Con capacidad para 4 personas, esta casa de campo elegantemente restaurada fue utilizada originalmente como un granero en siglos pasados y todavía se encuentra justo al otro lado del patio de la gran casa de campo, también ahora renovada, que alguna vez sirvió.
Ubicado en lo alto de las exuberantes colinas verdes que bordean Además, la piscina con jacuzzi al aire libre de la villa te invita a bañarte tranquilamente en sus aguas calientes, ¡sin que te moleste el clamor del mundo exterior!
Desde esta posición elevada privilegiada, se pueden disfrutar de amplias vistas panorámicas, que se extienden desde los Alpes Apuanos hacia el interior hasta las aguas turquesas del Mediterráneo. Los pueblos de Cinque Terre también están muy cerca.

ALOJAMIENTO:
La propiedad se extiende en tres plantas, de la siguiente manera: un nivel de la planta baja, un antiguo invernadero de invierno ahora se ha transformado en un encantador comedor lleno de luz, que incorpora una sala de estar y cocina. Esta moderna cocina equipada está totalmente equipada con horno; nevera / congelador, lavavajillas; tostadora; y espresso y cafeteras americanas. Emitiendo desde aquí, el cuarto de servicio tiene capacidad para una lavadora y secadora.
Ubicado a las afueras del comedor, unos pocos escalones externos conducen a las habitaciones del primer piso. Esta es una habitación doble romántica, con baño privado y ducha, así como una encantadora terraza contigua.
Desde este nivel hasta el piso superior, donde se encuentra la segunda habitación doble, completa con su propio baño.

La casa está decorada y amueblada con buen gusto y bien. Ambas habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado; Sábado TV; CD; y mini-bar. El dormitorio del primer piso también ofrece una caja fuerte. Toallas y albornoces bordados también se suministran. La disposición de los siguientes invitados: un teléfono celular; desayuno proporcionado, pero no servido; Productos orgánicos de la huerta de la villa.

Cottage Gardenia está rodeada de un extenso jardín, plantado de flores de temporada coloridas y perfumadas. Más allá de esto, un gran olivar forma un telón de fondo tranquilo. Un elegante cenador de madera, equipado con mesa y sillas de mimbre, le permite disfrutar de este hermoso entorno natural a la sombra o relajarse durante el desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena al aire libre. Completando esta escena idílica se encuentra el espacioso jacuzzi de agua tibia (3x3 metros), rodeado de sombrillas y cómodas tumbonas, y con su propia ducha al aire libre caliente.

Tenga en cuenta: los propietarios mismos residen en la granja convertida en el mismo terreno, a pocos metros de Villetta Gardenia. Sin embargo, cada casa tiene su propia entrada privada y jardín y no hace falta decir que los propietarios son totalmente respetuosos con sus huéspedes.

Delightful house and lovely stay

Our family's stay with Sea and Country Villas was great. The location (Castelnuovo Magra) and the property was excellent. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and private back yard pool. I would recommend Sea and Country Villas to everyone. We definitely be looking forward to staying with them again.

Perfect spot

It’s bin the best vacation, on the perfect location. The host where so nice - the fridge where full when we arrive. Antonio took us to the best bakery and vinery. Booked a table for us, at the best local restaurant. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The surroundings where beautiful. We can only recommend it for a family trip.

the perfect place to get away from the hectic life. all the rest and privacy in the middle of the olive trees and still only a few minutes walk to the nice village Castelnuovo Magra. if you like sun and sea... it's there. if you like hiking ... it's there. if you like culture, architecture and romantic walks, villages and susets.... it's there. this all with a very friendly host gives you the perfect vacation in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy ... and other countries. thanks for a vacation never to forget.... A taste of paradise in the beautiful Italian countryside

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Antonio and Fabiana's beautiful home. They were the perfect hosts and the villa and grounds were very tranquil with stunning views - we enjoyed being away from the crowds but within easy reach of the Cinque Terre and lovely Italian towns such as Pisa and Lucca, not to mention the sweet little town of Ortonovo itself. We arrived in the early evening and were greeted by our hosts and a delicious spread of tasty treats prepared by Fabiana. The beautiful, well equipped kitchen/sitting room which led onto the garden was also stocked with breakfast items which was a very thoughtful touch and a nice surprise. As a family of 4 adults the accommodation worked perfectly for us with one bedroom and ensuite upstairs and one downstairs. We really wished we could have stayed longer and definitely hope to return.

