You'll be awed by the amazing 270-degree views in this corner unit, directly on the ocean. Enjoy Cape Canaveral rocket launches and fireworks displays from your balcony. It's perfect for making this year's vacation extra special and includes a fully equipped kitchen. You'll want to return year after year and will hold dates for you for next year.*

Towers Ten, a non-smoking property with a 2-week minimum rental period. It is often referred to as the Gateway to Daytona because of its convenient and picturesque oceanfront location at the foot of the Dunlawton Bridge. Enjoy sunrise over the ocean, then step out onto the lanai in the evening to view spectacular sunsets over the Halifax River.

Beautifully furnished, with luxury amenities, including a a TV in each of the three bedrooms and a large screen TV in the living room that's ideal for movies. You'll also love its fully equipped kitchen.

Visible from the Dunlawton Bridge, Towers Ten, one of the nicest and best managed high rises in Daytona Beach Shores. It's kept at 84-degrees, year round, and the spa is at a comfortable 103-degrees.

Enjoy use of the exercise room, pool table and club room located on site.
Towers Ten is situated at the foot of the Dunlawton Bridge, making it convenient to all of the area's shopping and attractions. You'll not only enjoy the ocean views and sunrise, but from the west facing lanai, you'll love the colorful sunsets over the river and bridge.

Head North 6 miles into Daytona Beach to find Daytona Lagoon (arcade, go-carts, water park), Ocean Walk Shoppes (restaurants, shops, & movies), the Ocean Center, and so much more!

Paul & Vicki’s Daytona Beach condo was very clean, spacious & conveniently located near the beach and pool. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and cookware and the ocean view from the living room is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay & plan to return.

Great Stay

The condo was super clean and it was well-stocked. The furniture was comfortable. There is a very nice community room and a gym with everything we could need, and it is on a great section of the beach. The condo is conveniently located. We could walk to some restaurants and shopping, and more was only a short drive away. Paul was very accommodating and accessible.

Beautiful condo with spectacular views

We have been vacationing in Daytona for 13 years. Paul and Vicki's condo is easily in our top 3 favorites! Upon arrival, the unit was spotless. The beds are very comfortable, especially the master. The kitchen has anything you could possibly need. The pool was spotless every morning. The views in this condo are amazing! You can watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning and then set over the river in the evening. Anytime I had a question, Paul was very quick to respond. We really enjoyed our visit it just went by too quickly!

Just Beautiful

Sandy toes was perfect for me & my family. Just big enough for everyone to have their own space & still be cozy. Had view of sunrise every morning, beautiful beach & the ocean. Had all the amenities of home, Thank you Paul and Vicki!

Feels like home only with Ocean View

Our stay for the month of March was outstanding. The furnishings were clean, comfortable, in great condition. Beds were great, I have not slept the same since arriving home. Perhaps it was the sounds of the ocean coming in through the patio door that was also very soothing. Paul was extrimely helpful and understanding. Very detailed information on checking in and any questions were answered quickly and effectively. All the photo's on the site are accurate. I felt at home once I walked in the door. Pool was terrific with very comfortable lounge chairs. Everything we needed we found in the kitchen.

Wonderful 2 weeks

Towers Ten and unit #806 offered the perfect location for a laid back vacation for my husband and I, while some of our family members were able to visit for shorter periods. Paul and Vicki are great hosts - very attentive and generous with their beautiful condo on the ocean and overlooking the pool where we could hang out with our grandchildren or just watch them from the balcony!

A wonderful escape from snowy Michigan!

Our stay for the month of February was perfect. Paul and Vicki’s condo is just as depicted in pictures - light and airy, comfortable furniture and beds and well-equipped kitchen, with updated appliances. The views - sunrise from oceanfront balcony and sunset from lanai - were spectacular. The condo was clean and well supplied with towels and bedding. When we had an issue with cable TV, Paul responded quickly to resolve it. Towers Ten is in a great location; common areas including the fitness center, club room and pool areas are beautifully maintained; security is good and the on-site building manager and staff were friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd season we’ve stayed in DBS and enjoy the convenience of easy access to Daytona Beach, Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach. Whether you’re looking for a more low key, relaxing time or more activity, you can experience either or both with a stay at Towers Ten.

Our condo was beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice.

We loved our 2 month stay here. It was furnished with 3 comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms and everything necessary for a great vacation. The pool was 85 degrees every day, hot tub was 104 - perfect for a few chilly days in January! Close to everything for shopping and grocery needs. A minor problem was resolved by the condo owners immediate attention - thank you, Paul. Building is securely monitored at all times, access code needed upon entering the building, keys are necessary for gym, garage and pool access. We spent many hours lounging by the pool and making new friends. The only negative comment I can make about this great home is that the sunshine comes into the living room causing a glare on the television! An easy fix that a drapery liner would fix or possibly moving the television into the corner. This home is top notch and we all spent 2 months there making great memories. Genovese’s Italian Restaurant is fantastic and within walking distance. The Eagles FOE #4469 offered karaoke, Bingo, and great dinners open to the public. CVS was across the street. Our next vacation in Daytona Beach will definitely be #806! A wonderful time was had by all. ❤️
