VILLA DE ALTA CALIDAD CON VISTAS EXEPCIONALES Y PRIVACIDAD COMPLETA

Totalmente aislada en un olivar, pero también cerca de todo, la villa de dos plantas de 250 metros cuadrados con una arquitectura impecable logra integrarse en los alrededores a pesar de su diseño minimalista.
Cuenta con cuatro habitaciones y cada habitación de la villa tiene su propio baño y se abre a su propio espacio al aire libre con área de descanso, ya sea un balcón o terraza con vistas espectaculares. Además, la villa consta de 2 partes, la casa principal y la casa de huéspedes que ofrece más privacidad entre los huéspedes.
Tiene capacidad para 8 personas en camas y hasta 10 personas si es necesario.
La casa principal
Al ingresar a la villa en la planta baja hay una amplia área de planta abierta que consiste en la sala de estar con un gran sofá, una chimenea, un televisor de alta definición de 32 pulgadas, un comedor interior y una cocina totalmente equipada con accesorios y electrodomésticos de alta calidad. Una impresionante ventana panorámica de piso a techo desde el área de la sala de estar lo lleva a la terraza al aire libre que también está conectada a la piscina y al jardín. También hay un dormitorio con cama doble y baño en suite con cabina de ducha de hidromasaje ubicada en la planta baja.
Al llegar al primer piso a través de una escalera hay un dormitorio con una cama doble y un baño en suite con bañera.
Luego, otra escalera desde el primer piso lo lleva al ático donde se encuentra un dormitorio con una cama doble y un baño en suite con cabina de ducha de hidromasaje. Todas las camas de la villa se pueden configurar como 2 camas individuales o como cama doble.
La casa de huéspedes
Nuestra casa de huéspedes separada se encuentra frente al área de la piscina con su propia entrada. Al ingresar a la casa de huéspedes hay un área abierta con sala de estar, cocina, comedor y un baño. Subiendo al primer piso hay un dormitorio con una cama doble, baño en suite con bañera y un balcón con vistas panorámicas del paisaje circundante.
Área al aire libre
El área al aire libre bellamente ajardinada rodeada de varios árboles y flores ofrece una variedad de instalaciones y lugares para relajarse.
Más específicamente, nuestras instalaciones al aire libre incluyen:
- Piscina ecológica de 40 m2.
- Barbacoa de carbón totalmente equipada.
- Dos mesas de comedor al aire libre
- Una variedad de lugares amueblados (con hamacas, sombrillas, hamacas y sillas) para relajarse en la terraza y los jardines alrededor de la villa.
- Plaza de aparcamiento
Toda el área exterior es totalmente privada y está cercada, ofreciendo 100% de privacidad a nuestros huéspedes.

A wonderful Villa on a beautiful island

This modern villa is spotlessly clean throughout with panoramic views in every direction. Even from inside the Villa the view through the windows changes each day like a living painting. It’s spectacular. The grounds are completely enclosed and child friendly with plenty of space for kids to play and adults to chill. The gardens are very well maintained and watered, if you’re from the UK think of a national trust garden with Mediterranean plants. It is also very well lit in the evenings with the BBQ dining area overlooking the top half of Crete (not exaggerating) being one of the gardens hi-lights.The Villa feels secluded in it’s own hillside setting but is at most a 7 minute drive back down to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. So on those sweltering afternoons where the heat of the coast is getting too much, in 10 minutes you can be in your own gorgeous pool with a mountain breeze. Perfect!Eleni deserves her own 5* review but I’m running out of space! A flawless host who is kind, caring, quick to respond to any messages and super friendly. Thank you Eleni! There are no downsides, the beds are comfy, the pool is sparkling, the garden is stunning, the water pressure is great, the wifi is fast, I could go on and on.Stop searching now and book this place, you wont regret it and you’ll never want to leave.Thank you so much! A week in Crete

A perfect villa that met my family’s needs. All the living areas were spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were modern and relaxing. Our hosts were great and gave us a fantastic tour on arrival and valuable information on which restaurants and places to visit were in the locality. We would definitely recommend this property to other families.

