- Bungalow muy confortable y moderno de 2 dormitorios situado en Harrogate. Con moderna cocina y baño recién equipados. Una cama doble y 2 camas individuales (la segunda cama individual es extraíble).
- A poca distancia de servicios locales como supermercados, comida para llevar, parada de autobús con servicio regular de autobuses a la ciudad y cirugía de GP.
- A poca distancia del centro de salud David LLoyd / gimnasio / piscina.
- También a poca distancia del gimnasio público 'Hydro' y baños de natación.

GYS stop over.

Very cosy and comfortable in a lovely quiet location. Extremely clean and perfect distance to the GYS. Would stay here again.

Great Pad

Martin met us at the property which was a good location for getting around Harrogate. The property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Will definately look to book this property again.

Perfect business trip bolt hole

We had a lovely short stay whilst in the area on business. The property is very well maintained and has everything you could possibly require, being a real home from home. Very comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome by the owner. The area is quiet and not too far out of town, with plenty of local amenities. We would definitely stay again it was perfect for our needs.

Lovely bungalow, cleanliness excellent, everything you would need for your stay. Martin very helpful on arrival. Bus stops just along the road with buses going every 20 minutes into town. Close to supermarket.

A peaceful city location

The property is ideal for visiting Harrogate, though it's a good walk in. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Internet a bit slow but we are in the UK after all Really good week.

Great Value in Harrogate

Stayed for one night whilst attending a family party in Harrogate. 5-10mims taxi into the centre. Very clean and tidy, host was very accommodating during check in process.

Comfortable place to stay

Came to Harrogate for a few days and this place was perfect. Has everything you need. It’s clean and the host was very very helpful with great communication. Location is easy to get into Harrogate and even in the snow storm I could walk into the centre as the buses were suspended. There’s a shop at the end of the road and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Can highly recommended.

Strongly recommended

The bungalow is a very comfortable, well equipped property just five minutes' drive from the centre of Harrogate. It is on a quiet estate with a Co-op supermarket and fish and chip shop at the end of the road. Ideal location for exploring Harrogate, Leeds, York and the Dales. Martin is a very helpful host. Strongly recommended.

A lovely bungalow

The bungalow is scrupulously clean with everything provided that you could possibly need and more. We met Martin who lives around the corner. He is such a nice man who couldn’t be more helpful. A nice bonus is the Co-op supermarket a short walk away and the center of Harrogate a five minute drive.

Great home away from home stay.

Comfortable and cosy. Great location in secure and quite community. Would love to have an electric kettle and Bosch washer and dryer operation manual to help in usage. Also a splatter cover for the microwave to prevent mess risk. Great home base for drive to beautiful Knaresborough and York. Local Valley Gardens Harrogate is such a treat to walk and enjoy the open clean fresh air.

An Ace Place

My mum and I had a great stay! The bungalow was spotlessly clean and the neighbourhood was soo quiet. Off street parking was a real bonus. The bathroom and kitchen were very modern. The kitchen had everything we needed, especially as we like to self cater. Both bedrooms were a good size, with plenty of bedding and towels. Both beds were very comfy and we slept well every night as there was zero noise anywhere. The bungalow was really well placed for Harlow Carr gardens, Knaresborough and Ripon and Harrogate town centre (with a massive ASDA) is only 5 minutes drive. There is a Co-op store 3 minutes walk away which stocks pretty much everything. We would both highly recommend the bungalow and it is well worth the price. Martin met us on arrival and was very helpful. We would book again if Harrogate way without hesitation! THANK YOU MARTIN 🙏

Great for small group and very easy public transportation

This property is small but cozy bungalow with everything you need to explore Yorkshire area. Kitchen well stocked with necessities for light cooking. We finally figured out the washing machine. Bathroom well organized. Garden out back was delightful. Wi-Fi was good. Within a 5 minute walk is a grocery store, fish and chip shop, and the bus stop to get you into the HArrogate station where you can catch another bus or the train. A big plus was communication with Martin! Being Americans we weren’t sure how things worked in the house. Everyone we contacted him he was very quick to reply! Altogether a great location. One thing to : one room has a full bed but the other has two small twin beds. Not super comfortable for an adult! Overall loved this bungalow!

Great little property for mid term rental. Wifi had an issue with the smart tv and Netflix needed resetting a couple times and couldn’t handle more than a couple devices but other than that was a great property to rent.
