Te encantará nuestro hogar porque es el lugar ideal para recargar energías y rejuvenecer, un santuario en el corazón de la naturaleza, pero aún en la ciudad. Disfrutarás de la comodidad, las vistas y la sensación vintage clásica. Nuestro lugar es bueno para parejas, aventureros, escritores y artistas, viajeros de negocios y familias con niños. Estamos cerca de múltiples parques nacionales y estatales, la biblioteca, los senderos locales, la piscina de la ciudad y el parque de la ciudad, restaurantes y restaurantes, y muchas actividades para la familia. Hemos creado nuestro espacio para ser un lugar tranquilo lleno de belleza natural desde su puerta trasera. Te invitamos a disfrutar de la quietud después del bullicio de tus días ocupado explorando.

Estamos a una cuadra de una gran ruta de senderismo. El Squaw Trail es una gran caminata por la mañana o por la tarde para ver el amanecer o el atardecer, y es un gran lugar para detenerse y reflexionar mientras contempla la ciudad. El mismo comienzo del sendero también proporciona acceso a una gran pista de ciclismo de montaña singletrack que atraviesa el cañón de la caja justo detrás de nuestra casa. Estar tan cerca de Best Friends Animal Sanctuary y todos los increíbles parques nacionales y estatales es un verdadero placer. Nuestro espacio es tranquilo y en una excelente ubicación. Verdaderamente un cargador de batería.

La unidad de alquiler es la mitad inferior de nuestra casa de dos niveles con una entrada privada a unos pocos pasos en el lado izquierdo (al mirarla desde la calle). Ocupamos la mitad superior y podemos estar allí durante su visita, pero también viajamos mucho y es posible que no estemos presentes. Realmente esperamos que disfrute del espacio y esperamos su estadía con nosotros.

Ahora ofrecemos una zona de fogata al aire libre con una parrilla eléctrica de barbacoa fácil de usar y una mesa de picnic con sombra.

3 nights in Kanab

The property was great for the 2 of us and would also be great for 4. The bedrooms were spacious and the rest of the house easily accommodates 2-4 people. It is easy to get around town and to and from Zion National Park. I highly recommend!

Great place to stay

The location was perfect for volunteering at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and for visiting the surrounding parks. The backyard view of the red rock was stunning! The beds were comfortable and there was ample space to move around. It was nice to be able to cook meals to eat in. The description is accurate with specific details regarding the unit.

First of all, the rental unit was perfect for our needs. The location was centralized for the places and hikes that we wanted to visit. This included Zion National Park, White Pocket, Toadstools Hoodoos, and Paria Township, which was just spectacular. Late afternoon is best for Paria for the sun to hit the rainbow-colored mountains.The amenities at our unit, such as the kitchen, laundry room, etc, were perfect. We took advantage of the local grocery stores and made most of our breakfast and dinners in our kitchen. This not only saved on eating out, but it also suited our needs, as we were tired and dirty from our hiking/outings. Our hosts were awesome. Responding right away when we had questions and so full of detailed information regarding the sites we planned that assisted us and saved us a great deal of time and trouble. There are more sites we want to see in the Kanab area, and we will definitely look for the availability of this rental.The photos are the backyard view from our unit

Quiet area in the red rocks

Very nice basement appartment, fully equipped, large parking area and.....deer wandering about. used it as a base for an ATV trip, plenty of room for the trailer. Clean and comfortable.

Great Location as a base for South Utah National Parks

This fit our need as a base for day trips to numerous National Parks in Southern Utah.It was comfortable, the wifi worked great and we found we didn't miss a TV at all. Josh was a great host. We never met him, but he answered all of our questions via text.

Great spot for National Park Exploring

The rental is in the lower floor of the house. It was well maintained. Kitchen had all the hardware to cook with. The backyard and trails within walking distance were stunning. Kanab good be a mini National Park by itself with the sand caves, trails to dinosaur tracks, etc. Its location to Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon (North Rim) made it a perfect spot for our young family. Thanks so much to the owners of this property. Im ready to buy a property here myself!

What a great backyard view!

The location in front of a beautiful red rock wall was great. Kanab is a fun little town with some pretty nice restaurants! Our suite was very clean and well equipped. The owners were there above us but made so little noise that we hardly knew they were there. Decor was great and everything was in good working order. Thank you very much! We recommend!

Good location to stay for visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks

April 21-24, 2023. Nice quiet property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Picnic table and chairs outdoors were great for relaxing in late afternoon/evening. The town of Kanab had some really good restaurants. The travel time to Zion was short and a beautiful drive. The drive to Bryce Canyon was a little longer but offered the opportunity to see more of the landscape and scenery. All in all, a very satisfying stay and experience for my husband and me. No frills, warm stay.

My kids stayed here, I did go in and check the place out about an hour before my kids got there. The place is fine although it could definitely use an update. But the price was good so that was fine. It was pretty warm when I got there. the thermostat said 80 so I turned it down to 73 so it would be cooled down when my kids got there. They said that when they got there it was hot. they turned the AC down and it started to cool down when they went to bed then woke up in the night and it was hot again. They tried to figure it out but never could get it to stay at the desired temp for more than about to hours. That is really my only complaint but being that all my kids did there was sleep and shower we did expect to be able to have a comfortable temp.

Kanab, UT is a great home base

Red Rock Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah was a great place to stay as it was centrally located to all the places we were wanting to hike, Zion, North Rim of Grand Canyon, Bryce, and the Grand Staircase-Escalante. It was very nice to return each day to the same comfortable place where we could eat-in or eat-out in Kanab's many restaurants. The Kanab Tourist information and the Grand Staircase-Escanlante information center both provide excellent guides to the area, so it became an almost daily visit for information. The Red Rock Sanctuary has many of the hiking/information flyers at the accommodation which made us aware of what to look and expect at the information centers. This was a great orientation.

Unfriendly

I had smoked outside when I first arrived. I even brought my own ashtray then I read the book of rules. No smoking even outside so I sent a message apologizing for doing so and no response. I sent it twice and still no response. Saw the woman that ran it with him. She didn’t even acknowledge us. A/c was on a timer so it got stuffy had to turn it down then it went back to schedule which was set at 83. Uncomfortable feeling like we were intruding on their space.

Had everything we needed

The condo had everything we needed for the days we were there. We appreciated having the opportunity to do laundry and cook a meal. The check-in and check-out processes was very smooth.

Great location and well stocked

Here's my review wording: We enjoyed the location which was perfect for our various planned hikes. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and cleaning products. The only surprise was that the "guest house" was actually a basement apartment in a house. We had envisioned a separate dwelling. But we had a section of the backyard with its beautiful view and a separate entrance It isn't really below grade so there's plenty of natural light. There are three dogs on the property but barking was not an issue for us at all. It was very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.