Disappointing .. no summer house as it's his sons gym and we were angrily informed it was private! !...also pool is halfway up hill behind house ...no good for restricted mobility or small children ,dangerous steps also to access pool area...house was filthy...bathroom needs replacing ...mezzanine unsafe for small children..there is no boat, canoe etc you have to pay him to take you out on his boat where he can also sell you use of other equipment ..exposed electric cable in kitchen area oh and don't wander in garden after dark there are wild pigs

I would like to state the following with the hope that this client may reconsider what has written knowing that what she has stated damages me personally, and the villa's image: After all of the personal passion, energy and love that I put in hospitality trying to make people happy, is really hard to receive my first negative review after 10 years of hospitality! I always try to make any criticism constructive as nobody is perfect but some people are really impossible to please. These guests were disappointed without any reason from the first day they came in. The first question is… If you were not satisfied about the property why to stay in my house for 2 weeks? Although the stay for 2 weeks after the holiday they sent the complain not to the owner or to agency but they started to publish bad reviews everywhere. This is no a constructive criticism but slandering. Briefly I answer to their comments point by point: No Summer House This is a summer rental country house since year 2005. My son has a private small gym adyacent to the house but this is not offered to the guests in fact we never wrote it on the technical data sheet of the house. Pool As per our description, the pool is close to the property and you can reach it through a path. We have always hosted families with children of any age and we never met any problem. Moreover the pool is safe and certified. House was filthy...bathroom needs replacing ...mezzanine unsafe for small children Again… if they were not satisfied about the house why to stay for 2 weeks ? All these complaints are quite exaggerated and malicious rather than friendly and constructive and mostly not true! I suggest to read the description of the house newly and carefully ( Please read location, accommodation, bedrooms, bathrooms, view, outdoor area, kitchen and obviously the pool ) ... that is exactly the reality of the villa. This said...I feel confident that future guests will enjoy the home . I will keep doing our best to make people feel at home and happy. there is no boat, canoe etc you have to pay him to take you out on his boat Where did you read we were offering boats, canoe and free yacht cruises to the guests? This is fruit of your immagination. People like you probably think that everything is due and free but this is not possible with all guests. I am used to spend my spare time only with friendly and polite people sorry.

Absolutely perfect.

We spent one week at Villetta Gardenia and it was amazing. The house itself is really nice and charming. With a nice garden and views, the perfect place to relax. It is also very well located, very close to the beach, and half an hour drive to Pisa, Lucca, and La Spezia (boats to the CinqueTerre). The owners are very friendly people, discreet but disposable for everything you could need. And we had the dinner of our arrival day in the table when we arrived, and it was completely amazing. We only could recommend that place. Fabiana & Antonio thanks for made us feel like at home. Jose, Carol & Max.

Unser Urlaub war wunderschön ! Das Haus ( liebevoll dekoriert )und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt - bei der Ankunft war sogar der Kühlschrank mit italienischem Essen und Getränken gefüllt . Ansonsten war von Essig und Öl über Regenschirme bis Decken für draußen ,wenn es kühler wird ,alles da ! Die riesige Wäscheleine war perfekt für die Strandtücher. Von einem tiefergelegten Auto würde ich abraten - das setzt in der Einfahrt vermutlich auf.Die Gastgeber, die im Haus nebenan wohnen, sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und diskret.

Tolles Haus mit wunderbaren Gastgebern

Ein traumhaftes Haus mit atemberaubender Blick. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Das Haus ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Unser geheim Tipp ist das Ort Pietrasanta. Ruhig, aber voll mit Kunst und traumhafte Ecken. Unsere Gastgeber waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die haben sich immer um uns gekümmert und jeden Tag etwas leckeres vorbeigebracht. Wir empfehlen das Haus wärmstens

Très agréable séjour dans une maison pleine de charme, au calme, avec une vue magnifique... Endroit bien situé pour découvrir la Ligurie et la Toscane. In einem Olivenhain gelegenes, wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Wer etwas Ruhe haben will, ist hier genau richtig. In die Stadt oder an den Strand sind es nur 15-20 Minuten. Bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und der Kühlschrank war mit Köstlichkeiten gefüllt. Fabiana und Antonio waren die besten Gastgeber die wir je hatten. Nur zu Empfehlen !!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben die Gastfreundschaft von Fabiana und Antonio sehr genossen, die uns nach langer Anreise mit italienischen Köstlichkeiten und einem gefüllten Kühlschrank empfangen hatten. Wir erhielten immer tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, dafür wird man mit einem atemberaubenden Blick belohnt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles da was man braucht.

