Nuestro amplio Lodge cuenta con más de 7,600 pies cuadrados y techos de 25 pies de altura con una gran sala que tiene una pared de ventanas que dan a Long Lake. El Lodge también tiene dos lofts y tres chimeneas de piedra! Se proporcionan ropa de cama. Debe suministrar sus propias toallas, paños de lavado y paños de cocina. Hay dos baños en la planta principal y dos cuartos de baño de la planta baja. Las duchas se enrollan para facilitar la accesibilidad para todos. La cocina con isla central tiene electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está equipada con todos los platos y utensilios de cocina que necesitará. Dos hermosos salones con chimeneas de piedra y cómodos muebles se encuentran en cada extremo del Lodge.

The property is awesome! We all loved it. Very roomy for all 18 of our kids and grandchildren. The only issue we had was the WiFi went out the third day of our 6 day stay and the property manager's response was that he didn't know anything about the internet and since we had young people, they could probably figure it out. Not an appropriate response in my opinion and therefore we went without for the last three days. Not the end of the world. I still recommend this place to anyone.

Family Reunion fun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented the entire Camp Bliss facilities for our reunion. This was our third reunion there and felt like coming home.The main lodge provided ample inside gathering space and the outside spaces were great-from croquet in the yard to the docks to the firepit. The kids and adults enjoyed going out to the sandbar. Several had bikes and plenty of bike rides into Walker as the bike path is close.The lodge accommodations were very good and only suggestion is to have blinds in the lower level big bedroom. The kitchen isn't huge, but it well stocked with essentials. We had teams taking each meal and it worked out well. Everyone enjoyed the ample space and beautiful location.

The road in was very muddy due to the time of year and weather but we were warned ahead of time and all drive vehicles that could handle it. Lots of wildlife and great trails to enjoy the outside. Only negative was the basement bunk room was too chilly for us. Otherwise perfect! And we will definitely be back again.

The house odd perfect with enough beds, a large kitchen and large dining room with table to seat everyone. There is enough space to get away from the group as well. The resort is quiet as well as the lake. Great for tubing and fishing. Close to town. Staff respond quickly to any concerns. Highly recommend!

A Family Tradition that will be missed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been coming to Camp Bliss for several years. Our first year was very very fun playing sardines with all the grandkids, hiding in cupboards and enjoying the fire pit on the deck. Over the years more and more doors have been locked up and reserved for employees only, the pit has been removed and the cost has gone up substantially. This past year will be our last year. And very sad but the five night minimum and increase pricing makes this place to cost prohibitive for our family. I will miss this place.

Lack of supplies was disappointing, tons of cobwebs.

The property was fine. However you have to bring all of your own toilet paper, hand towels/hand soap for the bathroom, paper towels, dish soap for the kitchen, blankets and pillows. The lodge was FILLED with cobwebs, yet we were charged extra upon our check out for not taking out the garbages. There was no heads up that we were going to be charged either. The lack of communication on that was truly upsetting. We didn’t say anything during our stay about the cobwebs and I wish we would have requested someone come and take care of them in hindsight.

Camp Bliss Lodge 2021

They were so solidly booked this year, the lodge was not as thoroughly cleaned as it had been in the past, and the beach was not weed controlled and cleaned out like past years. A great time was enjoyed by all!

Family Reunion Fun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Camp Bliss was a great family reunion location. We used both the Lodge, the Bliss house and the tiny cabins. All were clean and everything in working order. We enjoyed the yard space for outside games, the large gathering space in the lodge for family meals and the swimming at the sand bar was fun for all ages. Since this is a handicap accessible facility, I would highly recommend paving the path to the lake. It was difficult to get our 97 year mother down to the lake in a wheelchair, though easier at the Bliss House because of the shorter distance. Another recommendation would be to have a washer/dryer available to guests. With a 5 day minimum and providing your own towels, it would be appreciated.Wanda was fantastic, always answering our questions. This was our second reunion at Camp Bliss and we loved it.

The lodge and cabin were immaculate when we arrived with everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. Any questions were answered quickly and pleasantly. Wanda was wonderful! We enjoyed all the wildlife (doe and fawn walking past the lodge), kayaking, and campfires. Everyone was already planning our next stay before we even left! Thank you Camp Bliss for a great visit!

First Time Staying at Camp Bliss

Lots of great space in The Lodge - with only 10 people we did not use much of the space. We did cook and used the kitchen for all our meals - it worked well! A few things about the kitchen - layout could have been better and there were only settings for 9 people/glassware selection was basic.The staff was great. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally. The on-site caretaker helped us with a cehicle that would not start due to the cold - he was terrific!!
