The master bedroom has an essential zen ambience with a generous king-size double bed to aid a feel-good restful sleep.
The second bedroom two has two comfy, single beds.

Contemporary design, elegant and highly functional, tiled walk-in shower, with an overhead shower and an essential hand-held separate shower attachment.

The living room...
Cosy with a relaxed décor, art deco lighting and a queen size sofa bed.
The dining area has a large traditional country table that easily seats six people.
French doors from the dining area opens up to an East facing balcony, which gets the first-morning sun making it perfect for early morning breakfast.


The kitchen...
Is large, organised and fully equipped, making it ideal for creating family-sized meals normally created at home.

The apartment has satellite TV, CD player and free Wi-Fi for guests.

*This is a stunning, chill-out, seated lounge area with a large sofa, comfy cushions, lounge chairs and coffee table.
*It has an additional dining area that seats six.

Overlooking the pool and situated to the front of the house, the balcony is ideal for quiet early morning coffees, afternoon reading and the end of day glass of wine.

Shared use (with the owner) of the 24 x 12 ft swimming pool which has been designed to complement the natural surroundings of the landscape, also features a decked area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

We spent an amazing time at Jacquis „Casa Querceto“. She was a wonderful host and did (nearly) everything so that we could enjoy every single day of our holidays: cleaning the pool daily, changed towels and bedlinen supporting us to find good location for swimming, dining and so on. But she was never intrusive, only helpful. It wasn’t uneasy to share the house with her.All pictures which are placed at the web true to original and the accomodation is well equipped.Dolce Vita begins here.

We werden zeer hartelijk onthaald door Jacqui. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Het appartement was zeer netjes en ruim, maar we waren meteen helemaal weg van het terras. Ruim voldoende keukengerei, duidelijke info in een map maar we konden Jacqui ook altijd aanspreken. Ze zorgde elke dag voor een aangename sfeer en omgeving. Veel licht en privé ruimte. We maakten enkele uitstapjes en genoten van het Italiaanse leven.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad. We vonden het een fijn huis. Alle ramen zijn voorzien van horren. Het huis is hoger gelegen, daardoor koelt het 's avonds meer af dan beneden in het dorp. Het zwembad is schoon en word goed bijgehouden, het enige minpuntje is dat het zwembad grotendeels onder de bomen ligt, daardoor een groot deel van de dag in de schaduw. De verhuurster woont op de benedenverdieping, maar zij gaf ons veel privacy. De verhuurster is heel gastvrij en behulpzaam.

Peace and tranquility

We spent 10 days at Jacqui’s apartment. It was everything that we had hoped for and more. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped for a family holiday. The garden was beautiful and the pool was great for cooling down on the hot days. The mountain location is so peaceful and quiet, perfect for winding down and relaxing. It did take a day or 2 to get used to driving on the narrow roads. However, didn’t take too long to get down to the main roads and Imperia. There are so many places to visit including many beaches within easy reach. The nearby village of Dolcedo is very pretty with several good places to eat including a gelato shop which was very popular with our daughters. Jacqui is a fabulous host, she was so welcoming, warm and friendly. She was always available if we needed any advice or help but not intrusive in any way. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday in a beautiful mountain location in our opinion this is the perfect property.

Un séjour très agréable !

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux grâce à Jacqui qui est une hôte adorable ! Toujours prête à répondre à nos questions et à nous donner de bons conseils. Le lieu est un petit coin de paradis, très calme et arboré. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Nous n’avons rien à dire, à part merci !! Nous reviendrons !!

Einfach nur ein wundervoller Urlaub

Unsere Gastgeber waren einfach nur bezaubernd. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, besonders die Terrasse hat es uns angetan, welche sehr liebevoll mit Kissen und ein tollen Kräuterbeet ausgestattet ist. Allerdings sollte man kein ängstlicher Fahrer sein 😊, aber schön nach einem Tag hat man sich an die engen Straßen gewöhnt. Die 30 minütige Fahrt zum Meer ist nicht so schlimm, denn dieser Ausblick und die Ruhe entschäquidigen. Durch den vorhandenen Pool kann man sich schön abkühlen, unserer Tochter,(8) hat ihn geliebt. Unbedingt sollte man eine Radtour auf dem super Radweg immer Meer lang unternehmen Eine alte Bahnstrecke ohne Autos und einfach nur herrlich.... Fahrradverleih gibt es an der Strecke. Leider sind die meisten Badestellen privat.... Als fünfköpfige Familie etwas teuer... Deshalb nach free beach Ausschau halten, wir empfehlen San Stefano als Mare. Das Dorf Dolcedo war herrlich verschlafen und man konnte gut essen. Unbedingt einen Ausflug zu den Naturpools machen Laghetti di Lecchiore und dem Künstlerdorf Bussana Vecchia. .. Es lohnt sich mit dem Auto Alles zu erkunden, auch wenn man etwas erfinderisch mit der Parkplatzsuche sein muß 😂..... Wir danken Jaqui, Johannes und Leyla für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub ❤️