Magnifique vue à proximité des Cinque Terre

La maison est à flanc de colline à une dizaine de minutes à pieds du très joli village de Castelnuovo Magra. La piscine en terrasse offre une vue panoramique sur la vallée du Magra, l’entrée des 5 Terre et la presqu’île de Lerici La maison dispose de l’air conditionnée ce qui est un plus en cas de fortes chaleurs. Elle est sur 2 niveau dont 1 sous pente (pour les plus petits). La cuisine est bien équipée On peut manger dehors grâce à une très belle terrasse mais qui gagnerait à être aménagée différemment (un salon de jardin par exemple). Quelques travaux et améliorations à prévoir sur les vétustés et literies. L’accueil de Franco est très sympathique et sait se faite discret pendant l’entretien N’hésitez pas à visiter Tellaro et plonger depuis sa marina qui se trouve à 30 minutes A Castelnuovo il y a un petite boulangerie bien cachée derrière la petite eglise du village. Nous recommandons la visite des 5 Terre mais en train (prendre les billets à Vernazza) A voir aussi Lerici, Portovenere, et les carrières de marbre. Bcp bcp de choses à visiter sans oublier les petits tours en bateau autour des îles La maison est idéalement située pour visiter le nord de la Toscane et le Sud de la Ligurie

Familie mit 2 Kindern (10 und 12 Jahre) im Juli 2019

Die Lage und Umgebung des Häuschens sind wirklich hervorragend. In 15 Gehminuten ist man in der süßen Altstadt von Castelnuovo Magra und in 20 Fahrminuten im nächsten Supermarkt und trotzdem liegt dieser Ort in einer total ruhigen und abgelegen, romatischen Umgebung. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön - man sieht das Tal, die Berge und sogar das Meer und natürlich den Turm von Castelnuovo Magra. Mit zwei Kindern ist die Größe des Häuschens absolut ausreichend und es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Der Pool mit der Aussendusche (warmes Wasser!) und den Liegen ist genial und sehr erfrischend und gerade für die Kinder optimal und ausreichend groß. Das W-Lan war ebenfalls sehr zuverlässig und stark genug für sämtliche Spielkonsolen der Kinder;) Der Vermieter war immer sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst nett und freundlich. Alles in allem haben wir hier zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen verbracht.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Villa

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war sehr schön. Alle Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sehr sauber!! Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit italienischen Köstlichkeiten. Toll!!! Die Verständigung war etwas schwierig, die Eigentümer verstehen fast kein Englisch. Leider benötigt man für jegliche Unternehmung das Auto. Zu einem schönen Strand ist man mindestens eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto unterwegs.

La location parfaite (THE perfect renting) ! Nous avons été accueillis par Antonio, Fabiana et leurs petits chiens Coco et Lino (très bien éduqués, on ne les entend pas !). L'Aia, jolie maison située au calme au milieu de la petite oliveraie qui entoure le jardin. Antonio nous a fait visité les lieux : deux chambres meublées avec soin et goût (avec le fameux lit matrimonial cher aux italiens), lumineuses, confortables et climatisée avec vue sur le jardin et petite terrasse pour l'une et vue sur la mer au loin l'autre. Les salles de bain sont impeccables et le linge de toilette de qualité est fourni en quantité. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse, remplie de lumière, chaleureuse et climatisée avec une cuisine bien équipée tant en vaisselle qu'en ustensiles. Nous avons été particulièrement charmés par les attentions de nos hôtes : le frigo était rempli non seulement de yaourts, mozzarella, fromages, beurre, oeufs, lait, jus de fruit, charcuterie, mais surtout de plein de délicieux plats préparés maison par Fabiana (nous nous sommes régalés tous mes 4 pendant 2 repas). La table était joliment dressée, avec du pain frais en quantité, du vin,... Quel accueil merveilleux ! Antonio nous a invité pour l'apéritif à boire le fameux "spritz" et finalement, ils nous ont convié à partager leur dîner, en compagnie de leurs trois convives invités ce soir là. Quelle belle soirée nous avons passée en leur compagnie !!! Nous nous sommes régalés (et sommes en plus repartis avec du pesto fait maison, un délice goûté le lendemain !) mais nous avons surtout fait une belle rencontre. Nous nous sommes débrouillés tous entre l'italien, le français et l'anglais (ah Antonio et ses onomatopées, ses bruitages, ses mimes !) et nous nous sommes parfaitement compris et amusés ! Quelle soirée ! Le chaleureux accueil d'Antonio et Fabiana est exceptionnel (je n'ai jamais connu cela ailleurs), mais ils sont également des hôtes extrêmement discrets en journée. Le lieu est très bien placé pour visiter les Cinque Terre et une partie de la Toscane, ou ne rien faire, installé au frais dans le salon de jardin ombragé ou sur un transat au soleil ou même dans le jacuzzi. Avec le chant des cigales comme musique de fond ! Le paradis ! L'Aia est un lieu parfait avec des hôtes parfaits ! A recommander chaudement ! Il s'agit pour nous d'une très belle rencontre dont nous souviendrons toute notre vie. Grazie mille per tutto Antonio e Fabiana ! Siamo felice d'avere incontrarvi. A presto, speriamo !

