Villa Sunshine es una villa moderna situada entre el centro histórico de Siracusa, la isla de Ortigia y la zona costera de Arenella, Fanusa y la espléndida reserva Marina del Plemmirio.

En unos 40 minutos llegas a Avola, Noto, Pachino, Marzamemi, Portopalo, San Lorenzo, la famosa playa de Calamosche, en unos 60 minutos llegas a Modica, Ragusa, Ispica.

The accommodation was wonderful for our group of 10. It was clean, and we had everything we needed. The restaurant and beach recommendations from our host, Salvatore, were fantastic for finding more unspoiled spots with incredibly beautiful water and abundant marine life. We had a wonderful time in Sicily. Highly recommended!

Lovely Villa, good lay out as families and teenagers had own rooms and space. Pool area is great and we all enjoyed the Villa and holiday to Sicily. The standout out though for this Villa is the host Salvos. He was brilliant, really helpful, knowledgeable and kind. If you want good restaurants, beaches, boat trips and trip or travel advice he was always available to help and book or make suggestions. Would recommend this Villa and well worth asking Salvos for places to eat, go and what times and locations work well. Amazing host.

We had a wonderful time at this villa . The bedrooms are all separate with en-suites so everyone had plenty of room . There is a communal kitchen area with inside and outside dining space . The pool is lovely too. The location is great -near to local beaches as well as Syracuse . We also explored Taormina and Noto which were within easy reach . We were celebrating a special birthday whilst we were away and Salvos arranged for a local chef to come and cook for us which was brilliant .Salvos is a wonderful host -very attentive and helpful -if there were any issues he responded straight away . On our first night , we needed to call an ambulance . Salvos picked up our call at 5am and came straight round to help . We will always be grateful for his kindness.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa and would definitely recommend it! There was plenty of space for our group of ten, and everyone felt comfortable throughout the stay.The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and worry-free vacation. Every room has air conditioning, which made a huge difference, especially on hot days.Parking was very convenient, as we could park directly in front of the villa. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we had questions or needed anything. We truly felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left.If you're looking for a spacious, well-equipped villa with an outstanding host, this is the perfect place. We would happily stay here again!

We six people had a wonderful short stay in Salvos villa. Lovely rooms with everything you need, all very clean, lovely big pool. Nice garden area with everything you could want provided.We had a great time, Salvo the villa host was amazing, we had him in for a beer with us, he couldn't do enough for us with arranging things, giving contacts, booking restaurants(obtaining discounts etc) even picked and dropped us off at a local beach on one of the days. Really went above and beyond(and I've traveled all over the world in these sort of apartment bookings). Really made it such a memorable trip, and feel like we made a friend. Outstanding!The villa is a little bit outside of Syracuse, so you need to take that into account, we used cabs to get around which worked for us, but plenty of room for parking etc. Very highly recommended stay. We would almost certainly return again. Thanks Salvo!

Sunshine villa was perfect way beyond our expectations. We had a family reunion of 11 from Australia and USA. Everyone was amazed at the size and comfort of the bedrooms. Four of them had sitting rooms. We gathered around the pool or the large dining area. It was close to Syracuse by car and beautiful Anella beach.The bonus was the host Salvos he lived next door and was on hand to give advice on the best place to eat, to interpret, book taxis and make phone calls where the language was a problem. He even arranged for a chef to come to the villa for a special celebration the food was fantastic and at a surprising affordable price.Each one of us voted it our best holiday ever!

We had a very nice stay! It looks beautiful, is very modern and has all things that your need. We stayed here with 5 adults and 3 children. It’s very convenient that you have different small appartments/ large rooms that you rent all at once. The owner Salvos was very nice and helpfull. I would highly recommend this accomodation!

Our group of 7 stayed at Salvos' property for 7 days. From the first day Salvo made us feel like family. He was always available to answer any questions about the house, the area, and places to have dinner or if we had any concerns.He made reservations for us to excellent family style restaurants. He lives next door and every morning and evening came over to ask if we needed anything. The property is spacious and private with many choices of rooms each with their own bathroom and lounge area decorated in a clean modern style.There is a large beautiful pool with 2 of the rooms facing the pool and lounge area. There is also a glass enclosed kitchen area. I would recommend Salvos Sunshine house to anyone that is traveling with a large group and planning to visit the Siracusa and Catania area or just wants to relax by the pool or go to local beaches.

