Un lugar ideal para un retiro de invierno. De nueva construcción (2016). Decorador diseñado con todos los nuevos muebles y electrodomésticos. Cocina llena. Este estudio cuenta con comodidad y clase. Garaje para un coche en garaje doble con acceso directo a la Unidad. El segundo acceso es la puerta principal de la casa principal a través del impresionante atrio del propietario. Barbacoa exterior compartida y zona de comedor. Situado a una milla de centros comerciales e iglesias.

Green Valley cuenta con ocho campos de golf y doce centros de recreación (todos con piscinas) que ofrecen una amplia variedad de oportunidades para actividades de fitness, diversión, culturales y sociales. Acceso gratuito a las 12 instalaciones recreativas de Green Valley para un huésped.

Este estudio sin humo se encuentra junto a la I-19 en la salida 63, junto a la Plaza Continental Shopping. Green Valley está a 30 minutos al sur del centro de Tucson, a 25 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Tucson ya 40 minutos al norte de Nogales, México. Hermoso Cañón de Madera, famoso Sky Island en las montañas de Santa Rita, es de 14 kilómetros de distancia.

Quiet Getaway out of the city

Lovely apartment with well stocked kitchen and plenty of amenities including a parking space in the garage. Very quiet area, lots of wildlife (even saw a coyote). There are restaurants and groceries nearby and it was a good starting point for day trips. It was a lovely stay.

10/10We had a wonderful stay in Green Valley. The efficiency was well equipped with everything necessary to host family breakfast, and dinner using the atrium as a meeting place for meals. A very well appointed kitchen in an immaculate studio apartment. The views from the property are quite beautiful, looking across the valley to the mountains. We saw plenty of wildlife including a family of javelinas in the wash behind the house and we heard a lot of coyotes at night. Mildred is a lovely person and we will want to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful accomodations!!!

Mildred was a wonderful host for my stay. She was there when I had a question and answered all questions quckly. She provided a clean and quiet accomodation for my stay. I would highly recommend singles and couples coming to Green Valley to consider her accomodations for their stay.

Perfect stay

This casita is definately one of my favorites so far of all vacation rentals I've stayed in. Has everything you could possibly need plus extremely clean. Everything appears to be very new and is very nicely decorated. My trip was more business than anything and this was just what I needed after some very hectic days. Highly recommend.

An Oasis in the Desert

This studio far exceeded our expectations in comfort, privacy and location. Mildred’s thoughtful attention to detail continually amazed us as we enjoyed settling in for our 1-month stay. The gas range/oven, quality cookware, modern shower and fabulous atrium grill and outdoor seating are delightful and the territorial views are beautiful.

Another exceptional vacation in Mildred’s studio.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to be able to spend the entire month of April, 2025 in this delightful studio and can’t rate it high enough. This year marks our third consecutive year staying in Mildred’s studio, and we can’t wait to return. We can’t think of anywhere else where we would receive such comfort from such a gracious host. It’s a pleasure to host repeat guests, especially Pat and Jim who are always so thoughtful and congenial. This year it was particularly comforting for me to have them here as I was traveling for most of their stay and I knew they would take good care of not only the Studio, but also keep an eye on the entire property. Superb studio plus

We spent 5 nights. Mildred's studio was perfect for our vacation. Kitchen had everything for meal prep. Decent size refrigerator with ice maker. Nice furnishings, comfy! Clean and beautiful inside and out. Very peaceful and quiet. Tough to find a nicer place for the price.

Mildred was a wonderful host and gave me a thorough rundown of all of the amenities of the casita. She has thoughtfully decorated and planted the property and it is absolutely charming. Unfortunately, work pulled me away, so I didn't complete the entirety of my stay, but my time there was calming and soothing.

Great Studio Apartment, highly recommended for one person

New, neat, clean, with a woman's personal touch. Mildred was a gracious host, what a pleasure having a cocktail with her. Great SW landscaping, quail in the yard and coyotes howling at night. Titan missal museum and Saguaro National Park are a must if you have the time. Safeway and restaurants are within a mile. I would stay there again if I go back.

It was a pleasure to have an independent, self sufficient, and accommodating Guest. Due to our schedules, we did not have a chance to meet until the third afternoon of his stay. Gary graciously agreed in advance to have his Studio be a part of the 50th Anniversary 2018 Green Valley Tour of Homes which coincided with his visit.

Green Valley at it's best.

Ms. Broome is a wonderful host and I would recommend her unit to anyone. It might be a bit small for a couple but for me it was great. The unit is spotless, close to shopping and all the recreation centers. In fact the whole area is clean and safe! For those who like the late night scene I would tell you the sidewalks are rolled up at 8pm and the streets are deserted. So, I give Ms Broome a well deserved gold star to her and her unit.

Double Delight

Both the casita and on on-site property owner delighted my sister and me. Mildred responded quickly to submitted questions as well as keeping us informed about details on her end. We felt warmly invited into her beautifully designed and appointed guest casita. The upscale neighborhood offered safe and scenic roads for an evening stroll. We would love to return to this special place!

Our second return trip staying with Mildred Broome

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay in Mildred’s suite. This was our second year staying with Mildred, and we’ve already booked for next year. We can hardly wait to return. Her property is immaculate, inviting, cozy, and so much more. Her suite provides everything required for the most relaxing vacation anyone could desire. We absolutely love it when Mildred takes time to join us in the evening for a glass of wine and conversation to top off our wonderful day. Mildred’s wonderful vacation rental

Staying at Mildred’s vacation rental was nothing short of wonderful. She is an absolutely amazing host, who made our vacation unbeatable. My wife & I have already booked a return vacation for next year and can hardly wait to return. The rental suite was everything advertised and more. Mildred saw to our every request without hesitation and then some. The rental suite is lacking nothing for anyone looking to enjoy a vacation without any worries. Prettiest, sweetest little piece of Sonoran Desert

Charming, peaceful, quiet, serene—just what I yearned for.Even my car loved being in the large spotlessly clean garage. Mildred, the host, has the perfect knack of most interesting mutual conversation along with leaving this guest to her own solitude. The atrium was ahhhh. Yes Mildred and her home are delightful. Exceeded expectations

The listing pictures did not do Mildred's guesthouse justice - this is a very nice place. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient to Madera Canyon, the interstate, groceries, etc. It is a great option if you're looking for outdoor activities but the canyon is booked up and/or expensive, as was my case. This was my first time using VRBO and everything about the process was easy. Highly recommended.

Perfect Quiet Spot!

Mildred was a great host. The space as a studio could not have been better designed or appointed. High end appliances make it easy to dine in with all accessories needed. Outdoor space is lovely and the indoor patio area is delightful. We have recommended to friends and family.
