Villa Bona Dea is a bright two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 13 people. From Villa Bona Dea you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Bona Dea is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Monsummano Terme, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 800 meters (880 yards).
You will reach Villa Bona Dea from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Bona Dea you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, 1.55 meters (5.10 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, a gazebo and external showers. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and armchairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet). In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Parking
The parking space is suitable for five cars. In this area you will find an electric cars charging point (please note that the use of the charging point is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
Ground FloorWellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the living room. In the wellness room you will find a sauna and a Turkish bath. Here you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (2.6 by 3.7 meters, 8.5 by 12 feet). Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally. In the wellness room you will find an elevator that will take you only to the living room of the first floor.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The five dining tables can accommodate 14 guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has four windows, as well as a roof window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk.