A group of 12 of us stayed a long weekend. The place was amazing and we all had plenty of space. The pool, kitchen and barbaque were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Salvos was an amazing host, very responsive and helped with recomendations as well as helping coordinate taxis for our large group. Recomend very highly!

Salvos is very serviceminded and he contacted us regularly to make sure everything was OK. He was very fast to help with any issues. He was also very helpful to guide us to sights, beaches, and restaurants. He made dinner reservations for us on request and made sure we had good service, where we went. He also helped us obtain the information we wanted. The house was nice and clean, and everything was working. We particularly enjoyed the very nice pool. Thank you Salvos!

Excellent base for a week in Sicilian sunshine

Host, Salvos, was a real asset. We had a dreadful start to our holiday with a five hour flight delay and as a result our car hire vehicles were rented out to others. Salvos helped us - a party of eight - get to the villa. Nothing was too much trouble. He loaned us his car so we could do a supermarket shop. He was the perfect host. The swimming pool area was a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine. Villa a great base from which to explore, but use of a car essential as location is at a distance from the nearest town..

This is the perfect place for a Sicilian getaway, minutes away from the magical Ortigia Island in Siracusa and some of the most beautiful beaches Sicily has to offer. Also close to other amazing towns to visit such as Noto, Modica, Ragusa, Scicli and Marzameni to name a few. Very accessible to the highway to Catania, Taormina and Mt. Etna. The property itself consists of 6 extremely spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. All very clean and modern. The kitchen had everything you needed for a snack or any meal with a spacious dining area. The pool and the grounds are immaculate. We were a party of 12 and we were very comfortable.The most important thing worth noting was our gracious host Salvo. From the time I made the reservation until we left he was available for any question or concern with quick and helpful answers. Salvo portrays what's best about Sicilians. He is very kind, generous and full of important information about the area and beyond. You can ask him anything. He made us reservations for amazing restaurants and at those places we were treated like royalty. He even arranged a local chef to prepare us dinner at the property. Above and beyond our hosts hospitality, he helped us out with a medical emergency in the middle of the night. He drove us to an urgent care and then to the ER. He spoke for us and the issue was resolved. I've never seen such kindness and caring from a host. Salvos was our guardian angel that night and will remain a dear friend. Paul S

We hebben een fijne vakantie achter de rug. Salvos was een heel goede gastheer en gaf regelmatig goed advies over restaurants, activiteiten en uitstappen. De kamers waren prima in orde.

Une semaine sicilienne

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa une semaine fin juillet. Notre groupe était constitué de deux familles avec de grands enfants. La maison convenait parfaitement avec ses 6 chambres indépendantes climatisées avec chacune son accès extérieur. Nous avons profité du coin cuisine et de la pergolas pour prendre petit-déjeuner et apéros. La piscine est grande et dispose de petits salons de jardin, transats pour passer un agréable moment. Salvos nous a accueilli très tard dans la soirée suite à un souci a l’aéroport de Catane et une arrivée sur un aéroport auxiliaire ce qui a entraîné un retard et une arrivée vers 1h00 du matin. Au cours de notre séjour, il a su nous conseiller de très bons restaurants où nous avons pu découvrir les spécialités siciliennes. Il s’est toujours inquiété de savoir si nous ne manquions de rien ou si tout se passait. La proximité de Syracuse (15 minutes en voiture), nous a permis de passer de belles soirées sur l’île d’Ortigia. Nous recommandons cette location conforme à son descriptif, propre et agréable à vivre!

Beautiful Villa

We had a brilliant holiday in this Villa and it was perfect for our group of 3 families, with 6 teenagers and 6 adults. The villa is very spacious with a lovely pool, is is very well equipped. The local area is beautiful with much to see, and we would recommend visits to Ortigia, Noto and Marzamemi. The villa owner, was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and his help was invaluable in ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stay extremely special. We would absolutely recommend this villa!
