El Umbral suite superior es una suite de 2 dormitorios situado en el Country Manor Inn en el Country Manor Acres. La suite tiene un baño privado y muy grande con bañera de hidromasaje y cabina de ducha. El umbral superior suite también tiene una zona de cocina totalmente equipada con fregadero, microondas, cafetera, nevera y congelador, así como una mesa de comedor para 4 personas y todos los utensilios de cerámica y plata plato necesaria. La suite es una de las 3 suites de este País Manor Inn que se encuentra en el punto más alto de nuestra finca privada de 52 acres con impresionantes vistas de las montañas ahumadas. Usted tendrá acceso a nuestras zonas de picnic privado, rutas de senderismo, estanque de pesca abastecido con el bajo y el pez gato (sin licencia de pesca necesaria), así como el pintoresco entorno de nuestros caballos privados que pastan en los campos siguientes.

The Upper Threshold Country Manor was a great stay for three nights. We were in town to go over choices for my son's and future daughter-in-law wedding next fall.The grounds at the Country Manor were amazing and will be the perfect wedding venue!

Property was absolutely beautiful with horses, carriages, chickens and surrounded by majestic mountains. Jeff, the owner was very personable, polite and helpful in making us feel at home, part of the family and telling us good places to go and eat. We had a great time, perfect vacation and will definitely stay there again!

Comfortable, great view, safe, fun

Best friend and I stayed recently. The hosts were very accommodating and flexible with great communication. I did not realize that this was actually a primary bedroom and secondary bedroom but it worked well. The tub was great and the balcony was perfect for setting up a puzzle while making the best of gray days. Kitchen helped cut costs and make leftovers worthwhile. My friend loved the horses, goats, donkey, cat and dog on the lower portion of the property. Even with other guests, it was quiet and we rarely if ever heard others.Proximity to good parts of the park is excellent. There’s adequate nearby dining, a small grocery, and good ice cream & chocolate shops.

Spring Break

The property at Country manor is beautiful. We stayed 3 nights during our spring break in the upper threshold suite. Room was large with a great view of the property. Not completely private but still worth the stay.

Beautiful retreat is calming respite in bustling location.

The building was amazing! Clean room with great views. Despite the proximity to all the tourism a person could ever ask for (and more), the property will make you feel as though you are in a remote location far from the calamity.

Outstanding location, some issues with suite

The location of the property is outstanding, especially if quiet and private is what you are looking for. Very peaceful and picturesque. The only reason I’m not giving this a higher overall rating, is an issue with red wasps in our suite. To be totally transparent, the property owner offered a refund and assistance in finding somewhere else when we brought the problem up. We considered that possibility, but decided against it since we didn’t want to spend one of our four days searching for and relocating to a different location. In retrospect, we probably should have, as my husband got stung in the middle of the night on our last night by a wasp that had gotten into his covers. We killed at least a half a dozen red wasps in our room and more in the second bedroom. The provided wasp spray, but the smell and the prospect of it getting all over the bed and our things made me reluctant to use it, instead opting to kill the wasps with a fly swatter instead. They had the property sprayed for lady bugs while we were there, and I hoped that would help, but it didn’t seem to affect the wasps. We didn’t have an issue with the lady bugs, as it’s that time of year, but the wasp problem was pretty serious.

Beautiful views

The location was amazing! I think the listing wasn’t clear that one of the bedrooms was totally separated from the other and the bathroom. Having to go out into the hall and through 3 doors in the middle of the night was a bit challenging but still a great place to stay.

Enjoyed the location, very quiet and peaceful. May not recommend it to someone who doesn’t enjoy being in the country. The road into and out was pretty rough. Being a country girl wasn’t too rough for me.

Fell in love

We fell in love with this place. Real convenient to town and Cades Cove. My grandson loved riding the horse and feeding them. Can’t wait to come back! Could use a new mattress is my only complaint.
