Hi Eskil. Nowhere on the accommodation page does it say that we have wine glasses, we are not a restaurant, it doesn't seem relevant to me. The bad smell in the basement bathroom occurs because one of the guests broke the drain tube (properly insulated with silicone) of the dehumidifier that is connected to the siphon, which meant that the bad smells could come out. I don't think the lack of wine glasses and a bad smell caused by a pipe breaking by one of the guests justify the 4-star rating. What you should mention was your oversight in the number of guests and the availability within 20 minutes for someone to vacuum the pool after one of the children was careless in the pool. You booked for 22 guests, after all there were 26, which meant that an additional 5 sets of towels and 3 sets of sheets were made available, as well as a reduction of €280 in the amount to be paid for the stay.