Eleni And Demitri's property is beautiful. It was everything we expected and more. Breath taking views and very private. Very clean and comfortable. We were 9 adults and we had plenty of room. Every room had it's own bathroom with bath which made traveling with 9 very nice. We enjoyed the pool and ping pong table plus enjoyed a traditional Greek dinner in the beautifully landscaped back yard, under the stars. Close to beaches and local restaurants. I would highly recommend this villa and would stay again when in Crete. Efcharisto Eleni and Demitri

A beautiful villa in the Cretan countryside.

I can highly recommend this villa for its design and location. Located near the historic Arkadi monastery, it is far enough inland to feel part of village culture as opposed to the more artificial beach areas that are right along the coast. As well, it is at the gateway to the exquisite Amari valley. The villa is beautifully designed, with excellent outdoor areas. The kitchen is adequate - not a chef's kitchen, but there are many excellent village tavernas nearby. And speaking of chefs, Eleni the VRBO host arranged for a local chef, Kostas, to come prepare a fabulous meal for us. Eleni was very easy and responsive to work with. Tips (especially for USA visitors) - download WhatsApp for your phone for texting in Greece. Also the electrical power in the house will work only when you are there (I have seen this in hotels also)- a key card attached to the door key is necessary to activate it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Villa

We have just returned from Arion Krini, the villa is truly beautiful. The views from every room our amazing. The outside area and pool are great the kids loved it. The villa is spotless and has everything you need for your stay. There is easy access to local restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful stay here and would love to return again one day. Overall this villa is great for a group of people or large family.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique propriété. La villa est bien située, à l'écart des axes principaux pour une tranquillité espérée mais à distance acceptable des services et restaurants. La villa étant sur les hauteurs, les vues sont splendides, du matin jusqu'au soir. La maison était d'une propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée. Le service de ménage en milieu de séjour est un plus, surtout avec une famille nombreuse. L'appartement séparé a été idéal pour notre famille, les grand-parents ayant pu se loger à l'abris du tourbillon de nos enfants. La gentillesse des hôtes et leur disponibilité en cas de besoin est fût très appréciée. Côté cuisine, celle-ci est très petite mais fonctionnelle. Nous recommandons l'utilisation du bbq à l'extérieur en période estivale. Il fonctionne à merveille. La piscine, d'une taille parfaite pour petits et grands, est bien orientée afin de se chauffer par le soleil toute la journée. Les transats sont en nombre suffisants et confortables. Le jardin est magnifiquement paysagé et ajoute au sentiment de luxe et vacances. Somme toute, un très beau séjour dans une villa de haute qualité avec des hôtes forts sympathiques. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Wonderful

Beautiful house with stunning views. Lovely pool and outside dining area. We were a group of adults and children, and we really enjoyed our stay in this villa. The owners made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful. We would recommend this property.

I would give more stars if I could.

The view, the view! What can I say? This property has everything it promises and more! We loved everything about it. Away from the tourist crowd, yet only 15 minutes drive to the North Coast. Maria's home cooking just a short walk away in the village of Amnatos. Going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of nature. Sunrise over the mountains, sunset over the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen.... it literally has everything.

My name is Eleni, and together with my husband Dimitris, I am the host of Arion Krini Villa. I would love to introduce you to our small but wonderful team: our sons Chris, Konstantinos, and Minoas; Jimmy, our dedicated gardener; and Maria and Davita, our caring housekeepers.

What truly makes our team special is the natural kindness, graciousness, humor, and joie de vivre that each person brings. Everyone quietly ensures that our guests feel both comfortable and valued.

As the owners of Arion Krini, we come from the nearby village of Amnatos. Although we don’t live in Crete year-round, we spend our summers here and know the island well. We are always happy to share suggestions for places of interest, hidden gems, and the best routes to discover them.

Arion krini is surrounded by nature !One of the main reasons to visit it, is the stunning panoramic views of the Cretan sea and at the same time luxuriate green views!
The villa is a modern residence, inspired by the traditional architecture of old Cretan houses. Traditional elements are reflected in the different levels that naturally follow the slope of the terrain, as well as in the use of local materials such as Psiloritis stone and Magnesia marble.