Perfect holidaystay!

What a perfect place is Casa Querceto! We stayed with our 2 young adult Sons, and the apartment was big enough. It is bigger in real then the photos on the VRBO-site. Perfect clean and equipped with everything thing. Lovely terras, with bbq for long nights outside. Some good restaurants in Dolcedo. But the very best was Jaqcie: what a excellent host! Every morning she cleaned the pool and sitting area. Very nice and warm person to deal with. A wonderful place to come back!

Magnificent home in beautiful area

What a perfect week we had here! Jacqui made us feel at ease right away when we arrived. She did do and say everything for a relaxing holiday near Dolcedo. The pool was perfect to play and cool off. The garden was lovely with nice places to stay and the terrace was a very nice place to relax. The house was decorated so nice. We enjoyed it all very much. Just look at the pictures, it is exactly the way it is. We loved to discover beautiful Dolcedo. Also Imperia was a very nice place to stay. We recommend Da Tunù in Dolcedo for a very good meal and friendly people. It helps if you understand an Italian menu there. We liked the way up to our house very much, but if you’re not confident driving in Italy it can be a bit difficult to get there. The narrow streets are challenging some times. The temperature was very nice in a hot Italian summer. It also helped that the property is in the woods. If you want you can see that as a disadvantage, because there are no wide views from the garden. However you can peak through the leaves for nice views. If you want you can sit in the sun though. Thank you, Jacqui, for the perfect holiday, very nice conversations and this comfortable stay.

Quiet and beautiful

We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It‘s spacious, very well equipped - just as described. And the terrace is simply beautiful. A car is a must, though, to get around and visit the many little villages surounding Dolcedo.

Leuk huis op mooie locatie

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Eigenaresse was zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Je moet wel over een auto beschikken want ligt best afgelegen in de bergen. Super mooi maar wel steeds stukje rijden naar supermarkt of strand.

Perfekter Ort zur Erholung

Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf Imperia und das Meer. Der Pool rundet diese Ferienwohnung perfekt ab. Einziger minimaler Nachteil ist, dass man doch einige sehr kurvige und enge Straßen auf sich nehmen muss, um ans Meer zu kommen oder Ausflüge zu machen. Wenn man jedoch die Natur liebt und gerne wandert, dann ist die Lage ausgezeichnet.

Ein wunderschöner, magischer Ort

Es war ein wunderbare Zeit an diesem besonderen Ort! Die Wohnung ist perfekt, genauso wie das Grundstück mit dem Pool! Die Gastgeberin ist genauso bezaubernd und besonders wie diese Umgebung! Alles ist mit besonders viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet! Wir hatten zwei herrliche Wochen in der Natur und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Wer einen besonders erholsamen Urlaub an einem besonders schönen Ort erleben möchte, sollte sich diese besondere Location gönnen!!!

Wonderful holidays in Italy

We had a wonderful vacation in this lovely, calm, and relaxing place. It is very quiet, located in the middle of the mountain, surrounded by nature. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished, and lacks nothing. The garden is beautiful! The pool is clean and equipped with everything you'll need. Perfect for winding down and relaxing. Jacqui and her daughter are very kind, helpful, and lovely! Thank you for having us! Note that you have to plan a little more time for the way to the city and the beaches because of the narrow mountain road. Tipp: We really enjoyed the city and beaches of Diano Marina which is ~30 min drive from the house.

Hervorragend

Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde. Wer es ruhig in mitten der Natur mag ist hier hervorragend aufgehoben. Wir waren mit unserem 11 Jährigen Sohn in der schönen, Stilvollen Unterkunft für eine Woche und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen großen Dank an Jacqui die Gastgeberin. Hilfsbereit und mit viel Freundlichkeit wurde uns mit Tipps geholfen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.
