Fantástica vista de follaje de otoño. Privado. Cubierta con cocina al aire libre. Totalmente alfombrada. Cable; Internet. Lavabos en cada habitación. Cerca de supermercados, iglesias, películas. Farmers Market - verano / otoño sábados. Esquí de fondo en Blueberry Lake & Esquí de Fondo de Ole. Internet, DVD, VCR, cable. Casa Localización y Extras: En nuestra propia acres de la propiedad; árbol montón tachonado; no puede ver a los vecinos de las ventanas de la casa. Privado. Al aire libre chimanea leña. Parrillas al aire libre. Construido en la cama en la sala de estar - mentir alrededor en apres ski, tomar una siesta, etc.



Vistas: Nos dan Sugarbush Ski Area, Sugarbush Sur Ski Area, y Mad River Glen. Usted puede ver los tres complejos de nuestras ventanas de la fachada. Temporada de otoño es espectacular. El verano es muy verde y lujosas.

Dormitorios: 3 dormitorios de la planta baja del sueño 3, 3, 4. Son literas (más ancho de lo normal). Totalmente alfombrada. Lavabos en cada habitación. Upstaris dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y un lavabo. La casa tiene capacidad para 12 fácilmente. Hay un altillo sobre el baño de arriba donde dos (preferentemente niños) podían dormir. Sábanas y toallas BYO. Mantas y almohadas suministrados.

Great location and an easy stay!

We stayed here with friends in the summer! Plenty of space for kids, and they loved the loft space! Would be a great ski location with lots of beds!

Great place!

This is our third time staying at the property and love it! Great location and easy access to the valley. We had an issue with the microwave and Evelyn was quick to fix it for us!

Exceeded Expectations

We came away from this spot so energized and pleased that it's hard to put it in writing. Evelyn was great helping us get ready for our stay. The house was immaculate, much cleaner than many hotels I've used. And it just has so much room. It's in the perfect spot - out of the way yet not too far away so you can get to a grocery store in a few minutes. Everyone said that they would like to come back for another stay.

Great house for family gathering

The downside: you bring your own sheets and towels. The upside: pretty much everything else. 3 bunk beds with 3, 3 and 4 beds plus a room with queen sized bed for the people in charge gives great flexibility for hosting people; the dining room table seats 12 and there are comfortable couches and a nice ski decor. We went in the summer; can't comment on how easy the driveway would be in the winter.

Vermont Family Wedding

This property has sleeping room for the entire family and a great room with lots of areas for relaxing as well as large dining area. Kitchen is well equipped with access to a spacious deck with a grill and furniture. Just watch out for the bear in the kitchen! (Totally tame of course!)

Loved it!

This is the second time that we have stayed in Evelyn’s cabin. We loved it so much the first time, we booked again. This last visit was for our son’s graduation from Norwich University; therefore, I don’t know when the next time we’ll return to Vermont. Guys Ski Trip

We had a great time staying here for a guys Ski Trip to sugarbush. Great big room to hang out and relax with the group after a day of skiing. kitchen worked well for us to cook breakfast and dinner. Good location as it's a very short drive to Sugarbush Resort. Would stay there again with a group of we ski Sugarbush.

Great house, great location

This is a great ski house. It was just my daughter and me staying here. The house was very clean and comfy. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils/appliances you need. Checkin process and owner communication was easy. It is very close to Waitsfield shops and restaurants. You will definitely need AWD/4WD to get up the dirt road to the house, it was pretty muddy when we were there. I would rent this place again.

Perfect Getaway

We rented this wonderful property to visit my daughter for family weekend at College. Plenty of space for all of 8 of us! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking etc ! Perfect place for gathering and relaxing! Highly recommend this property. Jeff and Evelyn were wonderful to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had .

Boys weekend golf getaway

We are repeat customers for this property and very much enjoy the location, close to downtown Waitsfield, and to Sugarbush. Evelyn is a very gracious host and it is very easy to communicate, check in and the area. We love the space for many people to spread out, has a great deck off the kitchen to hang out on with a grill. There is plenty of room to handle a larger crown around the living room and dining area. It is a pleasure to be able to rent this property and we will definitely be back. Thank you Evelyn!!

Graduation celebration

We were in Vermont for my son's graduation from college. We ended up having a total of 9 people in our group staying with us. The chalet was well equipped and suitable for our needs. Evelyn and her son Jeff were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Only downside were the beds, but that's most places. Would definitely stay here (possibly in two years when my other son graduates) Derek

I grew up in Albany, NY and have lived there all my life. I went to high school in Schenectady, NY and to the Empire State College for a four year degree. I have been an avid skier at Mad River Glen since 1950 and have skied the West, Canada, Europe on many occasions. I have two sons who grew up skiing Mad River. Now u have two grandsons who also learned to ski here. Thankfully, everyone is still skiing here. We love it!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

My husband and I skied Mad River Glen and loved it (we still do). My two sons grew up skiing there every weekend and holiday week all wiinter. My son (Jeffrey) still uses it most of the winter with his family. We decided to build a duplex with another couple; they were not quite ready, so we built in a single family Swiss Chalet in 1964. It was our builders first house. This property was part of land owned by the builder's family (Richard Brothers); they also sold land to the Green Mountain Valley School and several other lots on our 'hill'. We have always loved it and keep upgrading it.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The views from the living room decided us. We could see Sugarbush, Sugarbush North and Mad River Glen all from our front windows!!! Plus it is private where we are and quiet. Those things sold us on the property.