Excellent séjour au milieu des oliviers

Excellent séjour à Ortonovo avec un très bel accueil des propriétaires, hôtes discrets et prévenants. La maison est partagée entre deux espaces (nuit avec deux belles chambres et deux salles de bains) et jour avec cuisine très bien équipée et espace détente (jacuzzi ,bains de soleil...etc). Le logement est situé un peu à l'écart mais assez proche de nombreux lieux à voir absolument (Carrare, Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Pise, Lucques...etc), ce qui permet de varier les plaisirs entre visites et moments de repos. En bref, un véritable coup de coeur pour cette propriété!

Das perfekte Ferienhaus

Fabiana und Antonio sind die besten Vermieter, die man sich wünschen kann. Sehr diskret und doch äußerst herzlich. Wir wurden gleich einmal mit Köstlichkeiten der Region (Antipasti und Wein) empfangen. Im Kühlschrank waren sogar noch Getränke und Obst für uns. Die beiden tun alles, damit man sich wohlfühlt. Man möchte das Haus gar nicht verlassen, weil alles zum Verweilen einlädt - die Terrasse mit Meerblick, der Garten mit Whirlpool und der schattige Olivenhain. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt einfach nur genossen!

A DIFFERENT ASPECT OF TUSCANY. THIS IS A WARM AND INVITING HOME.

We have truly enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend it. This was our first trip to Tuscany and indeed our first house rental anywhere outside of the U.S. We had no idea of what to expect. The location is beautiful. It isn't exactly as I had pictured it in reading about it online and from reading other reviews, but it is beautiful. The property itself could not be lovelier. There are many olive trees, there are abundant flowers, there are hedges that provide privacy. In fact the privacy afforded is a real highlight. You can see that they really paid attention to that aspect. Fabiana and Antonio were wonderful hosts! Warm, welcoming and gracious. They speak very little English however, so, it would be a good idea to brush up on your Italian before coming. Or, at the very least, keep your phrase book handy! Just know that you won't be able to communicate in English. We were not expecting that. The road leading to the property is kind of scary with several blind curves. Just be aware and drive carefully. There is a very narrow, quite long, gated driveway leading to the house. You will either have to back out of the driveway when you leave or become good at "back and fill" turn arounds. For our arrival Fabiana had prepared several wonderful snacks for us. In fact, it was enough for us to breakfast and supper on for three days! It was all marvelous. Cheeses, grapes, oranges, lemons, panettone, bruschetta, bread, cookies, olive oil, teas and coffee, wine and even Prosecco! The kitchen and living area are in separate parts of the home from the bedrooms. You need to go out side to access the kitchen/family room. It is nice in that it provides privacy. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and silverware and dishes that one needs to make a fairly extensive meal. One of our main reasons for choosing the Villetta Gardenia was the fact that they had a king size bed! In fact, they have one in each of the two bedrooms! The bathrooms were good sized (except the WC) and the shower was excellent. Although we did run out of hot water a couple of times. Be aware if a lot of you are showering. One thing that was kind of irritating was the wifi. It is provided by means of a hotspot. It was very erratic and in fact did not work most of the time. I assume that it is because of the local cell tower as our cell phones did not receive data well either. This was a wonderful experience for us and I highly recommend the Villetta Gardenia!
