A ground floor apartment based in the North Wales town of Porthmadog that can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Captain's Bank is a ground floor apartment based in the town of Porthmadog in North Wales. It has two bedrooms comprising of a king size and a double room, both with en-suite shower rooms, this cottage can accommodate four people. Also inside you will find and open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside sits off road parking for one car and roadside parking nearby, there is also a shared decking area with tables and chairs. The Captain's Bank is a stylish cottage in a great spot for friends to come and enjoy this lovely harbour town.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. 3 x Smart TVs with Freeview, WiFi, Netflix and Amazon (use your own account), selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Limited Off road parking for 1 car in communal parking area on first come, first served basis, additional roadside parking close by. Use of the shared decked area (accessed by 41 stone steps) with table and chairs. Two well-behaved small dog's welcome, please bring your own dog beds, towels and blankets. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 0.1 miles. Harbour/marina opposite. Short walk to the beach. Note: Although this apartment is on the ground floor there are some internal steps. Note: A low doorway leads into the Captain's Bank main en-suite shower room. Note: Check-in 4pm. Please note: No Stag or Hen Parties.

This harbour town has many shops and restaurants, and is also the home for the Ffestiniog Railway. Just a short walk or drive from Porthmadog is the village of Borth Y Gest, plus the Italienate village of Portmeirion is close by. Also in driving distence is the towns of Criccieth and Harlech, and the sandy beaches at Black Rock Sands.
