beautiful sunsets on the lake. We loved it so much we are talking about coming back next year for 3 weeks. By far the best location for access to the lake

Pleasant stay at Indian Lake Estates

Peaceful, quiet and nicest street in all of ILE. My only negative is the extreme distance to Lake Wales , stores, restaurants etc. My husband couldn't have liked it more. Our property owners, the Anderson's were outstanding!

Great place to stay.

About 17 miles from town but well worth the drive. Nice area to walk. Neighbors were very friendly. And you may even see an alligator or two. Great fishing even right off your private boat dock Great views of the lake . Don't need to build this place up caused I have already got it rented again next year.

Great home

This was the second time we rented this home and had a good time. There is a lot of room both inside and out. There were a few thing were needed in the house ie extra batteries for the remote and garbage bags. Nothing serious. My next comment is not a negative but a recommended improvement. The water level at the boat house is very shallow so a bass boat sits very low and makes getting in and out difficult for anyone with mobility issues. It approximately a 13 inch drop. Additionally, if you get storm your boat will get wet even though it is covered. The addition of a boat lift would solved this problems.

All Around Peace Stay with Beautiful Views

The pics are beautiful so you can only imagine when you are there. It's a beautiful home, with breathtaking sights. The owners didn't spare any when it comes to things needed. We reached out to them to ask about extending and they were easy to reach and very helpful. Overall I would recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful home

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was exactly as advertised and in a very quiet and peaceful setting. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Bed was very comfortable and we fell in love with the reclining sofa. My husband enjoyed the football games on the big screen TV. He did try to catch fish from the canal pier, but had no luck. We visited Bok Tower and gardens and really enjoyed walking through the beautiful flowers and plants while listening to the chimes. We toured old town and the train depot for local history. Drove to Frostproof for ice cream at Frostbite Ice Cream shop. My favorite restaurant is L'Incontro Italian Restaurant and for seafood - Crazy Fish. We also went to the rodeo and ate at Westgate River Ranch. We really enjoyed the rodeo. The Andersons were prompt to answer our questions and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay at their home again if back in the area. The Hoffmans Brunswick, GA

Perfect get away

So thankful to have the Andersen's property to stay at while visiting my parents in Indian Lakes. It is very quiet at the end of the street with the most beautiful lake front sunsets right from the screened in porch. The house is modern, clean, well-maintained and nicely decorated. The house was spacious and everything worked perfectly including wifi and cable. Plenty of towels, sheets and kitchen utensils as well. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend!

A quiet place on the Lake.

When we booked the property we went for its location in relationship to Universal Shooting Academy. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and beautiful views of the lake. The house was an updated single story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite was quite large and had a very nice bathroom with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms were smaller with one with a full sized poster bed and the second with two twin beds. The second bathroom was a bit smaller and it also had a walk-in shower. We made use of the kitchen and breakfast bar every morning to fix our breakfast and to sit around at night. Upon arrival we had a minor issue with the internet, but the property owners Daryl and Michelle Anderson resolved it quickly. They were very responsive to all our requests and were very accommodating. Unfortunately, the location turned out to not be ideal for our needs. The house was great and we were very comfortable during our stay. However, due to its isolated location, we felt socially isolated from the other members of the staff. Four of the events were held off-site in Winter Haven and it made for long drives home late at night. Also, we ate out every night but one in Lake Wales. We were leaving the house at 6 AM and were lucky to get home by 8 PM. That is the nature of working a large shooting event, on the range from dawn to dusk. We never had the opportunity to grill on the deck or to watch the sun rise. I would strongly recommend the property for a family who plan on entertaining at home and can make use of amenities of the house. Thank you for allowing us to use your great house.

Beautiful, Quiet location

My wife and I spent one week here. We had a very pleasant stay. The house is located with direct access to the gorgeous lake. You're fishing within minutes. The sunsets are breathtaking. The wildlife there along with the sunsets gives you great memories and photo shots. The house is fully equipped with everything you need but food and personal items. All our questions were answered promptly by the Andersens. You will not find a better place for the value. We look forward to our next visit!!! Mark & Marianne Port St. Lucie, FL

Beautiful relaxing week.

Daryl and Michelle's home is absolutely everything and more than I thought it would be! The lake and canals around the house are beautiful! The home is very comfortable, extremely clean through out, and so open and airy! At nighttime, it is dream-like while stargazing. Daryl and Michelle are very accomadating. We arrived earlier than we thought and had no problems getting in! Quick call to the Anderson's, and everything was ready for us! Beds are so comfortable, towels are fluffy and soft. This home was perfect for our family of 5! This was my first time using home away and it could not have been a better experience! The Anderson's are great, and the home is breath taking!

Perfect , relaxing and the best vacation ever !

If you like to have a relaxing vacation and maybe catch the fish of a lifetime this is the perfect property for you. The house is awesome with the best location on the lake. The covered boat dock offers excellent protection for your boat and great place to meet fellow fishermen as they go out and come in. We can't say enough good things about the Andersens, they are just the best , I hope we have the pleasure to stay at this rental again. Great Waterfront Home
